This hotel is absolutely fantastic, I'm satisfied with everything, especially the service. It's top-notch for an airport hotel. You can walk to check-in in just a few minutes, which is super convenient for transit travelers needing a quick stopover. The buffet dinner at the Western restaurant offers excellent value for money. My only complaint is that I booked a suite for over a thousand [currency], and the living room had sealed large windows. The room temperature displayed 28.5 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning, both hot and cold, was off and couldn't be turned on. It was unbearable, making us all so hot. When I called the front desk, their explanation was that 'everyone's comfort level is different,' which honestly left me speechless. However, they were prompt in sending a fan. On a positive note, I have to praise Trip.com's customer service. I booked my hotel quite early, and later, I coincidentally found a lower price on another platform. Trip.com immediately refunded the difference. Their swift problem-solving deserves a big thumbs up! 👍

This hotel actually has no connection to the Four Seasons chain, and it's pretty similar to other hotels on the street, like the one called 'Yin Shi' (Hidden World), which also isn't related to the famous brand. I'd guess it's a family-run business. You'll see the same person serving in the restaurant one day and cleaning rooms the next, or the front desk staff also working as cashiers in the restaurant. It's a small team doing a lot, but they're all incredibly dedicated and responsible. You can feel their genuine care from the moment you walk in. Just keep in mind it's a guesthouse located in a remote mountainous area, so you shouldn't expect a typical hotel standard. Aside from that, the quality of the stay is great, with all the usual amenities. They uniquely offer a glass skywalk behind the mountain and a karaoke room in the courtyard.

This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful; you can tell a lot of thought went into its design. It rivals high-end hotels in terms of facilities and layout. I've stayed in many guesthouses in scenic areas, and I honestly think this is the best one. The underfloor heating was just right, not too stuffy, and the bedding was super comfortable. Getting a good night's sleep in a high-altitude area is incredibly important, you know. Most importantly, the service was outstanding; they really helped me out of a bind! For this location, the price is definitely not high. As for the views, just look at the pictures – waking up to the golden sunlight illuminating the snow-capped mountains in the morning is an unforgettable experience!

Good overall experience, the rooms here have a very interesting design, but there were some problems that I encountered. First of all, the room amenities included a city view, but actually there is just a small window placed very high, through which you cannot see anything else than a wall. In addition to that, the window does not even close, so I was constantly hearing noise from outside. Second, the sink did not function too well,resulting in a slow decreasing level of water, almost like it was clogged. Lastly, in the amenities included there was a minibar, snacks, soda drinks and instant food, all for free. The only things that were actually available were water, tea and some biscuits, which didn't quite fit what was written on Trip.

Choosing Hampton by Hilton Emeishan for this trip was absolutely the right decision! The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. The hotel's environment and facilities are excellent. We enjoyed a wonderful family hot spring bath in the evening, which was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options, and the family-friendly amenities in the room were very well-equipped. The hotel is conveniently located close to the high-speed rail station and the Baoguo Temple tourist service center, just a few minutes away by taxi. It's truly worth it, I highly recommend it!

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

The atrium-facing room was fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious feel. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation and the rainfall shower had excellent water pressure. The room was also spotlessly clean. The lobby service was excellent, with staff at the entrance ready to help with luggage. The hotel's public areas smelled wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. Even though the room showed a bit of age, the quality still felt very good. I'd say it was excellent value for money.

The hotel is located on the 15th floor, in the same building of the Ibis Hotel. You’ll see the signs inside directing you to go in the elevator to floor 15. The hotel lobby is very stylish and we received a warm welcome. I highly recommend international guests to download WeChat as the staff can communicate easily this way. The room was spotless. Lovely robes to use. Bottled water daily. We had the 180 room and it was great. Such a unique experience. The bed was huge and the herbal pillow was amazing. We had free fresh coffee prepared and offered every morning. And a Nespresso machine in the room. The television has no English speaking channels, does my screencast or accept vpn, so it may be an idea to download some programmes/ films to your iPad / phone. We only had one full day in Chengdu and the staff helped us choose the best places to visit. (Our visit was short due to us changing flights because of the Middle East conflict) We had free coffee offered every morning. And a Nespresso machine in the room. DiDi easily found the hotel. Metro 18 is only every hour but we found more regular trains to airport from east Chengdu station. Was less that 40 mins from panda base at 0730am. If we come back to Chengdu we will definitely stay here.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

The location of the hotel is very good. The surrounding area is also very good. The environment is clean and the rooms are clean and tidy. We had a good stay. Kaimi's service at the front desk was warm and courteous. They were all arranged on high floors with good views. Highly recommended.
