In April, I stayed at Baiyun with my mom for a night. The room is small and not soundproof (neighbors may be loud, but the hotel can provide earplugs), but it’s very comfortable, cozy, and clean. We got a room with a slanted roof, and a small sitting space near the window. The shower pressure is very good, and the water gets hot quickly. There’s even a bucket to soak your feet after hiking, and thick jackets and a flashlight for usage outside. The service is very attentive and courteous. When we arrived, staff 叶鹤菲 (Ye Hefei) showed us around the room, and later even gave us some gifts (some fruit, tea leaves, and local snacks). Via wechat, she sent us info on the hotel, weather and sunrise conditions. The buffet dinner was 160rmb, while breakfast buffet was included - pretty tasty with many options. It’s expensive, but understandable knowing that all the food has to be carried up through the hard work of manual labor. It takes a while to reach Baiyun Hotel from Yungu cable car, but it was worth it! You can see the sunrise from the nearby Aoyu Peak (~10-15min hike up) or Guangming Peak (~20-30min hike up, more tiring). At Aoyu Peak (which they recommended), I was able to see 云海 (sea of clouds), which was very beautiful. Hopefully the weather is good (the days before it was very foggy and cloudy, low visibility). Check in service was great upon arriving. They will give a large printed map and advise the route to take according to your preference. They added us on WeChat to update on all services available and sunrise info. Room was clean and signage saying tap water is portable from Huangshan spring. Boba tea's tapioca balls were powdery. Resources are difficult to carry up so maybe they served us overnight pearls. Food was not cheap but understandable. Breakfast was good with the traditional buns and soy bean drink etc. There is a walkway connected to the main building from the 2nd floor of blk B. Sunrise location changed to about 40min walk (one way) in Dec so it was steps and steps again on the second day morning but it's all worth it. Best communication from the helpful staff (in Chinese)

Great location for easy reach to key sceneries. Good buffet (160RMB). Clean sheets. Helpful staff. Otherwise that’s probably it. It’s definitely not a 4* hotel: 1) no towel for feet; 2) apparently some dust in the rooms as my nose was blocked (I have allergy to dust); 3) no sound isolation - you basically can hear everything people say; 4) heavily overpriced; 5) food choice is the same every day but some days are lacking basic things like rice; 6) breakfast is ok but very limited choice.

Located on the north side of the mountain, we found this area a welcome relief from the madding crowds south of the summit. The hotel is expensive for a basic room but you are paying for the location. There is a nice peak nearby for sunrise/sunset viewing or stargazing.

This hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes walk to the HuangShan North Train station. We walked. On a cool day, its ok. The room is spacious. The place is clean and nit. Breakfast variety was good, though we felt it could have been better. Overall, we have a satisfied experience and will likely return if we were to be in HuangShan North Station again.

Very convenient located to the Huangshan Park Entrance. Need to take a didi after alighting the public bus from Huangshan North Station to the hotel. Walking is abt 4km. Didi is abt 8rmb. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They will help to arrange transport to wherever you like to visit. The food served at the restaurant within the hotel is very nice. There are many other restaurants nearby as well. Room is clean and big. The view from the Bridge nearby is superb with huangshan at the background. There are massage nearby after your hard day at the Huangshan national park.

The hotel is in a great location, located in the center of Ma'anshan, a landmark building. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. This time I booked 2 rooms with my friends. The front desk lady Liu Wanxing was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room to a lake view suite for free. The room was really nice, large in size, and you could see the lake. The view was great, the room facilities were very comprehensive, the room had a bathtub, bath salts, and a separate shower room. The breakfast in the restaurant was also very rich and varied. I recommend the Golden Eagle Big Meat Noodles, which tasted great. There is also a gym and swimming pool on the 10th floor, which is very spacious and comfortable. It is next to the Golden Eagle business district, and it is very convenient for travel and shopping. I will stay here next time

I was upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise me. The staff was nice in general, and responded quickly to my requests. There are some areas for improvement. At the breakfast, I ordered dumpling. The service staff, who prepared dumpling for me, did not wear a mask. I saw him using his dirty hands, which just cleaned his nose, to add ingredients to the bowl. This was disgusting. The signs for the elevators near the entrance to the mall are misleading in indicating the floors that the elevators can reach.

