Overall, it is worth recommending, but maybe we checked in late, so there was no welcome fruit, and the mini bar was empty. I called the front desk and they refilled it for us. And the linens are a bit... The hand towels are all linting 😂, I hope the hotel will get better and better, and there will be souvenirs when I leave. If I come again in the future, I will definitely choose it!

AalessiainchinaWe booked last minute and we were pleased with the room arrangement, which perfectly accommodated our family of 5. ⭐️The room was clean and equipped. ⭐️Perfect location, easy transportation. ⭐️Staff is extremely kind and helpful. 😉Breakfast room gets crowded, however we were promptly informed at check in and given options to get food from the buffet and eat it elsewhere. Note: we only had breakfast at the hotel once and we were able to find seats and food. We usually left the hotel before breakfast for our excursions. 😕Elevators get crowded at rush hours, which might mean long waiting time. 😕Individuals smoking in common area. ❗️Those two points are not really due to hotel management, since the building hosts several other businesses. For this same reason, hygiene standards in the common areas are not up to rooms’ standards. It was not a big deal for us at all. It is a good choice for active travelers! Thank you for your kindness❣️

GGuest UserBefore going on a business trip to Xining, I screened many options on Ctrip.com and finally made the right choice. I had a little altitude sickness on the day I arrived in Xining. When I checked in at the hotel, the girls at the front desk were very good. They provided me with hot towels and hot water in time, introduced some shopping, eating and playing places in and around the hotel, and helped me take my luggage to the room. I had a few drinks with my friends at night, and my body showed obvious altitude sickness. I immediately went back to the hotel to rest. When I went upstairs, I met the hotel security brother in the elevator. Seeing that I was unwell, he sent me to the room and put water on the bedside for me. The caring security brother may have reported my situation to the front desk, as well as the night manager. Then the front desk immediately sent an oxygen cylinder to my room and told me to contact the front desk in time if I needed any help. But at more than three o'clock in the morning, I felt that my headache was about to explode, and my chest was tight and I had difficulty breathing. I called the front desk, and the front desk immediately arranged for staff to come to my room and help me call the hospital, and stayed with me all the time. Fortunately, it was not as serious as I thought. The next morning, the general manager of the hotel brought a fruit basket, flowers, and breakfast specially prepared by the staff to the room to care about me and see if I was feeling better. They also sent me hot water. I was not feeling well and wanted to delay my check-out and pay extra. The hotel staff politely helped me delay my check-out for free so that I could have a good rest. I only remember that there was a manager named Ma who had reserved contact information. After noon, I had dinner with my friends and came back to the front desk to swipe the room card. Manager Ma also asked me if I was feeling better. Every staff member at the front desk asked politely, which was very warm. My friend next to me couldn't help but praise the hospitality and thoughtful service of Xining people. I felt a little uncomfortable when I returned to the room, so I called Manager Ma to ask if she could buy me an oxygen tank and send it to the room. She told me that the hotel would provide it and I didn't have to spend any money on it. What a warm treasure hotel. Every staff member of the hotel is really attentive. It's a pity that I didn't remember each of their names, but to be honest, this place is like home, which touched me. There are thousands of hotels, but Meihao makes me feel warm

SSyed HussainThis is a proper 4 star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The toiletries are pretty good, the towels are soft and neat. It even includes a bath tub and has a clothes iron. There is a comfortable sofa to lounge on. There is no AC, but Xining is usually cold a d you wouldn't need an AC. The location is great too. Its overlooking the river. The only issues are 1. The breakfast spread is very very limited 2. It's a very old hotel and smells like one If you are okay with the limited breakfast spread and the smell, then this is a great hotel for the price.
