Stayed for 4 nights with friends, service was great, with a nice bar area. Room was great and the biggest bed ever and was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The light show was worth watching, sitting outside in the evening with a bottle of wine. Visited in November and was lucky to have great weather. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

I had a generally good experience at Locke de Santa Joana Lisbon. The hotel is beautifully designed, in a great location, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere felt modern and relaxed, perfect for both short and longer stays. That said, there was a noticeable drainage smell in the room, which was a bit disappointing. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it was hard to ignore at times.

The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk from the metro. The area is quiet, similar to a residential area. The metro takes 5 stops to the center on a direct line. In principle, it's ok. The hotel itself is good, the room is not big, everything you need is there, except for slippers. What is the problem with providing them - it is not clear. In my room 603, when the air conditioner is on, something leaks in the bathroom, the floor is flooded, but the problem was solved. If you get an adjoining room (the entrance to the neighboring room is through your room), then be prepared that you will hear everything that is happening in that room and vice versa, they will hear everything that is happening in yours. I recommend the hotel itself, if it is not important to live directly in the center of attractions. It was not difficult for me to get there by metro, it took 10-15 minutes

Breakfast was very good and varied. Clean rooms, although the rooftop pool was a bit dirty (hair) and ordering something on the pool deck took a long time (it was just 4 simple drinks). Otherwise good to very good service, good location and nice decor. The beach and train station are just a few minutes' walk away.

The hotel breakfast is very good, the hotel can add extra beds, it is very suitable for the elderly and children, the hotel is in a unique location, the rooms in the hotel's public areas are delicious, and the hotel is convenient for parking

Dear Sir, I am checking out in your hotel on Sept 10, can you help me to ask your floor keeper to check in Rm 407 if they can find a small organizer in dark color with an ID car inside , they may check the locker , drawer and whatever place they can find in the room . 4 days after leaving Lisbon, I remembered that my wallet was left in the safe of this hotel room. I called and contacted them immediately. Finally, I found my wallet in good condition. Thank you very much to the hotel staff! The breakfast of this hotel is also the best among all the hotels in Portugal. It is very rich and the service is very good.

The hotel is pretty good, very close to the airport, less than 10 minutes away. We took a taxi from the airport and it cost 25 euros, but we took Uber when we went back and it was less than ¥10 euros at 3:00 in the morning. The hotel is not bad, but it is a 4-star hotel, so there is no SPA. The service is very good. The room is also clean. The breakfast is also good, but if it is dinner, although the reviews on Google are not very good, the food is actually good, especially the shrimp is super delicious. The location is a little far from the city, so we basically took Uber. I hope it helps you.

A good hotel to spend the night before a flight, there is parking. Clean, but rooms need renovation. For a longer stay, I would consider something more comfortable.

The extra-large apartment was great and comfortable! The staff of the check-in counter reminds me of the immigration counter, which is unpleasant. And they have not prepared the arrangement that I require by email, nor have they confirmed it.
