Great location. The facilities are complete and clean. The environment is pretty good and quiet, not bad at all. The service is decent, and the front desk service was quite good. Overall, it was a good experience. You can give it a try, it's alright.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. Even though I was traveling alone, I was given a spacious room, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The restaurant, though not large, had everything I needed, and it was a real treat to have delicious Kaymak for breakfast without having to go far. There was a bit of a tricky situation during my stay, but the staff were so kind to constantly check in on me, asking if I was okay and offering their help. I really appreciated their concern and support. I would definitely love to stay here again if I come back to Istanbul!

The hotel is incredibly close to Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, and Topkapi Palace. You can even walk to the Bosphorus strait to watch people fishing. The service was excellent. Our room was always cleaned, and towels and water were replaced and refilled throughout our 3-night stay. The reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly. The front office staff were particularly quick in getting us a taxi. My only suggestion would be to add more 'real food' options to the restaurant menu, instead of just processed food every day, as it can get a bit boring. Overall, it's a great recommendation for an affordable and good hotel in Sultanahmet.

Facilities: It has everything you'd expect, close to the airport and subway, making it a great choice for early morning or late night flights! There's also a cheap, delicious, and generous breakfast spot nearby. But honestly, the hotel's decor feels a bit like something out of a small, provincial town, haha. Cleanliness: The hygiene is acceptable and clean enough; it's fine for a one-night stay.

We had a lovely stay! The room was clean and had a nice balcony to relax on. The staff were friendly, and the place felt safe with CCTV and a quiet atmosphere. The bathroom and bedroom were a bit small, but it was totally fine for a short stay — just what we needed since we spent most of our time out exploring the city. Good enough for 2 people. The only small thing is that the pillows could be a bit bigger or there could be a couple more, as they were a bit too thin. Overall great stay, I recommend .👌

This hotel is wonderful! I had room 131, which was 11 sq m with a view of the tower and mosque. The view was absolutely stunning. I was traveling solo, but it would even be comfortable for two people if you're just planning to sleep at the hotel. Housekeeping was daily and excellent 🔥. The shower always had hot water. The location is perfect, only a 5-10 minute walk to the ferries and Taksim Square. Regarding noise – I didn't hear any; it was quiet, but just in case, earplugs are provided in the room. They had good bathrobes, slippers, and towels were changed daily. The hairdryer was a bit weak (for those who care about that). The breakfasts were a bit repetitive but tasty, and you definitely won't leave hungry. I wasn't a big fan of the coffee, though. There's a restaurant on the ground floor and another on the rooftop; the food is delicious, and the portions are generous. Breakfast was served on the ground floor. For the price I paid, this hotel was an absolute steal. It truly made my vacation much better, thank you! ❤️

WOW! Absolutely fabulous. The room, the water pressure in the shower, the location, the lovely staff and delicious food. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, informative and, helpful. It's a beautiful hotel with history in the Old Town known as Constantinople. It's within walking distance of the suburb of Balat which we spent many hours walking around. But number one on our list is the Breakfast buffet! The Breakfast is to die for! Absolutely delicious! Top marks!

I love Pera Palace Hotel!!! It's been love at first sight! ❤️ It's been my dream since about two years to spend a night here and finally last night my husband and I did, and even with my extremely high expectations the stay even surpassed those - it was one of the best hotel stays ever - and we had a lot! 😉 Pera Palace Hotel has such a vibrant history and it nourishes this historical vibe, it's like living in a museum, it is as if you've been dropped into another time about one hundred years back - absolutely lovely, mesmerizing, breathtaking! 😍 On the way to our room #512, we took the first elevator of the country made of wood and cast iron and installed in 1892 - what an exciting ride! 🤩 The ROOM!!! I had booked the Greta Garbo corner room and it DID look like on the pictures - beautiful!!! Again, talking about travelling in time ... Bed was comfy, bathroom with cute old style bathtub 🛁 ... Everything was perfect! There was enough complimentary water, the option to make espresso, tea,... Minibar was available as well but we chose to have a nice glass of Whiskey at the Oriental Bar instead in the evening - so stylish, such a cozy flair, plus quite a big choice of different whiskeys ... 🥃 The service from check-in until check-out was impeccable - valet, reception, Turkish coffee at Kubbeli Lounge, drinks at Oriental Bar, Agatha Restaurant for breakfast with a fantastic buffet... the SPA area is quite small, but very nice as well ... We had a little steam room and sauna session that was very relaxing before retiring to our room for the night ... This morning, after the delicious breakfast, we visited the Atatürk museum - room #101 where Atatürk used to reside starting from 1917 until he took residency at Dolmabahçe Palace. What else can I say? Well, check out the list of all the famous people from all over the world who stayed at Pera Palace Hotel! And watch Midnight at the Pera Palace on Netflix 🗝️ 😃 ... And then try it out yourself and you'll see, it's as stunning as I'm saying!!! 😍😍😍 We'll be back, I REALLY want to! ❤️ On the last picture you can see a gift that I received when checking out 🥰 - so it's clear, we are meant to be back!!! And if I choose the room we will stay at very carefully next time we might even be able to travel in time ... 🤣

We booked a three bedroom apartment for our stay, we have a family of four. The most important part that made this stay great - the staff. Members of the staff are very attentive, very quick to help, very friendly and kind. Thanks to them we were very well taken care of. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were some minor issues that I would like to address. First of all, while the apartment was spotless, you can see that it has been used and definitely needs a cosmetic makeover (so to say). Amenities are used and old so it can be better. Second of all, there is a strong odor of cats inside the apartment. Air circulation is not good. There is no way to get to the garden without leaving the room (and we wanted there to be a private balcony or terrace that is mentioned on the website). Location is nice, you can reach lots of different tourist attractions by foot. All in all, I enjoyed my stay but I’m not sure I will come back unless this hotel has a renovation.

Highly recommended for couples and those prioritizing space and relaxation.
