I booked a stay at the Burj Al Arab for the experience and that’s exactly what we got. You have an idea in your head of what to expect, but when that expectation is exceeded you really are blown away by your stay. Your only wish will be to have booked for an extra night.

Amazing room, fantastic breakfast (the fresh croissants are to die for), provided extension of room for a few hours and free ticket to palm view. Only downside, the butler service was not the most helpful, I was sick and requested for salt water/isotonic water, but reply was they only have tonic water. Everything else was amazing and great hospitality, especially the check in and concierge. Definitely live up to St Regis standard worldwide.

It was 60m2 and had two showers so it was spacious. It looked small in the online photos, but it was actually nice. The sunset on the private beach was beautiful, and the sunrise the next day was also beautiful. It felt special.

The location is an acquired taste. You could say - away from the hustle and bustle. The service is top notch. I liked the breakfasts, mostly all dishes are made to order. The quality of the products is excellent, the preparation is also at a high level. The service corresponds to the hotel rating. The rooms have everything you need. Very tasty coffee and tea. You need to sweat a little to figure out the curtains and blinds, but once you figure it out, there will be no difficulties. Personally, I did not have enough light in the rooms, but this is a feature of some hotels. The air conditioner in the room, by the way, is very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise.

I stayed here for 3 nights in early May. The experience was amazing. Special thanks to the lady at the reception Alice, she was very professional and friendly. I was upgraded to the suite which was so nice and elegant. I have been to Dubai several times and Al seef is definitely my favourite place.

The room is very big, with a large terrace, unbeatable sea view, bathroom shower, and hot tub are all very reasonable! The toiletries are of good quality! There are many drinks in the mini bar in the refrigerator! The most outstanding thing is the 24-hour breakfast service, which can be eaten on the beach, at the seaside, and in the room. It is very rich and the service is superb! The gift bag is also very nice ~ I love it!

The Housekeeping staff deserves recognition for their attentiveness and thoughtful turndown service. From the shower menu’s bath bombs to the selection of teas, every detail was designed to enhance relaxation. We especially enjoyed preparing a cup of chamomile tea, soaking in the calming ambiance with soothing music, and indulging in the Patchi chocolate squares and bottled water left at bedside. These thoughtful touches made bedtime a luxurious and serene experience. The hotel’s strategic location on the Palm was another highlight of our stay. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Starting our mornings with a cup of coffee while admiring the skyline at dawn and ending the day with the same enchanting view at dusk was unforgettable. The food was incredibly delicious, beautifully prepared, and offered a diverse range of choices. We had an amazing stay at the W Dubai the palm. Location was great with amazing views. We did have to get taxis to quite a few places from the hotel however this is normal with most hotels. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive to all needs. We had a good choice of food from the buffets for breakfast and dinner. The pole vibes were great with the DJ to add to the atmosphere. The rooftop bar was lovely. Overall we are both very pleased with our stay and my partner had an amazing birthday. Thank you it was lovely.

We stayed for one night in March. All-inclusive with three meals. You can choose to have lunch on the same day or the next day. Lunch is a three-course meal, and dinner is a five-course meal. The meal overlooking the desert and the pool were amazing. Six optional tours are also included. We chose the sunset camel trip and the sunrise falcon tour. Both were unique Arabian experiences and were fun. Each room has a heated pool. There is also a spa and a large pool, so I think you will enjoy it. It is convenient because it is close to Dubai, but if you don't mind a little further away, such as Abu Dhabi, there are hotels that you can enjoy for one-third the price, so I recommend choosing one based on your time.
