The room was spotless and the service was excellent. It's in a central location with a wide variety of food options at the food court, making it convenient to get anywhere. Zhengyang Pedestrian Street is right outside. The breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant environment was lovely with a view of Jingjiang Princes' Palace.

The room is very spacious and comfortable, nestled amidst unique natural scenery with green mountains and lush surroundings, right by the water. It combines modern amenities with a wild, natural setting, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The Meridian massage was also quite good. It's very close to the Yulong River Ji Ma Pier, where you can buy bamboo raft tickets for that section. The complimentary 'Cloud Retreat' afternoon tea for consecutive stays was a thoughtful touch. You absolutely must try the Guilin rice noodles at breakfast. It would be even better if there were a few more options for Western breakfast dishes.

They have full package from free 30 minutes photoshoot, personal butler service, free shuttle to and from West Street to the hotel, free breakfast, Chinese dessert at night for two and they even provided us a free gift upon check-out! It has a complete amenities for free, such as the mini bar!! No regret booking this hotel for our anniversary, because the hotel surprised us with a cute room decorations, room upgrade with a private pool and even gave us a free cake for celebration!! I could say that this is the best hotel to stay in Yangshuo and will definetely recommend this place to all our friends and family

Facilities: We brought a baby with us, and the facilities were very complete. There was a direct drinking water dispenser, a dryer, umbrellas, and even small hair clips for girls. Seriously, they've thought of everything! There's also a kids' play area, a gym, a swimming pool, and a DIY craft area. Each area isn't huge, but it's like a sparrow, small but complete with all its organs! (Meaning, small but has everything one needs). Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. If we needed anything changed, the housekeeping auntie would come and clean right away. Environment: Opening the curtains, you can see the Li River, and there's a park right next to it. It's convenient to go anywhere, and the environment is beautiful. Service: SERVICE!!! This is especially worth mentioning!!! All the staff members had an exceptionally good attitude! We were two families traveling together, and they specially arranged adjacent rooms for our convenience. We arrived around 10 am, and since the previous guests checked out early, our rooms were already cleaned, so they arranged for us to check in early without any fuss about not checking in before the designated time. During our stay, they did their best to fulfill any requests we had. Guilin has a lot of rain, and when we were leaving, our car had a lot of fallen petals on it, and the duty manager thoughtfully helped us clean it! After checking out, the manager saw we were leaving and offered to help us move our luggage to the car! They also gave us some local specialties as souvenirs and asked if we had any suggestions for improvement. Any suggestions we made, they tried their best to meet and implement. In all aspects, it was the kind of place where you couldn't find fault even if you tried to nitpick. After we left, the auntie discovered we had forgotten something, immediately took a photo, and sent it to us. We hadn't gone far, so we turned back to pick it up. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The value for money is also great!!!!!!!!!! There's also a swimming pool on the rooftop, so bring your swimsuit!!!!!!!!!! The experience was amazing!!!!!!!!!! No exaggeration, you could spend a whole day just playing at the hotel, haha.

Room: Bright, sunny, and airy, with a pleasant view outside the window. Environment: Located near West Street but away from the crowds, with plenty of dining options nearby. Transportation: The bus from Yangshuo to Xingping Ancient Town passes right in front, making it super convenient for outings. It's also within the pick-up range for day tours, which is great for individuals and small families. Service: The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, assisting with bus schedules and luggage when leaving. Very warm and thoughtful. Cleanliness: The room was clean, tidy, and well-ventilated.

As a hotel professional myself, I found everything here, from the surroundings and facilities to the room design and service quality, absolutely impeccable. It was a truly satisfying choice. I traveled with four elderly family members this time, and staying by the Li River, next to Fubo Hill, everyone was incredibly happy, constantly taking photos and sharing them on social media. They had a blast! I particularly want to commend the front desk staff; their service was so enthusiastic. They patiently answered all our questions, and even saw us off to the car at check-out, gifting us some Guilin souvenirs. It was incredibly touching. The seniors all said they want to return to this warm, friendly city and stay at this hospitable hotel again. Seriously struck gold with this hotel in Guilin! ✨ SYYF Poetry & Faraway - Xiangshan Youyue Hotel is right next to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, making it super convenient for getting around. The pure white Santorini-style design is incredibly photogenic, and the outdoor pool directly overlooks the mountains and water – every photo you take looks like a professional shot. The rooms are smart and clean, and there's a fantastic kids' play area and family-friendly room types, making traveling with children a breeze. I highly recommend the Guolong Hotel! The biggest surprise was the huge parking lot – there's so much space that both family cars and business vehicles can park with ease, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. The front desk service was absolutely excellent; the staff were warm and thoughtful, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. They even proactively offered tips for local attractions, which really enhanced the whole check-in experience!

Fantastic hotel, hidden away from the noisy crowds of the main streets, with stylish interior design. The best part for us was the panoramic windows. We could spend hours just admiring the breathtaking scenery of the mountains right from the room. Huge plus was the big shower and large bath that is positioned so you can still enjoy those gorgeous views while you relax. The location is convenient without being busy. Scooter rental is literally a few steps from the door, and there's a small shop and some great restaurants just a few minutes away. A special thank you to the staff. They were super helpful and gave us fantastic advice all the time. We really appreciate the warm hospitality! Would we stay again? Absolutely, 100%.

Whether it was daytime or evening, the scenery was so stunning that I didn't even want to leave the room. I could just lie in bed and enjoy the view, and any photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The hotel also features a private pool, offering excellent privacy. No need to share or crowd with others; I could swim whenever I wanted and quietly enjoy my own vacation time. The pool area itself had fantastic views too – swimming while admiring the scenery was truly idyllic. The service was also very attentive, making for an overall perfect experience. Next time I visit this area, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a proper getaway, who appreciates beautiful views, and values comfort.
