I was really happy with my stay at this hotel during my trip to Guilin! As soon as we arrived, the staff told us about nearby attractions and even gave us a tour guide, which saved us a lot of hassle. We could walk to all the nearby sights, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was decent and perfectly adequate. Mid-stay, we ran out of toiletries, and as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, they were brought to our room immediately. The staff proactively asked if we were comfortable, and when we checked out, they gave us a bag for our belongings and extra bottled water. They even thoughtfully provided cooling patches and mosquito repellent when they heard I was going to Yangshuo next. The service was incredibly warm and attentive to detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin!

We also truly appreciated the room upgrade — the rooftop jacuzzi room was incredible. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, excellent coffee, cozy atmosphere, and convenient motorbike rental nearby. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again! Recommend 200% !!! 🥰

From the moment I arrived, I knew this place was something special. Everything about this accommodation exceeded my expectations, it truly felt like a home away from home, but even better. The property itself is stunning. It’s beautifully designed with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Every detail has clearly been thought through, from the cozy furnishings to the high-quality amenities. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, the bed alone deserves a five-star review! What really made this stay unforgettable was the level of service. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything I needed, offering helpful local recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for. The location is another huge highlight. It’s perfectly situated and close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Whether you're exploring nearby attractions or just unwinding, it’s the perfect accommodation. Little touches made a big difference too: thoughtful welcome items, well-stocked facilities, and an overall feeling of warmth and hospitality that you don’t come across often. In short, this is hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is excellent; just around the corner is the starting point for a city walk, and following the lake connects you to several popular spots. The weather was more humid than expected, so the rooftop pool became my kids' favorite. The room facilities were all top-notch. Guilin is often seen as just a stopover, but it truly deserves more time to explore.

It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all . I found my dream scenic guesthouse in Yangshuo! 😭😭😭 Yangshuo, and this guesthouse's views absolutely captivated me! ✔️From the room's balcony, you have a breathtaking view of the Yulong River's karst mountains. In the morning, you wake up to mountain mist and birdsong, and in the evening, you watch the sunset paint the peaks a warm golden color. The ambiance is absolutely perfect. ✔️The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was super soft. ✔️The complimentary breakfast for two was a thoughtful touch 🍽️ ✔️It's very close to Jima Pier, making it super convenient for cycling the Ten-Mile Gallery. If you want to relax and enjoy the scenery in Yangshuo, this is definitely the place to choose~

Heshe Hotel stands as one of the finest resorts for accommodation in Guilin. Their hospitality, culinary offerings, ambiance, and staff are all exceptionally delightful and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by amazing front desk attendant, Melody. She assisted us through out our stay and made sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of and our tour guide, Eric, who communicated fluently in English, significantly easing our experience as non-Chinese speakers. The owner was equally gracious, sharing their barbecue with us, creating a sense of homeliness. This hotel is located just 15 minutes from the main tourist attractions, with rooms that are very clean and offer breathtaking views. I am definitely coming back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin and would highly recommend it to international travelers. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the property. What stood out most was the service—staff were attentive, helpful, and went beyond our expectations to meet every need quickly and efficiently. Communication was smooth, even for international guests, which made the entire stay stress-free. A lovely bonus was the Italian-style coffee machine located downstairs, which served excellent coffee and made mornings even better. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guilin.

My stay here was genuinely great! The lobby is elegant and refined, and the spiral staircase creates such a wonderful ambiance, perfect for photos. The room was clean, spacious, and well-laid out. The mattress was just the right firmness and incredibly comfortable – I felt so relaxed that I slept straight through till the afternoon. The breakfast selection was extensive, with a full range of Chinese and Western dishes, noodles, congee, fruits, and drinks, all very tasty and satisfying. The hotel has a delivery cabinet and service robots, and it's super convenient for getting around with the subway nearby. The only minor downsides were that the shower pressure was a bit low and the hairdryer sometimes had a loose connection. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth staying at.

We stayed here for 2 days. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the furniture and appliances felt new. The most important thing was the AMAZING view of the mountains and the river — it was truly unforgettable to wake up to such a view from the window. The hotel staff were polite and very helpful
