The hotel service was exceptionally good. Seeing that we had a child, they upgraded our room. The room had both floor heating and air conditioning, and it was well-ventilated beforehand, so the air was fresh. I forgot to take pictures, but the sixth-floor panoramic restaurant was really nice, and the breakfast was also excellent. I recommend the sweet tea. The picture was taken before the sun came out, and by the time it did, halfway through my meal, I forgot to take another photo. The hotel's location is very convenient for visiting the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. The only drawback is that the parking lot is in the square next door, but the hotel reimburses the parking fee, and it's not too far.

Traveling to Tibet with my mother, I heard The St. Regis's medical room was quite famous, so we chose to stay here. The hotel's overall style is a blend of ******* and modern aesthetics, with many antique Buddha statues in the lobby, which is truly remarkable. The front desk service was very prompt and attentive, coordinating in real-time with housekeeping to ensure all our needs were met. Although the room felt a bit dated, the facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was of good quality and very comfortable. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, offering both à la carte options and a buffet spread. When I mentioned the fruit wasn't very fresh, the server immediately arranged for freshly cut fruit, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very good experience.

, the room is very warm, and the pillows are carefully prepared for three heights, one of which is a latex pillow, and the mattress is a little harder. The first floor is a cafe, designed very carefully, and there is a warm fireplace. I feel that this homestay itself is worth staying for a few more days. Unfortunately, my trip was too fast to have a cup of coffee on the first floor and sit down. The service in the store is also very warm. The person I want to thank is the boss. My things fell in the store. I didn't find them myself. She took the initiative to contact me and told me that she could send them for me. And said that in Tibet, the logistics is very fast. Of course, finally thanks to her, my things from Nyingchi came to me intact again!

GGuest UserThe homestay is in the villa area, good parking, the room is very clean and tidy, the bath towels are disposable, there is an oxygen generator and humidifier, the facilities are complete, there is a cute little wood dog, the service attitude is good, it is recommended
YYizepingguoThe location is excellent, right opposite the Tibet Museum, just a 5-minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is very convenient; during the off-season, you can park directly in front of the lobby without even going down to the underground garage.
The front desk staff was very professional in helping us check in and thoughtfully reminded us to rest on our first day at high altitude.
The room has a traditional and warm ******* decor. When visiting Tibet in the off-season (December), it's essential to stay in a warm hotel to alleviate the discomfort of high altitude.
Even in Tibet, Shangri-La's breakfast maintains its usual high standard. Be sure to try the tsampa and homemade yogurt. We also happened to meet Kent, who is in charge of the restaurant, and he provided excellent service and recommended some itineraries for exploring Tibet.
JJionghannikiyoThe room was quite spacious, and the bed was really big. The hotel staff were incredibly prompt in assisting us with all our requests. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, with trash and linens taken care of thoroughly. The facilities were great too; the oxygen machine on the wall could accommodate two people at once. It's very close to Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace, and there's even a department store nearby.
GGuest UserWe're at the airport now, getting ready to leave, and I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude:
This hotel truly exceeded our expectations and touched us deeply! After our first night, we immediately decided to extend our stay until our departure. We even found ourselves wishing we had chosen this place from the very beginning!
I particularly want to commend the young lady at the front desk. Her voice was gentle, and she was incredibly thoughtful, always responding to our every need with such care. In fact, every single staff member at the hotel made us feel so welcome. One morning, we met a kind gentleman in traditional ******* clothing in the elevator who greeted us so warmly. His genuine smile brightened my entire day. And there was the driver who specially took us to dinner, and the bellhop who helped with our luggage… So many small, yet moving moments that truly earned our respect.
As someone who also works in the service industry, I know how difficult it is to achieve such a high level of detail and warmth. Honestly, I can't help but want to applaud you all, and I'm inspired to learn from and reflect on your service.
Regarding the hotel itself – from the inside out, it boasts a distinctive ******* architectural style, both exquisite and full of character, like a ******* cultural museum you can actually live in. The room amenities are also comprehensive, exuding a sense of luxury and meticulous attention to detail.
Although this wasn't the best season to visit Tibet, and we missed out on seeing many beautiful sights, we certainly found the best hotel and the best service. Our group of five unanimously rated this experience as – “absolutely amazing!” We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to return to Tibet and this wonderful hotel again in the future, and to meet you all once more.

AAilvxingdexiaxiaojieWhen I first arrived in Lhasa, I stayed at Jicai, primarily because of its cleanliness and its proximity to the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. My experience after checking in was excellent. After my trip to Nyingchi and Mêdog, I booked Jicai again. If you experience altitude sickness, the lobby provides an oxygen concentrator, and the rooms even have diffused oxygen supply.
I had wanted to try breakfast in Lhasa, so on my last day, I bought the hotel's breakfast and discovered their noodles (fen) are really good. I regretted not booking a room with breakfast included. If you're still debating whether to book breakfast, my advice is to go for it if you like sour and spicy noodles, because their breakfast noodles are delicious. Delicious, delicious!
Front desk service was good, and honestly, Jicai offers great value for money. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe room is very clean and hygienic.
The breakfast is good, with rich variety and spacious environment.
The bedding is very comfortable, clean and has no smell of smoke.
Oxygen is available 24 hours in the lobby, and hot drinks are welcome - Rhodiola in the lobby: I have not experienced these two.
Coke and Wanglaoji are free in the room.
It is worth noting that not all rooms have oxygen, and you need to book a ”room supply” room.
The hotel restaurant is also OK. The portion is large and the taste is good, suitable for those who don't want to walk out.

YYunluanDuring the two days in Shanzeju, the peach blossoms bloomed more and more every day, and I felt the romance of winter🥰
The hotel environment is very beautiful, making us feel warm and comfortable during the journey. We arranged afternoon tea for us. For dinner, we can go to the ******* family to taste the farmhouse. The sweet tea is very delicious, with a strong milky aroma and not too sweet.
Special praise goes to Mr. Wang and Azhen, who are very attentive and enthusiastic in every detail, and their service exceeds that of a five-star resort hotel🫶🏻🫶🏻🥰🥰
Travel to Nyingchi ”Milin”, come to Shanzeju to feel the charm here👍🏻👍🏻
MM25jnb940****After searching for a long time online, I chose the Verona International Hotel. What attracted us at first was the location, which is really good. It is only more than 100 meters away from the Potala Palace. You can shoot the scenery of the Potala Palace at 180℃, which is particularly beautiful. I would like to thank Sister Wu of Sky Mirror for patiently helping us take pictures. Her skills are comparable to those of first-class photographers. I am very moved. The breakfast is also very rich. The service awareness of the entire hotel service staff is very strong, enthusiastic, and full of intimacy, just like going home. This is the first time I have felt such warm service. Moreover, for a hotel of this price and standard, this price is super cost-effective. I strongly recommend it to everyone. The night tour guide has a wide range of knowledge and good service. He took pictures of us all while lying down. I give him 100 points. The sour soup yak beef hot pot on the first floor of the hotel is also a feature. The 200 yuan set meal is super value and very good. Everyone must come to check in when they arrive in Lhasa.
