I have stayed twice at the Nine and both times have been good experiences. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff is very friendly.
The rooms are missing a mini bar and toiletries which would have been nice to have.
If u ever in tunisia make sure u stay at tis hotel.the design is fabulous.my bed facing the sea.u can lay in bed sea view. Every staff is nice and try their best to service. Specially the reception gal at check in. She upgraded my room. Really appreciate. Their garden is huge very peaceful .plus private beach walk. cardio room great view. My opinion well worth the money.don’t miss the sunrise sky turning pink.u can’t see pink from the photo.u can see it when ur here. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.
Genuinely was a lovely place to stay, clean and hotel staff very hospitable, surrounded by beach and 15-20 mins away from sidi bu saïd. I booked the breakfast included and it is a feast and a half - I tend to be a picky eater but there is plenty of options fresh, and cooked well ( I’m a hypochondriac- and tend to be paranoid with food) but the place put me at ease and I actually ate well . Would visit again but would keep in mind to public transport if you wish to travel further into Tunis central - as trains are limited and buses and taxis can add up. But all in all it was stunning location and can’t fault the staff :) first time visitor to Tunisia and hope to visit again.
Construction work in the hotel at 3am as a lullaby.
And I have to go with the receptionist to see the workers so they can see that a customer complained about the noise.
Welcome to the 6th dimension 🤦🏽
Everything about the hotel is great: the breakfast, the cleanliness, the amenities! The only thing that's lacking is the service. Although, perhaps that's because of the expectations. You have to wait a really long time for everything, and they might even forget about it. They apologize later, but they might screw up again anyway. Otherwise, everything is great!
You need to go through security to enter the hotel, and it feels very safe. The hotel provides free drinking water, which is rare in Tunisia and many four-star hotels do not have it. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. You can have a bird's eye view of Tunis from the ninth floor.
The hotel is located in the best area of Tunis, right in the lake area, with complete surrounding facilities and good security. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, large and comfortable.
Hôtel très bien situé près du site de Carthage et de la mer.
Le personnel est très sympathique !
Seul bémol : les soirées avec la musique à fond qui empêchent de dormir le soir 😏

施施Breakfast is average, suitable for bringing children, the hotel’s location is particularly good, parking is possible, the hotel’s view and atmosphere are particularly good, very exquisite, the door opens to the Atlantic Ocean, the view is particularly beautiful, it is incredible why breakfast is not given to guests in the restaurant

高高The hotel is set at 3 stars at best, but safety is the first priority. Breakfast is average. The environment and food in Islamic countries cannot be complimented. It only costs 20 dinars from Tunisia airport to this hotel, but the airport rental is too bad and charges 50 dinars You, especially the hotel’s parking taxi drivers, must take pictures and keep them in order to avoid complaints when they are cheated. I have issued a taxi license number for a liar. Don’t take this liar’s car.

GGuest UserIf u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but she’s a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.
GGuest UserIt was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that.
Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip.
Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.

MmcpoThe following are real pictures and videos taken by me when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 109 that day. Hotel location: Tunisia has inconvenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. See pictures of bedding and linens. No disposable slippers provided. Room facilities: There is a hairdryer. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is a bathtub. Breakfast: It is self-service to look at the pictures by yourself. It's the off-season, so there aren't many people, so there isn't much variety. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.
YYaoyaoThe early morning flight, to Carthage Airport less than 5 o'clock, first went to the blue town to visit, did not sleep all night, toured greatly, can go to the hotel. It was too early, I slept on the hotel sofa for 2 hours and finally entered the room. The room is quite big, the bathroom is quite big, the facilities are complete, although there is no intelligence, but everything is worthy of the five-star title, it can be said to be a luxury hotel. The breakfast is quite rich, except for the slightly insufficient meat products, there is nothing to fault. The hotel is facing the sea, the sea breeze is very strong, walking outside, slightly cool. The hotel is equipped with mineral water, slippers, etc., and everyone is very satisfied with the first night in Tunisia.
