It was midnight when we arrived in Xining. As the starting point of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, we had a good rest. The new hotel has a little smell, but it is fine once the fresh air system is turned on. The breakfast is not suitable for southerners, it is simple and not suitable for this star rating.

But staying at this hotel softened all my anxieties with gentle care. I was busy with work this morning and didn't pay my daughter any attention. She ran to the front desk, where the staff not only combed her hair but also pinned a child-friendly hairpin. When she returned, she smiled at the mirror for a long time. I was on a video conference at lunchtime and couldn't leave. The front desk lady offered to bring breakfast to my room, specifically asking about my daughter's dietary restrictions and offering an extra portion of fruit, saying, ”This is good for children.” In the afternoon, while I was out, the staff came to my room to help with homework, which was truly reassuring. I'd expected a tough battle, but instead, these strangers quietly warmed me. Their small acts, like family, helped me share my worries, making me feel less anxious and more at ease. This wasn't a hotel; it felt more like a temporary ”home.” The kindness in the little details speaks louder than any lavish decor.

Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best
We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.
The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean
Breakfast provided for every day too.

HHaluojiasidexueMy bestie recommended this place, and I'm glad she did! From the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, everyone was incredibly friendly. There was even a staff member by the elevator who was super enthusiastic, warmly greeting and advising every guest getting into the lift.
The surrounding area is lively; as soon as you step out of the hotel, you're right in the middle of a bustling night market with tons of delicious food – roasted lamb, yogurt, all sorts of fruits, you name it. The hotel itself is conveniently located, clean, and safe. It's easy to get anywhere, and it's only 3 kilometers from the train station, so a taxi ride is just 10 yuan.
What truly touched me was that during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel even gave us beautiful silk scarves and a heartfelt handwritten card. They really put thought into it! Five stars, I highly recommend everyone to book this place with their eyes closed! (^_^)v

The service was also excellent!
There's a museum just over a kilometer away, and Wuyue Plaza is also quite convenient.
We checked in late at night and were even given an upgraded room, which was great!
The breakfast was also very generous, and the hotel even has a gym.
For the price and location during the holiday, it's definitely worth it! They even offer takeout delivery. Transportation is also convenient. Compared to the price, this isn't much better than other chain hotels. I'd definitely consider staying here again when I come to Xining!

Here is very strict for Taiwanese check-in, check-in registration, must also hold a Taiwanese certificate to take pictures, I feel very insulted.
The counter said that this is required by the local public security bureau!
If not, do not stay overnight in the county.

The front desk staff are very enthusiastic to greet you. There are people at the door to help with the luggage. The front desk check-in is fast and introduces many value-added services of the hotel. The gym and billiard hall are free to experience. The room facilities are complete. The key is that there is air conditioning and oxygen, which makes it very peaceful to sleep at night. I got up late the next day thinking that there would be no breakfast, so I went to have a look. I didn't expect that there was a meal. The taste was very good and rich. However, the details of safety in use are not well considered, and you need to pay more attention to it when you bring children. There is a row of wooden cabinets on the earthen kang where I live, and the sides of the cabinets are right angles. The child was running on the kang, and his foot was tripped by the quilt and fell down. His head hit the corner of the cabinet and broke a bloody wound, and it was swollen.
