the toilet was a little dirty as the sink area wasn’t properly cleaned when we came, as well as the kettle not being emptied and cleaned out from the previous stayers. used their gymnasium today and realised that despite their equipment being really new and clean, the treadmill is quite small as compared to norm size that i was used to in other gyms. service by staffs were really good though, overall me and my friends relativel enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed a few hotel in JB and this is our first time staying in a condominium. Their service and room exceeded our expectations and we have a good time exploring the facilities n surrounding area. We’ve a chat group where amenities and check in information and video was given throughout the whole process. Before check in we got lost at RF mall and they promptly send a person to pick us up and brought us directly to our room. We’ll be coming back again to try their bigger room next time with our friends.

this I not first time, booked for KSL hotel with my family. but this time very disappointed for their air-conditioning ... not cold, cannot adjust. aircon compressor very loud. I can't even have a good rest.. and swimming pool never well maintain. Alot of algae. on the pool side floor also inside the pool.. that my girl went inside saw..hopefully next booking will be more better .

My stay at Z Hotel Johor Bahru was comfortable and convenient, thanks to its prime location in the city center. The rooms are modern, valued for money, and walking distance to nearby malls and restaurants. It is also located just 200m away from the Tan Hiok Nee Heritage Walk of Johor Bahru old town. We will come to visit again!

recently stayed at Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and only a short drive from the Singapore border, which makes it perfect for both leisure and quick getaways. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was soft and relaxing, and the view from the room was beautiful, especially at night. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop pool. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy the city view, and unwind after a long day. The facilities were well-maintained and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and found the location to be very convenient, with Mid Valley Southkey Mall right next door and easily accessible on foot. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to the mall, which was a nice bonus. We tried the buffet breakfast and found the selection fairly decent; however, the service was quite slow. Used dishes were left piled on the table for some time and were not cleared promptly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, especially for the convenience of the location.

This is my third time staying here, and I’m still satisfied with the service provided. The only downside this time was that the room didn’t have a safety deposit box, and it was located on the first floor in the middle section, so it was quite noisy due to traffic and people hanging out by the roadside. If you want a quieter room, request one on the 2nd–3rd floor at the end of the wing.

Capri JB has always been my choice to stay and this is the 1st time ever, it miserably failed in terms of customer service, all thanks to Ishamudin. The check in queue was already long when we arrived. Took 20mins to be attended. When Ishamudin served us, his replies were curt, not helpful & dismissive (snatched my sister's passport right out of her hand instead of asking for it nicely) He then said only 1 room was ready as we wanted all 3 rooms to be on same floor (we booked 3 rooms btw) and it was already 4.30pm. So he said if we all are going out, then when we come back the other 2 rooms will be ready by then. I then said, it doesn't matter if the rooms are on the same floor, as long as all 3 rooms are ready now (cos we are all tired & sweaty and just wanted to rest). He then snatched my sister's passport out of her hand. Made a call, stared on the computer screen then 5 mins later, just curtly placed 2 room cards on the counter. Without explaining anything, of course I had to ask questions like ”when will the 3rd room be ready?” , ”how will you be informing us when the 3rd room is ready?”, etc I had to ask questions instead of Ishamudin explaining what's going on. Ishamudin then said he will call 1 of the rooms to notify when the 3rd room is ready. Guess what?? At 5.40pm, I had to call the reception to check and find out myself! Asked for Ishamudin & guess what? He was already out from his shift! Explained to the reception & a nice Indian gentleman (sorry didn't get his name) came up to my room (instead of collecting it down at recep) & handed the 3rd room card. Now, that was customer service! Ishamudin could have said ”Sorry, the rooms are not available right now but once ready, I will send someone up to send u the 3rd room card” etc If Ishamudin has no passion to serve, please put him somewhere else. The least he could do is smile (which he didn't at all).

I had a pleasant stay at Fives Hotel Johor Bahru. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping malls and local eateries. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, making it perfect for a short getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great value for money.

Hotel is very convenient, with direct access to the mall at lv1. Booked 2 rooms, and the staff were very kind to offer connecting room to us (great for family with elderly and kids!). Requested for the sofa bed to be made, and the sofa bed is surprisingly comfy and large enough to fit an adult. The room is also super spacious, and space for us to store luggage. Our luggage do not need to be placed on the floor. We will be back 👍
