Five-star review! This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel near the airport, my top choice for catching a flight.
The location is absolutely unbeatable – just a few minutes to the terminal, so no need to rush or stress early in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, with brand new and well-maintained facilities. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, and it was nice and quiet.
The service was excellent throughout, no perfunctory gestures at all. Breakfast was tasty and perfectly sufficient to fill up. The overall decor is grand and well-ordered, definitely not cheap-looking. It's ideal whether you're staying overnight after a late arrival or just need a transition stay for an early morning flight. For anyone catching a plane, this is a no-brainer. I'll definitely be back!

I had high hopes for this birthday trip, thinking I'd enjoy a wonderful experience at the Sheraton, especially since I chose it for its brand reputation. Instead, my 40th birthday celebration ended in repeated disappointments. First, upon check-in, we proactively asked if they offered birthday amenities like a cake or room upgrade, as we planned to get our own if not. The front desk initially told us we'd only get a fruit platter. However, when we later asked housekeeping, they said a cake had been arranged, but without matches for candles. The front desk's directions to our room were also frustrating; they pointed us to the farthest elevator. We had a photoshoot voucher, but it wasn't given to us, and the photography service refused us. Our key card wouldn't even work for the executive lounge. Their operational efficiency was extremely poor. The hotel doesn't have self-service laundry, only a paid service, which is fine, but there were no laundry bags in the room. When we asked housekeeping to send some, perhaps because we asked late, the staff's attitude wasn't great. After watching the sunrise, I asked the front desk about laundry service, and they told me to go back to my room and call housekeeping myself. It felt like the laundry wasn't even handled by the hotel but was outsourced. The cutlery at afternoon tea and the buffet was either chipped or stained. For such a renowned hotel, there was a complete lack of service and a feeling of insecurity.

Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean, and there were plenty of towels and bottled water. The free swimming pool was a pleasant surprise – clean and not too crowded.
My only complaint is that the room temperature was a bit high. I'd recommend telling the front desk right away if it's uncomfortable. My bad – I'm a bit shy and thought I could fix it with the in-room control panel, but I ended up waking up in the middle of the night feeling too hot.

This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

This hotel is truly unique, with warm and attentive service. Every staff member greets you with a smile, and housekeeping is prompt, including timely replenishment of bottled water. Sunny Yang, in particular, was incredibly proactive, diligent, and professional. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide and varied selection, and it's all very clean and appetizing. The location is also very convenient for visiting local attractions. My experience on this trip was fantastic! It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an outstanding choice!

I chose this hotel primarily because of its excellent location and the beautiful high-floor views, along with the advertised Diamond Member room upgrade benefit. Overall, the property itself was well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and I found the breakfast to be noticeably above average compared with many other hotels I have experienced in China. However, one aspect left me disappointed. The hotel promotes a Diamond Member upgrade benefit, yet upon arrival, I was told that the “upgrade” essentially referred only to assigning a higher floor, which felt somewhat misleading and unnecessarily vague. As a guest who trusted the booking information provided through Trip.com, I believe greater clarity is needed regarding what exactly this benefit includes. Marketing language that creates unrealistic expectations can easily undermine customer trust. Aside from this concern, the overall stay experience and hotel facilities were very satisfying.

The hospitality in Shandong truly lives up to its reputation. I booked a triple room. Having a small courtyard was incredibly convenient, as it allowed me to chat with other hikers and hear their tips for climbing. The hotel facilities were also good. Most importantly, the owner was always eager to help. For example, my trekking poles were confiscated at the airport, but the owner kindly lent us some from his shop. Such a nice owner!
This time I took my parents from Shanghai for a trip there, and they were both very satisfied. I booked two rooms, and my parents' room was even brighter. The breakfast also suited their taste perfectly.

Seeing it was ranked No.1 on the platform for luxury hotels in Weifang, I didn't hesitate to choose this hotel for my first visit to the city. My two-night stay was an excellent experience. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center and is close to Weifang Station. With Wanda Plaza next door, dining, entertainment, and shopping are incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in! Thank you! The suite was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the facilities were complete, high-quality, and luxurious. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, making it bright, airy, beautiful, and comfortable. It featured a living room, a vanity, two TVs, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The double-faucet vanity, a standard in five-star hotels, was fantastic. The bathtub was large and pristine. The hotel service was excellent, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and diligent – highly commendable! Breakfast offered a rich variety, with delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The coffee was excellent and offered for takeaway, which is a nice touch! The Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant on the second floor had exquisite dishes that tasted great. The Executive Lounge on the first floor provided a quiet and comfortable environment for happy hour light dinners, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, main courses, snacks, beverages, desserts, and fruits. The male and female staff were very polite, well-mannered, and professional. My stay completely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Pullman Weifang to anyone visiting Weifang.

