Returning to Lu'an again, we continued our itinerary from last week, and once again received warm reception and careful care from our exclusive housekeeper, Ms. Pi, who took care of every detail. I was also lucky enough to taste the sumptuous breakfast of Wanxi Hotel that combines Chinese and Western styles. The strong aroma of American coffee is paired with the authentic Lu'an breakfast delicacy - Qianzhang Bao Youtiao, haha! A dazzling array of fruits of all colors. Every waiter is very professional in their hospitality. I also tried to pack breakfast once, and it was packed properly. The hardware, facilities, services, management, sanitation, and geographical conditions are all first-rate. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the door, which is very convenient! I must give thumbs up to Wanxi Hotel for its value for money!

The hotel is conveniently located a 15-20 minute walk from the Taiping Cable Car, making it very easy to access from the North Gate. It's also a great option for those entering from the South Gate and exiting via the North Gate. Our family took the Yuping Cable Car from the South Gate, visited Greeting-Pine, Lotus Peak, Hundred-Step Ladder, Brightness Peak, Flying-over Rock, and then checked into the Xihai Hotel. The front desk service was excellent upon check-in. The next day, we woke up at 5:30 AM and walked 30-40 minutes to Shixin Peak to watch the sunrise over the sea of clouds. On the way back, we could see 'Monkeys Watching the Sea' before returning to the hotel to rest until 10-11 AM. We then took the Taiping Cable Car down the mountain (which was a bit thrilling!). It was an absolutely perfect experience. (The hotel room also provided incredibly warm waterproof suits).

One of the few high-star hotels in Huaibei, Because of work, I stayed at this hotel for a week and the overall experience was great. The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can walk to the subway station in a few minutes, and it is very convenient to go to various business districts and office locations. The rooms will be cleaned every day by cleaning staff, and the laundry will be sorted out in time. The service is in place. Although the gym in the hotel is not big, it is fully equipped. After get off work, go for a run and fitness, which can relieve the pressure of work. In addition, the hotel's food delivery service is also very fast, I don't want to go out at night, order a room meal, the taste is good, the weight is very large. In short, this is a very trustworthy business hotel, recommended to everyone!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The front desk upgraded my room for me, coincidentally to the same room type I had last time. Any requests I had were promptly met by the front desk. When I returned, with less than 20 minutes left until the latest check-out time, they kindly extended my check-out by half an hour, giving me some extra time to rest. The hotel's location near the pedestrian street and Yintai makes it incredibly convenient for daily life, perfectly suited for those visiting Hefei for a short trip. The male staff member serving the late-night congee was also incredibly thoughtful. I arrived late and he saw I was in a hurry, but he reassured me to take my time and enjoy my meal. Hefei truly felt warm and welcoming.

Extremely satisfied! I went to Hefei for a one-day trip to see a concert, and it also happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially arranged birthday decorations and even thoughtfully delivered a cake at night! The cake was delicious too! When checking out, they even gave us fruit for the road! This whole experience made me feel that even though the hotel has been open for a few years, their soft services are truly excellent! After leaving, I accidentally left some clothes behind, and they proactively contacted SF Express to send them back. This was a really great experience overall.

My stay at Le Fuchang Platinum Hotel truly surprised me with its exceptional facilities, far exceeding my expectations for a five-star hotel! **Room Amenities: Impeccable Detail, Full of Tech** The first impression upon entering the room was 'new' and 'smart'. The room was incredibly spacious with a modern and elegant design that instantly made me feel relaxed. The best part was the full-room smart control system; lighting, curtains, and air conditioning could all be conveniently managed via a control panel. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, offering a wonderful sense of embrace that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-designed, and the rain shower provided a rich, dense stream of water that washed away all fatigue. Really enjoyed my time at the shilin hotel at the top of the mountains. The service was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They would send me very detailed information on what the weather was, the probability of seeing sunrise, sunset and cloud sea, and when to go see those things. Food at the restaurant was very good and varied. The location is also very centric to different hikes, as with the other hotels. The room was clean and had down jackets to use if needed, as well as a flashlight for when it gets dark outside for sunrise or sunset. Would definitely stay again.

Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.
