Pet-friendly Hotels in New York State, United States

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient and the environment was quiet. There were supermarkets, Chinese restaurants, Japanese restaurants, and more nearby. I was very satisfied with my choice. It was the same price as a hotel I stayed at in Times Square before, but much more comfortable.

The room is very large and very close to Corning. There are many supermarkets and food courts nearby. Applebees steak is delicious and you can get a 10% discount.

The hotel's hygiene was good, and the lobby's color scheme was pleasant. Located in the heart of New York City, the room was a bit small. Although we booked a third-party room, the front desk informed us that our gold card could be used, giving us a $46 credit daily, which was a nice gesture. It's conveniently located, very close to the subway station. The hotel's soundproofing wasn't great. Upon arrival, we had to pay a $75 per day deposit (which was shown on the platform). Additionally, there was a $30 daily 'Destination fee' for each night's stay, which we were unaware of in advance. Besides this, there were two additional taxes (as shown in image 6). So, in terms of cost, beyond the room rate already paid on the platform, these extra charges need to be added. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and almost felt free (menu attached). They offer service in English and Spanish. Overall, the experience was decent. I suggest the platform clearly display all additional fees.

The room itself is actually great value for money, but the facilities are basic. There's no paid drinking water in the room, and you have to go to the second floor to buy it, which is really inconvenient. Downstairs, there's a place to store luggage, but not overnight. The location is convenient; it's a 5-6 minute walk to the Charging Bull, and you can easily walk to the New York Stock Exchange and other financial areas. There's a subway entrance directly across from the hotel, with at least four platforms nearby, which is very handy. It's also close to the South Ferry. If you buy a New York City unlimited weekly subway pass, getting around is super easy from here.

Room was really small. Very strong stench of ********* everyday in the walkway from the lift to my room. Also, the AC/heater vent is extremely loud and would buzz all night. Definitely not for light sleepers unless you’re fine with white noise in the background. There are four lifts but they’re really slow and there’s always a long queue for lifts especially during peak hours. You might have to wait 1-3 lifts before it’s your turn. Never seen this at other hotels. Pros were that the TV could connect to Netflix seamlessly. Room had a coffee machine that could double up as a hot kettle. Great Crabtree & Evelyn shower amenities. Room was clean. Reception and housekeeping also rectified issues quickly and were extremely courteous and helpful.

I've stayed at this hotel before during covid and it was amazing. I did stay this past weekend and the only downfall is my room was the first room off the elevator on my floor so there was alot of noise all night. The pool was also packed with kids..both things completely out of the hotels control. The room was nice and we had a beautiful view of buffalo and the mall! Breakfast was great and the location couldn't be better with lots of restaurants, mall and other attractions not far (Niagara falls). I'll be back again as my son and I always have a blast staying here!

Overall, our stay was mostly good, although there were a few issues, especially at the beginning and with service. On the first day, we were assigned a room with no natural daylight at all, only frosted glass windows. This clearly did not match the online listing, which advertised natural light and a partial city view. After raising the issue at the front desk, we were given a different room the following day, which was fine. Service was inconsistent. On one occasion, housekeeping was completely forgotten. Only after a strong complaint at the front desk was the room eventually cleaned. Prior to that, we were told cleaning was no longer possible because all housekeeping staff had already left for the day, which was not acceptable. The room itself was well laid out and functional, though not particularly modern. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Grand Central Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Considering we stayed over New Year’s, the price was reasonable, which is a definite plus. Overall, despite the initial issues, solutions were ultimately found for all problems. For that reason, we would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

Fenomenal location close to everything + subway Just be aware that there is the Roof Top Bar with Lou music friday-saturday until 4AM (18th floor) we could hear it a little bit from 9th floor so closer floors might have suffered it a little more...or they maybe joined the party??!!! Needs to be 21 to get in. Saturday Sundays entry is admitted to everyone as they offer Brunch Service there. The grab&go thing is great for breakfast and also if you want to grab something to eat during long days visiting the city. Also ask for free water if needed!!! The 10 dollars to spend every day per room is also good as you can use them to get some extra food or coffee or beer or discount when using the hotel bar/restaurants/club facilities. In brief, very good place to stay in New York

The hotel cannot be better placed!! For my first time in New York, I wanted to be well-placed and not lose time taking the subway. I walk mostly because it is a 20-minute walk to Broadway theatres/Times Square, about 10-15 minutes' walk to iron flat building and Grand Central Station, and less than 5 minutes' walk to the Empire State Building. Even via 5th Avenue it took me 30 minutes to reach Central Park. Anyway, it is next to line 6 which is perfect to go downtown. It was so convenient!! Moreover, the hotel is wonderful: clean, convenient, the staff was nice, and with a gym and a rooftop (I did not have time to enjoy but it will be for next time)!! The views are amazing, and the location is excellent. Downstairs, you'll find the 1 train, which takes about 30 minutes to Times Square. The Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, and the Charging Bull are all within walking distance. I highly recommend it.
