Romantic Hotels in Tuscany, Italy

The hotel has a good location. Internet is terrible. The staff are friendly. The bad thing is they allow pets in all rooms. I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. As animals in the bed could have fleas and fur or dander which is an allergy. I do not understand letting dogs and cats sleep in the bed and on pillows. Animals are not bathed like people. they drool and who knows may urinate in the room.

Castello Vicchiomaggio is a stunning property with breathtaking views of the Chianti winery region. The estate exudes historic charm while offering excellent guest service. The host provided a thorough and engaging introduction to the property, enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast was delightful, adding to the perfect stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a picturesque and memorable retreat in Tuscany.

The location and customer service at the reception were excellent. The room was reasonably clean, though it could have been a bit better. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. However, the noise from outside was quite disturbing — someone was talking nonstop until around 3 a.m., which made it hard to rest properly. This was my third hotel stay in Italy, and since the country is full of olive trees, I was surprised not to see any olives among the breakfast options. The breakfast selection overall was rather basic and no better than what you’d expect at a 2-star hotel.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super convenient and close for walking there (about 10-15 minutes on foot to get into the Old Town). I think the location is really good. The room wasn't huge, probably around 10 square meters, but it was cleaned very well. There was a kettle, and the air conditioning worked fine. It wasn't noisy at night, so I slept well. The hotel breakfast was decent. They had various breads, different spreads, cheeses, and sweet pastries, plus fresh juice. If I come back to the area, I might choose to stay here again.

This hotel is hands down the best I've stayed at in Italy. First off, for luggage storage, there's dedicated staff to take your bags and bring them back directly to you when you need them. Secondly, the breakfast spread is fantastic; I enjoyed croissants and cappuccinos for two days straight. The location is super convenient too, just a five or six-minute walk from the train station and you're right there.

We stayed here for a night with breakfast included. Very spacious, really beautiful and quiet room despite the little road. Mastodontic structure and with a great potential perhaps not expressed at the maximum. Thermal pools are very valuable, bad for the open-air bath with a slightly thin and therefore unusable water. We enjoyed relaxing massage, very valuable! We had dinner at the restaurant, good and exhaustive. Breakfast is very pleasant. All the feet and young boys. One bad check-in at 15, so if you arrive in the morning there will be a supplement to enjoy the SPA. Maybe it would have been right to be transparent and to state it on the site, a great discovery in general.

The room is very large and very comfortable in Italy, with a small garden (but very tasteless, semi-open, more than a parking space), and the vineyard of the winery outside the window. We booked an extra wine tour from the official website and it was also very interesting. The key is that the price is reasonable relative to this area, and the overall recommendation

The hotel is located in the centre of the Val d'Orcia. Montalcino is located up to the centre and has a beautiful view. Very relaxing. Excellent service at both the reception and the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The kitchen is also available for cooking. We have dined at the restaurant of the structure, a perfect service, the only thing is the menu. We have eaten everything but found excess acidity in the dishes, and we think it can be useful to balance the taste of the dishes but without exceeding it. Almost all the dishes were very acid, if it's a taste that doesn't like, the client may not eat anything. My advice is: on 7 you may be bringing a couple of dishes with this taste and others with different tastes

The hot spring is very good, that is, there are fewer people in the off-season and fewer service staff.
