Pet-friendly Hotels in An Giang Province, Vietnam

This stay was very peaceful in a quiet area. I would recommend staying here & renting a scooter as this is a less touristy area & is further away from places to visit. There is a local market area a short walk away which is really nice to walk around. The rooms & pool is kept very clean. We slept fantastic. We loved our stay here! Thank you very much.

Breakfast buffet is the best in phu qouc that we had Swimming pool is amazing Location way too far from everything But you can easily order grab food What we really don’t like is that the single bed a bit too small for the average person our kids had fallen off the bed And also a bit too high There are too many rules You will be fine for smoking or cooking on the premises Rules like this make doesn’t sit well with us we do not feel welcome We feel a bit on thin ices and very robotic But the service is absolutely 10/10 Also you will need to deposit 5million vnd To stay there for 2 night Which also the first for us

The location is excellent, the staff is very attentive, courteous, responds to any request, there are breakfasts, very cheap, transfer at the hotel, at a very nice price. Everything is clean in the room, there is a balcony. Large shower. You can take an excursion to vin world and safari with a discount. There are many shops nearby, Venice, a park across the road. The only negative is the lack of an elevator, the floor was 4)) but this did not spoil the impressions of the stay. They helped lift and lower the suitcases. We will definitely add to favorites!!!

On the first night of staying in the hotel, I was in a hurry to go shopping, so I left after putting my things down. When I returned to the hotel to take a shower, I found that the faucet was broken. I couldn't take a shower on the first day. There were rat droppings on the towels because the counter was closed and it was pitch black and no one was there. Then the people living upstairs were screaming and knocking around at 3-4 in the middle of the night (it seemed to be the staff's dormitory). There was only one key to the room. Although there was a refrigerator, it would be powered off when I went out, and it was like there was no refrigerator. There were many ants in the room and even a scorpion. The whole room was filled with the smell of rats. The hair dryer in the hotel cannot be turned to the hottest temperature, otherwise it will overheat and power off after a few seconds. In addition, there is a 150,000 airport drop-off service, and the car is very old. This price is a bit high. It's better to call grab. Although it's cheap, I won't visit again. I can only keep telling myself that there is nothing to ask for at this price.

All of got to say is that the staff is very attentive to details especially the request made. The villa is super well kept. The breakfast spread was good better than most accommodation that we have stayed at. Everybody should try living here at least once.

Ricky is the best person I've ever met here, he even helped us to book a restaurant because we couldn't communicate well with waiters. He is sooo nice, and so are other people here. All the facilities are beyond my expectation. It's soo good.

For the first night I booked a single standard room. The room is spacious and clean, but the bed was TERRIBLE. Im travelling for 6 months and this bed was in the worst condition I ever had. You literally sleep on the spirals. I went to the reception to say something about it. She replied to me: many people sleep in this room but they don't complain like you. Giving me the feeling im sort of a diva. Overall not a really friendly receptioniste.I felt burdened asking her a question. I asked to rent a motorbike with a phone holder (because I need this for Google Maps, otherwise I get lost 😅). Hotel charges you 150.000 VND. Five minutes later a motorbike without phone holder arrived. Again I was given the look of complaining once I said I really want a motorbike with phone holder. I went to a rental place just 6 minutes away from the resort. Super friendly guy, good motorbikes (with phone holders) and only charge you 120.000 VND. My second night I got offered a nice room next to the swimmingpool. The matrass was not as bad as the first one, but VERY hard. Havent had a good sleep since my arrival at the resort. The beds really are a problem here, too bad, because the resort itself is nice! Good value for the money. In terms of the swimmingpool. Its a nice and clean swimmingpool, but Vietnamese family swimming and making noises till late. Since my room was next to the swimmingpool, very disturbing there is no one in the resort taking care of this. Overall: nice resort, good location, clean, but noisy around the swimmingpool (if you have some bad luck with the guests like I did) and terrible beds. I changed my stay since I want to catch some sleep so Im able to explore the island!

This hotel is for you if you like a measured and calm holiday. Away from the hustle and bustle. Comfortable, homely atmosphere, there is a kitchen and everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. Within walking distance of the market and supermarket, you can rent a motorbike. Not far away are two good beaches. Hospitable and very helpful staff. We wanted to stay for a few days, but in the end decided to stay here for a month. The next time you visit Phu Quoc, we are considering staying here.

Wonderful hotel-apartments, excellent hosts. Very good layout of the studio, has everything you need, divine breakfasts. Amazing sea 5 minutes from the hotel. The hosts are just wonderful, always help, tell and show everything. There is a great restaurant on the beach. There are performances every day in the Venetian Village. There is also a water park, a zoo, an oceanarium, an amusement park, and a free bus from the airport to the Venetian Village. You can rent a scooter and go to the beach with starfish or just ride around the local villages.

The resort is not only a place to rest but also a wonderful journey experience. Rooms with direct views of the sea are a big highlight, giving guests the feeling of being immersed in the beauty of the sea. The room is designed to be open, optimizing natural light and sea breeze, creating a comfortable space and close to nature. The swimming pool along the beach provides a great space to relax and watch the sunset. The restaurant at the resort offers a unique culinary experience with fresh seafood dishes, and you can enjoy a relaxing dinner right on the beach with the sound of ocean waves.
