This hotel is only a five-minute drive from the Bipenggou Scenic Area, right by a river (as seen in drone photos). It's quite popular. While the facilities are basic, it's great that the room gets completely dark when the lights are off (which is really important to me). The minibar is free, and the Dongpeng energy drink definitely came in handy during the drive. A big thanks for changing my room; I really didn't like being right across from the elevator. Overall, I'm satisfied!

You can enjoy stunning views of the snow-capped mountains right from your room 🏔️, and the outdoor dining areas allow you to savor every meal with the majestic peaks as your backdrop. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. 👍 But what really stood out was the service. A big thank you to every member of the staff for providing so much helpful information for my trip. Their responses to my questions and requests were incredibly prompt. Wishing them all the best! 🙏🏼 I'll definitely be back the next time I visit Siguniang Mountain.

This hotel is simply fantastic! The location is ideal, very close to Tai Koo Li, surrounded by shops and all kinds of restaurants – perfect for both shopping and grabbing a good meal after a long day out. But the real highlight is the staff: always smiling, helpful, and incredibly kind. They truly made me feel at home, from check-in through the end of my stay. This is one of my favorite hotels whenever I come to Chengdu, and I never stop being amazed. The rooms are more beautiful than the next: spacious, well cared for down to the smallest details, and impeccably clean. The real showstopper is the panoramic view of the city – breathtaking both during the day and at night. And let's not forget the bathtub – the ultimate relaxation after a long day. The stay in this hotel is comfortable and rooms are relatively quiet. Most of the noise comes from other guests talking loudly along the hallway, but fortunately, not excessively. The room size is very spacious with a huge bathtub in the room. It would be great if there was a hook or hanger to hang the bath towel near the tub and also an extra bath mat for the tub. I liked having a washlet in the toilet and the shower has good water pressure as well. The only issue is that the room I had seems to be a smoking room (although I had booked a non-smoking room) as I could smell lingering cigarette smoke and there was also an ashtray on the table. The most commendable part was the staff. Extremely helpful service when we had to check in and drop our luggage in a hurry to meet our guide, and the lady staff walked us out onto the street to catch a taxi and communicated to the driver where we were supposed to go. Sorry I forgot to ask for her name but I really appreciate her helpfulness!! Breakfast was included in the room and it was mostly local Sichuan dishes. Plus point on staying here is also the proximity to the train station and there's plenty of food options around.

Stayed here for two nights. Thank you so much to Miss Aurora for the special surprise for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They also provided a free shuttle to Juzhaigou Park. We will definitely stay here again.

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. Traveling with kids in the city center, we found an absolutely fantastic place to stay! It's right next to the subway station, so the location is excellent, very close to Tianfu Square and the Science Museum. The room was great too, very clean, and the bathtub was big, which the kids loved.

The new hotel had no formaldehyde smell, the rooms were large and beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The bed wasn't the super soft type, and the pillows—one high and one low—were a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, being on the second floor, it was quiet at night, and I slept very well. The surrounding environment was great, perfect for taking photos, and the service was excellent. It's rare to find such a satisfying hotel.

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and patient. There's also a rooftop garden on the 8th floor where you can soak in the hot springs at night; it looks beautiful when the lights are on. Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 12 PM, with a great variety, including delicious 'xiaomian' (noodles). The auntie (staff member) was also very friendly. Plus, there's free parking. Overall, highly recommended!

After a few days in this high-altitude city, this hotel truly put me at ease. In high-altitude areas, the biggest fear is not sleeping well. The rooms here are equipped with oxygen concentrators and humidifiers, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. What's most reassuring is the 24-hour infirmary; a friend traveling with me felt a bit unwell, and the doctor handled it promptly and with an excellent attitude. This kind of support is incredibly important in high-altitude regions. Although the hotel has been open for some years, the facilities are very well-maintained. The bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Breakfast offers a rich variety, with the local butter tea and beef noodles definitely worth trying. All the staff are very enthusiastic, promptly assisting with luggage and giving directions. Overall, it's a hotel that makes you feel particularly secure during your stay, and I would choose it again on my next visit.