Second time staying at this hotel. Come here for sunset and sunrise on Huangshan, which is ideal for winter visit because you can watch the sunset and sunrise (mountains might be blocking the view when the sun is rising but is still pretty nice) on the platform right in front of the hotel without any additional hiking at all

Clean and comfortable. Tunxi Old Street is just a block or two away. What stood out to me the most was the customer service. The people at the front desk were very warm and friendly. They noticed me standing outside in the cold for quite a bit after I checked out and assumed I needed assistance so one of them went outside to ask where I needed to go next. I was actually just waiting for my Didi but I appreciated the gesture. I would definitely stay here again.

We were thoroughly impressed by the hotel's excellent services, showcased in its contemporary design and immaculate cleanliness. The complimentary, punctual pick-up and drop-off service to the railway station made our travel exceptionally smooth and enjoyable.

Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you. The location is slightly difficult to find (you’ll need to walk through a random building hallway in order to find the hotel entrance). If you message the hotel in advance they will come out and help lead the way. Convenient location for restaurants and beautifully designed garden.

Very pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean and had a lot of free gifts that are generally paid for elsewhere. Breakfast was a little sparse but had the usual noodle bar and just enough variety. The only thing lacking was decent coffee. Special mention to the guy manning the reception desk who was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I recently had a very pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of resources available around the area for all budgets, making it an ideal choice for any traveler. The exterior environment is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering fresh, invigorating air. Inside, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are remarkably comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Special thanks to Jenny and Yanyan Zhang at the front desk, whose friendly and enthusiastic greeting refreshed my tiredness from the 10+hours flight , They kindly upgraded my room and patiently assisted with connecting to the Wi-Fi and proactively registering the vehicle number plate which made my check-in process smooth and effortless. Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable. ( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:) This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)

The hotel has very good location which is close to the metro line 1 and line 2. Our room was on the 23rd floor, it's clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast starts at 6:30am, has a wide range of choices and very handy for elderly people. The hotel building also has restaurants, cafes and beauty salon in it.

Gym was under renovation and we didn't know that beforehand :/ If we did, we would have booked a different hotel. Nonetheless, the room is SPACIOUS and the view of the Swan Lake is beautiful. The interior design is quite old but classic, I particularly like that the furniture is wood so it lessens static shock (just a personal preference). Try going to breakfast EARLY like around 7 or 8AM because when you visit right before it closes, there's nothing much left in the buffet. 

I have rated this hotel 5* as I loved my stay here and the facilities are great. Nice big tidy room with a decent view of Hefei, great shower with bath too. Lovely gym and swimming pool - neither too busy. Super friendly staff on the front desk to check in and check out. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Would recommend this hotel and I’d stay here again

Holiday inn is boasted of its prime location around city centre and it has short distance to all of its attractions and high sports. It is quieter than other hotels as dodging in a crowded area off a less hustling alleyway.

The hotel has an elegant environment, a large lobby, and the service attitude of Liu Lili at the front desk is very considerate. The room has a balcony, complete facilities, and convenient transportation.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is as good as always. The hotel is in a good location, the environment is very comfortable, the bedding is very comfortable to sleep, there is no odor, and the non-smoking room is thoughtfully arranged. The room butler service is very timely and any problems are solved immediately. The welcome fruit is thoughtfully presented. The main thing is that this time, the dining coupon for the executive lounge is also presented, which is particularly thoughtful for me who does not want to go out for dinner at night. The food is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and it is clean and hygienic. The location of the B&B is easy to find. It is not far from the south gate entrance of Hongcun Scenic Area, and Nanhu Lake is right outside. You can also see many views of Hongcun from the terrace. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the utensils inside are very good and reasonably designed. The boss and his wife are very considerate in service. They helped to carry the luggage upstairs and helped to book a car to the high-speed rail station. I am very satisfied.

It was a very pleasant place. The style of room is matches the old village style. It really gives you the feeling of staying in the village. The location is also just at the edge of the village, making it accessible from outside and giving you peace during the night.

I have been to Hongcun several times, and I especially recommend this one. The location is near Nanhu Lake. Take a taxi directly to the South Gate parking lot to check the ticket. The name of the store is eye-catching, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to find it, and you can come back to pick it up. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is so comfortable that people don’t want to get up. The network is normal, and hot water is available 24 hours a day. After checking in, it is more like getting along with family, giving you a relaxed feeling without so many concerns. Remember, you must tell the boss where you want to go. He can help you book or give you suggestions in time. This is a real peace of mind, saving worry, trouble, and effort. Finally, I wish the boss a prosperous business and a lot of money, and I wish every guest a pleasant journey

The first time I lived in a house with 200 years of history! Parts of it looks like a museum, but the rooms are modernized in a nice way! Seriously, it looks like a fancy tea place or a private mansion, never expected a hotel like this! The owner lady was very nice, showed the way to the place (navigation in the village is a bit difficult for a newcomer) and helped to change the room to a single bed when heard that my friend was not coming. Very friendly approach! I would recommend this place to anyone, who would like to get an authentic experience of Hongcun village!