Excellent service! This was my first time in Linyi, and this hotel wasn't initially on my radar. All the places I wanted were fully booked, so I decided to give this one a try. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with provided exceptional service. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, even better than those at more expensive hotels I stayed at later. I never had to open the car door myself; the bell staff would always rush over to do it. The room was spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff neatly organized our belongings every day. We were given a high-floor river view room, which had great natural light, but the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially if you're traveling with kids.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and well-organized. The hotel's location is fantastic; you can see it right as you exit the subway elevator. Kimi, one of the hotel staff members, was incredibly welcoming. Because I had an early flight, I arrived quite early and didn't expect to be able to check in immediately, but to my surprise, the room was ready very quickly. The hotel's food was also excellent. Very satisfied!

YYilaiLocation & Transportation:
Right next to the terminal, with a direct elevator access. I timed it, and it's a 9-minute walk, which is very convenient. It would be perfect if they had a shuttle bus, as carrying heavy bags for 9 minutes can be a bit tiring.
Room View:
The view is, well, the airplane runway, haha.
Room Amenities:
Everything you need is there, and they even provided complimentary Qingdao specialty drinks, which was a nice touch. The only minor complaint is that the shower gel provided was a bit stingy, just enough for one shower. Definitely not enough for a bath (and I don't like using bath salts).
Service:
The Shandong ladies are all so tall! Great genes! 👍 They're good-looking, speak softly, and have a very friendly demeanor. Service gets full marks! 💯
Value for Money:
If they had a shuttle bus, the value for money would be perfect.
Breakfast:
Looks abundant, mostly carbs, and the taste was average.
WiFi:
The signal in the bathroom was a bit weak, but it was fine elsewhere.
Cleanliness:
Decent.

JJJ DizzleA special thanks to our concierge, Cherry, whose service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. As a first-time visitor, I wasn't familiar with the local area or transportation, and online food guides were chaotic and unreliable, making me worried about picking the wrong places. Cherry understood my desire to try authentic local cuisine and went above and beyond by taking her personal time to hand-draw a food map. This map clearly marked genuine BBQ joints,特色混沌 (local specialty wontons), and other established local eateries in the Shinan District. She cleverly helped me avoid tourist traps, precisely noting store locations, opening hours, and average spending per person. Beyond that, she kindly advised on transportation methods and reminded me to steer clear of congested routes.
The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. Our room was brightly lit with abundant natural light, and the soft furnishings were sophisticated yet minimalist. The housekeeping was impeccable, and amenities were always well-stocked. Cherry's sincerity shone through; there was no pushy sales talk, just naturally comfortable service. These thoughtful, personalized touches, though small, truly doubled the happiness of our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers – it's reliable and won't disappoint. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

GGuest UserThe Mandarin Hotel is located on Starlight Island in the West Coast New Area, surrounded by the sea and boasting stunning island scenery. As soon as you arrive, you can feel a sense of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The sea breeze creates a wonderful vacation vibe. However, there was an entertainment event on the island that day, so it was incredibly crowded.
Stepping into the hotel lobby, the elegant and grand design perfectly blends with marine elements. The glass dome and crystal chandeliers complement each other beautifully. What impressed me most was the self-playing piano in the lobby; its melodious tunes flowed under the dome, adding an artistic touch to the entire space and instantly washing away any travel fatigue.
My business twin room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic sea views. Drawing back the curtains in the morning, I was greeted by the magnificent sight of the sunrise over the ocean. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and every detail showcased quality.
The hotel's amenities are excellent. The complimentary indoor pool has clear, well-maintained water and is a good size. It's very well-regulated; you need a swimming cap to use it, and there's also a sauna and hot spring. The gym is fully equipped, and in addition to exercise machines, there's a table tennis room and an aerobics room. The hotel garden is charming, with European-style stone carvings adding a unique flair. Just outside, there's a seaside boardwalk, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. Parking and EV charging were very convenient, and the staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, feel incredibly welcoming.
EedwardwrJiaodong Airport is really far. My flight landed at 9:30 PM, and I didn't get to the hotel until 11:30 PM. When I arrived, I met Ariane (Ms. Wang). I had originally booked a small sea-view suite, but after discussing it, she upgraded me to a 270-degree sea-view room. It turned out to be a great decision; the view from the room was fantastic, and I could enjoy the ocean right from my bed. After checking in, I added Ms. Wang on WeChat. She was incredibly responsive for room cleaning and bringing requested items, which was very convenient.
The breakfast was good with a wide variety of dishes, but it was too crowded. The next day, I decisively opted for the Executive Lounge on the 30th floor. Although there were fewer options, the experience was much better, and the views were great too. The scent in the lobby was pleasant, but a bit too strong; I'd suggest making it a little lighter. I'll definitely choose the Hyatt Regency Qingdao again on my next visit.

GGuest UserThe parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

GGuest UserJinan in early autumn is beautiful, and this hotel truly enhances the experience. It's in a great location, not far from Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, and Daming Lake—all within walking distance for a leisurely stroll. The surrounding Baihuazhou historical district is also lovely for a walk, especially when lit up at night. The hotel breakfast is plentiful; I particularly enjoyed the warm Jinan Chatang, where you can add various dried fruits yourself. Upon checking out, they even gave us delicate pastries, telling us we could eat them on our journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit.
