"I've stayed here several times, and the breakfast is decent. The overall environment is quite good, and it's close to Tianjing Lake, which is convenient for a stroll. However, the service isn't great. This time, I left a note when booking through Trip.com, but if I hadn't reminded the front desk again, it would have been completely ignored. I specifically requested a quiet room, but there was all sorts of noise from around 5 AM. I definitely won't be staying in a room facing the main entrance again."

"Before coming, I compared almost all the hotels and guesthouses on the mountain, and Beihai stood out as having the best value for money. The room size was quite decent, and the concierge service from Xinyi was excellent – she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and routes. The location is also good; it's about a 10-minute walk to Monkey Watching the Sea, which is currently the closest viewpoint for sunrise. Bright Summit is a bit further, probably a 45-minute to an hour walk for the average person. The closest to the hotel is the Yungu cable car, about a 20-minute walk, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The hotel restaurant's breakfast spread was very generous, and the à la carte dinner dishes were also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the old chicken soup – so fragrant! The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's also a cat named Yundou, who's plump and adorable and often wanders around the hotel entrance early in the morning. Right outside the hotel, there's also a medical station, a police station, and a coffee shop, which makes the facilities incredibly convenient. While prices on the mountain are high, it's understandable, considering all the food and drinks are carried up by porters. I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the money was well spent."

I chose to stay at The Langham Hefei for Eric Chou's concert, and my experience exceeded expectations. Mindy, a staff member, arranged the room perfectly in advance, and the front desk even gave me concert merchandise, making my check-in very pleasant. The hotel is super close to the concert venue, about a 5-minute walk, and I could even hear Eric Chou's concert rehearsal from the hotel – it was so exciting! After the concert, returning to the hotel, they thoughtfully prepared ginger tea to ward off the evening chill, showing incredible attention to detail and warmth. The room was comfortable and quiet, the location was convenient for getting around, and the service was attentive throughout. Such thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly warm, and they even helped arrange a late check-out! 👍 I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I come to Hefei for a concert!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right across the street when you get off the bus in Tangkou Town. The value for money is also great. The staff are very enthusiastic; they helped me arrange a shared ride from Huangshan North directly to the hotel for 35 yuan. Storing my luggage at the hotel before heading up the mountain was very convenient. The restaurant next door was delicious; I ordered the signature stinky mandarin fish and the boss recommended the bamboo shoots, both of which were fantastic. Hotel guests also get a 15% discount. After coming down from Huangshan, I had a bowl of local specialty noodles with toppings, which also didn't disappoint. After descending, I even got a foot massage at the hotel to relax a bit before ending my Huangshan trip. If there's one minor flaw, it's that the toilet had a slight odor. The hotel also gave me some shaobing (sesame flatbreads), which I unexpectedly found quite tasty.

The hotel staff were very attentive, and although the room was small, it had everything you could need, built to a four-star standard. Down jackets were provided in the room, essential for watching the sunrise early in the morning. During the National Day holiday, there were evening performances, and the breakfast was also quite good. As for dining at the mountain top, it's not exorbitantly expensive. Monkey Quick Meal (猴轻松快餐) costs 35-50 yuan, similar to what you'd pay on high-speed rail, and considering they transport food in much more difficult conditions than by rail. Bottled water and drinks are more expensive, as they are heavy and difficult to carry up, but every restaurant bathroom has a water dispenser, so all you need is a water bottle. Everyone is welcome to visit Huangshan!

I came for the location to catch a sunset and sunrise over huangshan and the hotel is perfect for that. The cozy solo room had everything I needed and a nice view to top it up. The hotel is super confortable and provides everything you need including warm jackets and torchlight for sunset / sunrise viewing (meaning you don't need to bring any of it with you on the mountain, I wish I had asked before). The concierges were super helpful and gave me advice for sunset /sunrise viewing (the hotel also provide the local weather forecast including time, visibility probability and sea cloud probablity), all of which less than 20 minutes away from the hotel. I was to catch both and then come back to the hotel for dinner / breakfast (both of which were very good with a wide variety of dishes). Everything (room and dinner) was pricier than in other cities but given the location at the summit and the benefits of enjoying the mountain late afternoon and early morning without the huge crowds of the day, it was worth every single euro and allowed me not to rush the trip.