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. The entrance to the hotel is a cute, beautiful courtyard, everything is close by. Communication was easy via WeChat, they came to pick us up and carried out heavy luggage all the way to the parking lot, and helped us do laundry in the hotel. The only comments are that the room got some noise from the street, which was very busy at all times, and it wasn’t very well ventilated. They replaced our towels and toiletries but they didn’t make the bed or clean up the room. In any case this is a great choice for spending a couple of nights right in the middle of Hongcun!

This is the best B&B I have ever stayed in. It has hotel-style service and hygiene, facilities and equipment, and B&B-style environment layout. The loft room I booked is very suitable for traveling with parents. There are separate toilets and shower rooms upstairs and downstairs. After arriving in Hongcun, I called the housekeeper and he sent a car to take me to the B&B. It is in a small alley, and the main entrance is not very conspicuous. After entering, there is a different world and it is very quiet. The breakfast is a fixed set meal for each person, which is very rich. Shaomai and corn are very delicious. The whole family is very satisfied, recommended, and will come again next time!

The room is very elegant, with a lounge area with sofas and a large TV, and the bathroom has aromatherapy. The public area is very comfortable, with a large projector and Go, and Hanfu clothes to try on. The front desk lady was very nice. She drove a battery car to pick us up, saving our feet that couldn't lift up after climbing Huangshan, and also helped us carry our luggage. The breakfast area is not big, but there are freshly made wontons and noodles. It's delicious. The only regret is that the fortune cat was sleeping soundly and I didn't get to pet it.

I stayed at Banyan Tree Huangshan for two nights in the middle of this month and was generally satisfied. The hotel's service is indeed considerate and thoughtful. The staff I met everywhere always responded to my needs in a timely manner with a warm smile. The hotel is located in the mountains. You can see the misty peaks by opening the window, and you can hear the sound of birds singing and streams in the early morning, which is particularly healing. It takes ten minutes to walk to the next door Lu Village. The bluestone road and the old houses of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are very charming, especially when the smoke rises in the evening, it feels like walking into an ink painting. The puppy I met on the ridge of the field is also happy and leisurely. I will consider coming again in autumn if I have time.

My stay at the Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel was a mix of delight and slight inconvenience. The hotel's interior is beautifully designed, featuring many artistic elements that create a unique and charming atmosphere. However, there were some small design issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. One issue was the bed frame, which was positioned in such a way that it was easy to accidentally knock into it. Additionally, the courtyard rooms, while picturesque, were not directly connected to the main building, requiring a short walk, which was less than ideal during rainy weather. Furthermore, navigating the hotel involved quite a number of steps and uneven surfaces, which could be hazardous if one is not careful. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel's overall ambiance and artistic flair made for a memorable stay. With a few adjustments, the Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel could truly shine as a top-notch destination.

We traveled during the Qingming Festival, so the price was relatively affordable. I booked two rooms, which were in different buildings. Don't stay at ”Xianshi”, it's very noisy near the stairs! ! ! It was shown that there was a balcony for viewing, but it turned out to be a shared balcony. I thought it was a private balcony. The interior of the triple room in ”Xiaoman” is nice and spacious, but the sun just can't get in. It feels a bit closed off, with no windows. The room is pretty much the same as in the pictures. You can also choose Hanfu, and there are accessories next to it. There are also landscapes in the courtyard where you can take photos. I recommend the balcony, which is quite photogenic. But there is also a view outside, so in comparison, I think the view rooms here are not worth it. The restaurants in Hongcun are very average. Yuezhao Lake and Nanhu Lake are worth visiting, but the others are average. Maybe you didn’t realize it. The B&B provides a pick-up service, but if there are too many people, they can only pick up suitcases! Can't give it as a gift. Basically you have to walk! ! ! Although there are many commercial photo shoots in the scenic area, fortunately, they do not block some of the best viewing spots, which is quite fair.
