I have to give this hotel a perfect rating! From the moment I checked in, I experienced incredibly thoughtful service. The staff were gentle and efficient, and they even proactively offered information about the surrounding area, which was very considerate. The room size exceeded my expectations; it was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. Crucially, the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The public spaces are designed in a simple yet elegant style, with a quiet and refined atmosphere that's perfect for both relaxation and work. Overall, my stay was fantastic, offering exceptional value for money. It's definitely on my list of regular places to stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

When the car arrived at the hotel, the porter came to help with the luggage. When checking in, the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and efficient. When I got to the room and opened the curtains, I could see the river view, which was very beautiful and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and parking was convenient. I will come again next time

We had an absolutely unforgettable New Year’s celebration at LS Yangshuo Hotel, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, the hotel made us feel truly special. We stayed in a room in the new building with a breathtaking view, which made our holiday even more magical. When we were leaving, the hotel surprised us with thoughtful farewell gifts - delicious local sweets, which was such a warm and touching gesture. In the evening, the hotel organized a complimentary barbecue that was perfectly arranged and very tasty. The highlight of the night was the magnificent fireworks - truly spectacular and full of festive spirit. A very special thank you goes to the professional photographer Xiao Wu, who gifted us a free 30-minute photoshoot. Thanks to his talent and warm approach, we now have beautiful memories of our New Year celebration captured forever. We would also like to sincerely thank the amazing staff members who made our stay so comfortable and heartfelt: Housekeeper Lynn Victoria, Mei Ling, and Li Xiaodian. Their care, kindness, and attention to every detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Fresh fruits and the minibar were complimentary, which was another wonderful surprise. After the celebration, the hotel also arranged a free transfer in a comfortable, high-quality car to our next hotel located in the city center - an exceptional level of service. We are truly impressed by the hotel, the atmosphere, and especially the incredibly warm and attentive team. LS Yangshuo Hotel is a place where guests are treated with real love and respect. We will remember this experience for a long time and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking something truly special !

This hotel, located right by the Two Rivers and Four Lakes Scenic Area, truly deserves a perfect score for both its facilities and service. From the moment they contacted me a day in advance to ask about my check-in time, to the warm welcome upon arrival, every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious, and the setting was beautiful. The room featured full smart home automation. With the sudden drop in temperature, the indoor heating was excellent, completely alleviating my only concern as someone from the North. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. All in all, it's an excellent hotel for tourists. Wishing the business prosperity!

The hotel room was incredibly spacious, felt like I was living in a painting. The infinity pool reflected the mountains beautifully, perfect for photos. They also have a laundry room and delicious breakfast rice noodles. Lying in bed, I could admire the magnificent karst landscape, with the iconic 'Impression Sanjie Liu' show (Thousand-Year Love Scene) in Yangshuo in full view. Plus, there's a family park and a children's pool. I absolutely loved it here.

It takes about 10 minutes to get to the hotel from the highway, which is very convenient. There are many farms around where you can eat and buy local specialties. The hotel is very large, the lobby is magnificent, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The room is spacious and clean, very comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The most important thing is the hot spring area of ​​the hotel, which has dozens of pools with clear water. There is also a large infinity pool on the top of the mountain! 👍👍There are also bonfire parties every night, which bring everyone's excitement and enthusiasm to the extreme. 🔥🔥

If you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel. I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry. I am a returning guest. First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031 Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003 During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway. On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet. On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage. I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them. During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected. This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing. This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

Our family came to Guilin for a trip, and the service was outstanding! I have to say, this hotel really makes you feel at home. Every staff member we passed, from the service personnel to the cleaning ladies, would warmly greet us. The hotel is right next to the Li River and Fubo Hill scenic area, offering stunning, unobstructed river views. It was a very comfortable stay in Guilin. The room was very clean, and the toiletries were all excellent. The breakfast on the 6th floor was plentiful, and the service was fantastic! It's also quite close to popular Guilin attractions; it's about a 10-minute drive to Elephant Trunk Hill, and Fubo Hill scenic area is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. We also tried the hotel's travel photography service. The photographer even guided us on our facial expressions and poses, and I was very happy with the photos. Each room gets 3 complimentary photos. A highly recommended hotel!

The Shangri-La was hands down the most unforgettable hotel of our New Year's trip to Guangxi in 2026. Neither the Hyatt in Liuzhou nor the Wyndham in Fangchenggang came close – the Shangri-La was ten times better! From the magnificent lobby and the elegant, tasteful public areas, to the breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views from the 68-meter-high sky lobby, and the meticulous room service – every staff member was warm, friendly, and efficient. Staying at the hotel itself felt like a vacation; there was no need to visit other attractions. It was an experience of art and culture. I highly recommend booking a package that includes afternoon tea. The themed afternoon tea setup was incredibly impressive, making us want to linger forever, as if we had stepped into a fairy tale. The breakfast was equally outstanding. The variety and exquisite quality of the Shangri-La's dining can't be matched by other hotels. I was particularly impressed by the local Guangxi lemon duck and the grilled pork (Mei Rou). The duck was served warm, and the moment it was opened, all the delicious oil flowed out. I couldn't stop at just two or three pieces each time! I even wanted to ask the hotel what brand they use so I could buy some to take home. The hotel offers direct access to MixC Mall, which had lively New Year's Eve festivities. It's also just a 10-minute drive to Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area, and there are several small parks directly opposite. If you take your time, you could easily stay for many days. Both the children and our elderly family members couldn't stop raving about it. We didn't want to leave at all! We'll definitely choose Shangri-La whenever we travel next. This hotel boasts an excellent location, with Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas within walking distance. Dining and shopping options are also conveniently close by. The hotel itself has a very cozy ambiance, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious. The front desk staff and servers were incredibly friendly. When I checked in, they warmly informed me of important details, and upon hearing I wanted to make tea, they immediately brought up two large bottles of mineral water. In the evening, the front desk thoughtfully provided sweet soup and baked sweet potatoes. What truly stands out is the attention to detail: the bottled water provided to guests in winter was warmed, which is just fantastic!
