Very nice stay here! I planned for Grand Canyon the next day but the storm warning was on. I asked the staff for advise and they helped a lot. Lester told us to leave around 10am as the condition of snowing should be better, and it was right. We succeed to visit Grand Canyon and have a nice trip. Overall equipment is good, nice neighborhood, nice breakfast. If you want to visit Williams, that’s the choice.
bit tricky to locate the lodge at night. parking lot was big but not sufficient enough. nice and cosy interior tho coffee machine was a plus (they had starbucks capsules!) we only stayed for a night and opted for “no housekeeping” at the express check in so we were a bit taken aback when the housekeeper opened our door at 8:30 am in the morning….
The room was clean and spacious. Its location is convenient, very close to Horseshoe Bend.
However, the soundproofing is really poor. On the night I stayed, I'm not sure where, but a party was going on, and I could clearly hear people singing and loud noises. It went on until past 1 AM, which severely affected my rest.
There's a free breakfast, but the variety isn't much: bread, waffles, eggs (but they were cold 😅), standard milk and coffee, yogurt, etc. I recommend toasting the waffles before eating them; they taste much better that way.
The main issue is the bad soundproofing; everything else was pretty good.
The hotel was clean, food reasonably priced, great location to the airport with the sky train right there and regular shuttles every 30minutes, 24 hours. Super convenient and the Reception Team were friendly and helpful. I’d stay again
Since I arrived at Phoenix Airport late at night, I was looking for a hotel with airport shuttle service.
I was glad I could call the front desk from the arrival lobby to arrange a shuttle and check in safely.
The front desk staff were kind, the room was clean, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.
The room is ok, but the elevator is smelly, and the air conditioner is not turned on in the elevator, it is very hot. The room is a suite with a balcony. It is not good that there is no water in the room. There is no meal, and the pitfall of Hilton is that the WiFi needs to be paid separately
I had a fantastic experience staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport—perfect for exploring the city.
The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the USB charging ports and the coffee maker in the room.

This little gem is brand new or refurbished into a nice, inexpensive travel hotel, located a minute away from Tucson International Airport. As a Hilton hotel you still get that certain “feel” even though it is with a doubt , a budget hotel. Everything was up to date. Modern and sleek on the inside. Pool, fitness center and continental breakfast. The location is at the airport and perfect for a rest or late night stopover. You will need a car to go anywhere else. Or uber but nothing walkable.
From the Check-in to breakfast, everything was perfect.
The hotel's decoration puts you in the atmosphere of the mythical road
Space and clean room
Moto parked in front of the safe room
Good breakfast
I recommend for a stop on Road 66

GGuest UserWe stayed at WaterWalk on Marketplace in Tucson for the University of Arizona's graduation. This hotel is clean, convenient and the rooms are great! We loved the available amenities in the room. A full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, and washer and dryer! It was like a studio apartment as a hotel room. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were do die for! It's a family friendly, pet friendly property. It was literally across the parking lot from a brand new 7 Brew being built and a very quick drive across the main road to Starbucks and a Walmart. Right outside of the hotel is a gas station (which is also very clean and nice) - for extra convenience. It was a quick drive to the University of Arizona, and any other places we needed to attend for the the weekend. If you're in the area to visit friends, family or your Wildcat - this is a great place to stay! Highly recommended! 10/10. They even have a social area/pool area outside, unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy that part - as we were on a packed schedule!
AAnonymous UserGreat for solo travelers or travelers with a pet was a very enjoyable experience and the office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and caring.
Jjonathansc.hoSatisfied with this motel. Was looking at other reviews and was hoping for the worst but was pleasantly surprised. There is guest laundry and a nice pool. Room was also clean, although they do not have a hair dryer.
GGuest UserArrived after an 11-hour flight from London at around 20:30
The lady at reception was very courteous and welcoming.
I Was booked in quickly and was in my room within 5 minutes. The room was clean and tidy with all you'd need for your stay, towels, soap, shampoo, etc
No tea or coffee facilities which was a shame.
The location is excellent for Old Town Scottsdale and it's right next door to the large Malls.
Has a good sized pool too, which is great for a Motel.
I was able to leave my bag at reception on my check-out day and wonder into town for a few hours, no charge
Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again. .
DDarleneWe loved everything about this hotel. The entire space is filled with art and the rooms are clean and gorgeous plus it's dog friendly. (There are several grounds nearby with grass to walk your pooch.) When visiting Phoenix, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
GGuest UserI have stayed at the Motel 6 in Benson many times with no problems. This time the management was especially accommodating in that they let me call ahead to arrange for an early check in.

FFamilyConvenient accommodation for 1 night.
We did not understand their check-in, we showed up at the correct address, address on the voucher, but the reception sent us to another hotel, a little further away.
BBJBMDAs we all know, hotel inflation is dramatic. Finding a simple clean room near a major airport in the USA is not a fun experience. Phoenix is no exception. EZ 8 is a big property and about $16 by taxi TOO Sky Harbor. Convenient for a 7-11 and a McDonald’s nearby. The rooms were ok and the Price $67 was the best I could do. The choices are limited.
