I never write hotel reviews, but I just had to give a huge thumbs up to the Haitin Hotel! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 My take is that this hotel, from the managers to the maintenance staff, is just full of warmth. [Lisa Xiao Wang] was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout my stay. She didn't feel like a front desk agent at all; more like a friend in Qingdao, which instantly boosted my appreciation for this city I've always wanted to visit. The male manager who helped me switch rooms was so handsome and patient, and the maintenance guy was super friendly and professional. Every staff member I encountered was just so genuinely warm. In summary, as someone on a solo trip, I truly felt a sense of warmth and was able to let my guard down. With such a dedicated team, you know the hotel's other aspects won't disappoint. The owner should definitely give them a raise! The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. If you're traveling alone, this place is absolutely perfect. I'll definitely choose it again when I come back with my family.

I often take early morning flights, so I frequently stay at airport terminal hotels. This is probably my fourth time staying at Pullman. I'm usually prepared for and can tolerate the environmental noise at terminal hotels. My previous stays at Pullman were always positive, but this time, it was truly terrible. There was an alarm-like noise all night, fluctuating in pitch and piercing my brain. If someone had a weak heart, they'd end up in the hospital. As a result, I didn't sleep a wink all night and just got up at 6 AM to head to the airport. I want to emphasize again, after staying in hotels for so long, this is genuinely my first negative review.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

Hygienic: The room is clean and odor-free, and the hot water is very fast Service: Traveling with elderly children, to the hotel, the service is very good, people feel particularly warm and welcoming, welcome and send will say hello. It rained on the day I went, and the front desk also took an umbrella to the parking lot to get luggage, very warm heart! Facilities: Room equipment fully meets the needs of travel. Location: Very close to the west gate of the ancient city, three minutes walk, there are many restaurants around the hotel, there are big supermarkets, shopping is also convenient. Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

Thank you so much. Location is very accessible, nearby shopping mall and surrounded with lots of good food. The hotel also has a cute robot that deliver delivery to guests. Last year I also stay here. Like this hotel as the housekeeping staffs are also very friendly. She even chats with me about the flowers she arranged. Bus stop is also right in front of the hotel.

Hands down, the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Qingdao. Both the facilities and the room service were impeccable. There's always staff stationed at the B2 parking lot, ready to assist guests. Even if you park right at the entrance, a doorman will promptly open your car door. The decor is incredibly tasteful, and the hygiene is excellent. The bathtub water gets very hot, and it's within walking distance to the beach. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied – truly the best hotel experience I've had in Qingdao.

The hotel has a large parking lot, free parking, charging piles, laundry room, washing machine and dryer, gym, beauty room, nail beauty, breakfast tastes good, and the price is right! The sesame cakes are really better than those outside. If you can accept it, go outside and try it! It's 10 minutes to the Kite Museum and 30 minutes to Fangci Town. The service at the hotel is also exceptionally thoughtful; from the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and processed our check-in with a constant smile. It really made us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day, and any requests we had were attended to promptly by the staff. The hotel environment is also very pleasant and relaxing. I must also highlight their breakfast buffet – it offers a rich variety of dishes, with both Western and Chinese options available, and the food tastes great, satisfying everyone's preferences. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area and highly recommend it to others!
