This hotel has beautiful views, good service. We spent one night. The laundry service lasts 36 hours, we had to wash a stain on our pants by hand.
The territory is large, with access to the ocean. The sand below is black, very beautiful. We were there in February, it was windy, but due to the small number of guests in the hotel, this was its own highlight. I recommend it to everyone.
Continental breakfast, with a choice of dishes: porridge, omelet, dessert. It was delicious.
In the evening, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, everyone liked it. We relaxed with a group in the evening by the pool and drank port wine)
We have been very friendly and helpful with the staff. The breakfast was of high quality, with a wide variety of options for all tastes, served in a beautiful room with large crystals and spectacular views of the mountains.
The room was perfectly equipped, clean and very comfortable, meeting all our expectations. The spa was certainly one of the strengths of our stay: the indoor and outdoor swimming pools of thermal water offer a unique relaxing experience.
The room has a weak natural ventilation , always a mopho odour , and some reformulations must be made to solve this problem . Also in terms of breakfast service should use towels on the tables and not serve breakfast on the glass tables directly.

In general, a good local accommodation to stay in, offers good cleaning, reasonable comfort and staff are sympathetic and helpful. I have been in this accommodation several times and I liked it very much, however, there were some things that did not work so well, in particular, there were no bath towels available in any place of the apartment and the shower was not available. I didn't tell you what happened at the time, and I didn't ask towels and to get the shower, just because I arrived late and stayed only one night. I believe that the problem is that particular apartment or something like that, because I was in other apartments and it was all right, but they should take this into account that all apartments are equally in a position.
