Romantic Hotels in Central Visayas, Philippines

The location is great. Our room is very pleasant with free bottles of water bath robe provided. Our room is overlooking the Newtown beach. Need beach pass which is just a 5 min walk. Newtown beach and amenities are great with Bohemian theme. There are several convenient stores around. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is great. Thanks to the dining staff Mico who gave us an anniversary treat cake during our breakfast. Location is near to our place of worship you No floor towel provided and the small.towel is bi okt worn out no lotion provided. When we get there after our trip Hotel changed name to Mercure maybe thats the reason because it has a Belmont name on the towels Overall we enjoyed our stay and hotel is recommended..

Savoy is a good hotel, as it is located in the very center of Mactan, not far from the beach. The staff is friendly, on the first floor they give a towel and an entrance to the beach. The room was quiet, as was the whole hotel. On the first day they gave a dessert, it was nice and sweet. The water pressure in the room is good, there was always hot water. A gym and a swimming pool are available. The hotel was very humid, so things took a long time to dry. The floor in the room was dirty, as if it was never wiped.

It was fantastic Vacation ever. Front desk Kevin was amazing from Arrival until departure. He was very kind and efficient. It was nice welcome. The restaurant staffs all were great. Breakfast, beach snack and dinner. They are kind and provide best service. Beach safety guards and security(Julio, if i remember correctly) very kind and help single traveler request very well. Thanks for my departure transportation driver. Every staffs with busy operation, they keep smile on face. I have a best vacation under the sun and beautiful beach with South Palm resort! I will definately will be back soon. 정말 조용하고 한적한 곳에서 제대로된 휴식을 취하고 싶으시면. 여기입니다.

So, Only Seed Hotel... hmm, where do I start? The room was okay, but you know when the pics online look way better? Yeah, that. I think they use photos of, like, all their rooms for the standard king, 'cause I was picturing something bigger. The shower was a struggle – was the water even hot? Who knows! The separate toilet and shower thing? Cute idea, but brrr! Still freezing in there because of the gaps up top. And OMG, when my hubby showered, the toilet flooded! The seal is a joke. And the bidet? Let's just say it's like a power washer for your lady bits. Ouch! But hey, free water! That's a win. And the breakfast? Sarap! Not too salty, just right. I was shook when they brought out the whole spread – fruit, coffee, juice... all of it! Tapsilog was on point. They even nailed the eggs – sunnyside up for me, cooked yolk for the hubs. Plus, a whole plate of watermelon each! The juice and coffee were legit. The pool looked Insta-worthy, but we were zonked from our countryside tour. Plus, it closes early. The location's a bit out of the way, but there's street food nearby for when you're tipid. Not the best grub, but busog is busog, right? Would I stay again? Ewan ko. The staff were super nice, though. But no phones in the room? Ugh, gotta trek to the front desk next door for everything. We really loved this hotel! The amenities are great, we loved the pool, beach and the arcade. The staff is really sweet and help you arrange everything. The food and coffee they serve are also great. Our room was super clean and the shower and bed were fantastic. The only downside is that the decor in the room was a little outdated, but that didn’t bother us.

This was a fantastic hotel! What stood out most was how incredibly kind and helpful the hotel staff were, offering 24-hour assistance. The breakfast was also delicious, and the rooms were clean, making for a truly satisfying hotel stay.

I am a budget traveler but really tried staying at Coco Grove for the experience and it did not disappoint. Worth every penny, the food was so so so good, the staff were kind and approachable, amenities are the best most especially the complimentary snorkel at Tubod Marine Sanctuary, and the facility as a whole is soo beautiful. Will definitely comeback.

Great for a weekend gateway Beach looks very nice. Beach restaurant, bar and view are great, however we visited it during Halloween evening and instead of chilling vibe there was loud sound of horror movies that no one watched in that moment. Unfortunately we left due to this. Pizza restaurant is super nice with a la carte menu, team’s congratulations for guests bdays are fun. Pizza, pasta, zucchini with feta are in the top. The only recommendation is to have a faster service, many dishes after oven waited for waiters. Overall we enjoyed our stay even time was very limited

Easy to locate, staff were friendly, and front desk staff also recommended ways to roam around the city. Amount paid was worth it.

Location is a bit far from Alona Beach, but the resort offers free shuttle services at fixed times (9AM, 12PM, 3PM, 6PM, and 9PM), which is very convenient. The room was clean and spacious. We were initially assigned a room with connecting doors, so we could hear noise from the adjacent room. After showing a video of the issue, the staff kindly accommodated our request for a room change. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the other room we booked wasn’t ready by 3PM, so we had to wait about 30 minutes. They allowed us a late check-out though, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay and great value for the price. Recommended.