This InterContinental truly lives up to its high standards. The food selection is incredibly generous, a real treat for anyone who loves to eat – you'll be full all day! I was pleasantly surprised by such an extensive spread for the price. They were also incredibly accommodating with my special requests, preparing everything meticulously in advance. The service was top-notch all around. I absolutely loved it here; it's a perfect spot for a staycation.

Banyan Tree Huangshan 💚 For my dad's birthday, the hotel prepared a delicious strawberry mousse cake! We couldn't finish it because the portions were so generous 😋. There are three peacocks 🦚🦚🦚 in the courtyard (they are super smart and will come right up to you for food), and the scenery from the balcony is picturesque (the sunset was absolutely stunning) ❤❤❤. The entire hotel is filled with the Banyan Tree's special essential oil scent, and there's an essential oil diffuser in the room too. During check-in, the butler offered Huangshan Maofeng tea and special pastries and then introduced the hotel's evening ceremonies: 'A Night of Fish and Dragon Dance' and 'Intangible Cultural Heritage Iron Flower Display' ✨. Even though I've seen them many times on TV, the shock of seeing them in person is still indescribable!!! We also received evening gifts: a small Banyan Tree turtle doll and cookies. Since it was a birthday celebration, the Baiyun Restaurant reserved a central scenic table with breathtaking views. The hotel's signature dishes — Huizhou Maofu Tofu, Huizhou Smelly Mandarin Fish, and Huizhou Daobanxiang — were all incredibly delicious and perfect with rice! 😋😋😋 The important thing is that they weren't spicy at all! I feel like this is probably the best hotel in Huangshan City at this price point! Finally, a shout-out to our butler, Amy!

This was my first time visti Chuzhou City, mainly for a business trip. The client recommended a newly opened hotel, and I honestly didn't expect the front desk service to be this good—they even upgraded my room for free. Most importantly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, easy check in, which is the most important for me when choosing a place to stay. I'm more used to Western food, but their breakfast was surprisingly very nice. A wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. Fresh food, great taste perfect for starting the day with energy. Extra amenities: Free parking, quiet rooms with excellent soundproofing, and fast free Wi-Fi. Ideal for both business trips and vacations. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chuzhou. The hotel is very close to Chuzhou Railway Station and offers pick-up and drop-off service. They even helped with my luggage. The internet connection was smooth and reliable as well. My stay was far beyond expectations, with thoughtful details everywhere: Lobby: Elegant and spacious, with pleasant fragrance and relaxing music. It felt comfortable the moment I walked in. Room: The bedding is the best and clean I've experienced among all the hotels I've stayed in. A lovely touch: I even received a small farewell gift when checking out, so heartwarming! I drove here and chose this hotel because of its good online reviews. What impressed me most was its peaceful atmosphere despite being in a busy area. It's conveniently located near the old town, and most importantly, the service was excellent. The staff were thoughtful, actively guiding guests, helping with luggage, and even taking guests to the old town. The hotel's hygiene was also good, and breakfast offered a wide variety. There's also a free pool, which I unfortunately didn't get to experience due to my short stay.

Facilities: It has everything you need, just like a hotel down in the city. Cleanliness: Perhaps my room wasn't very big, but the cleanliness was decent. It's probably a good idea to wipe down the hairdryer yourself. Environment: The environment was cozy, even if the room was small. Service: The service was great. My room, 215, was next to their office, and the light was on constantly. Even with the curtains drawn, there was a small gap. I couldn't call the front desk, but when I mentioned it, they immediately sent up an eye mask and earplugs. The service was excellent. The automatic hand soap dispenser could be changed to a pump-style one; it was out of power and unusable as soon as I checked in.
