We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose Habsburg again next time I'm in Harbin! The location is great, within walking distance to Central Street, and right across from the cable car and Songhua River. Subway Line 3 is right outside the hotel, super convenient. I chose the 120° room, which offered a partial view of the Songhua River. The stay was very comfortable, the bathroom was large, and what I loved most was the shower pressure – absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, especially breakfast! The restaurant is wonderful, with a great ambiance and complete facilities. All the staff in the restaurant were incredibly warm and enthusiastic, a hundred times better than the service I experienced at other places these past few days! During the National Day holiday, they even gifted 3D printed yogurt to my child every day. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious; staying for three days, there was something different every day, which was great. The parking lot is a bit small, but there are security guards who help find spots, which is excellent. Comparing it to other hotels during my trip to Northeast China over the National Day holiday, Habsburg had the best service, especially suitable for family travel. Oh, and there's a gym, a laundry room, a billiards table, and even a play area for kids. They have queen costumes, but I didn't get to try them this time – next time! There's also afternoon tea with some snacks and drinks. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

It's within walking distance of Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral—a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, making it super convenient for both sightseeing and meeting clients. The lobby boasts a European palace aesthetic, with crystal chandeliers, relief sculptures, and a spiral staircase that create an incredible ambiance. The common areas are perfect for a quick business break or catching up over afternoon tea. The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is plush and comfortable, and the soundproofing is top-notch, allowing for a restful night after a busy day. The in-room amenities are comprehensive, featuring everything from a capsule coffee machine to smart bathroom fixtures, and the housekeeping is spotless. The front desk staff was professional, efficient, responsive, and very courteous. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with authentic local Northeast Chinese specialties. The hotel has an upscale, sophisticated vibe that effortlessly caters to both business and leisure travel. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Grand Mansion 1903 during our Harbin trip far exceeded our expectations, offering an immersive experience of a century-old Russian-style residence. The hotel is a historic building, originally built in 1903, and is located in the heart of Central Street. Its prime location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making shopping, dining, and sightseeing incredibly convenient and saving us the hassle of commuting. Stepping into the lobby, we were greeted by gilded domes, opulent crystal chandeliers, vintage oil paintings, and antique furnishings, creating an instantly captivating atmosphere. The iconic century-old elevator is a unique feature, with its retro iron grille door, making it feel like we were transported back to an old Russian aristocratic mansion. The guest rooms perfectly balance vintage elegance with modern comfort. Carved solid wood furniture and velvet curtains add to the charm, while amenities like underfloor heating, capsule coffee machines, and high-end bathroom products ensure a superb stay. The hotel skillfully blends the historical essence of the old building with excellent living comfort, making for a wonderful resting experience. The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful, with butler-style reception making us feel exceptionally welcome. They also offer a complimentary Russian costume experience, perfect for taking great photos. The breakfast at the underground wine cellar restaurant was of high quality, offering both authentic Russian delicacies and Chinese dishes, with a rich variety and a stylish dining environment. Overall, this is not just a hotel, but more like a small historical museum. It allows you to experience the hundred-year history and charm of Harbin while offering an excellent location and meticulous service. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.

It's not too far from St. Sophia Cathedral or Central Street in the city center, making it convenient to get around. The smart toilet and Mousse mattress were indeed very comfortable. The hotel is located in Songbei District, which is quite convenient if you're planning to visit Sun Island or the Ice and Snow World. The service was very attentive, and the entire hotel was decorated with unique flair. The staff all wore ethnic costumes, and the ubiquitous log-cabin style gave it a full sense of design. The rooms also featured exceptionally large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an unbeatable view. Now, let me share my personal feelings. I'm originally from Genhe, the very place where Aoluguya (the hotel's inspiration) is located. It's been many years since I moved away and haven't returned to Genhe. Over time, I've even developed a kind of 'near-home apprehension.' For me, choosing Aoluguya was an absolute no-brainer. My home and my elementary school all had some connection, big or small, to Aoluguya. Staying at Aoluguya this time, there were truly many details that touched me. For example, the photos and stories of the Ewenki tribe in the hotel lobby, the reindeer and birch elements visible everywhere in the lobby, corridors, and rooms, and even the books I found in my room: 'The Right Bank of the Argun River' and 'Aoluguya Customs.' What others might see as a distant and mysterious place, for me, represents familiar hometown sights and sounds ingrained in my very being. I can't represent all of Genhe, nor do I have the right to speak on behalf of Genhe. But as a Genhe native, I sincerely thank you for creating such a hotel in Harbin, using the imagery, elements, and symbols of Genhe. It allowed me to briefly dream of my hometown, a thousand miles away. Thank you for keeping this flame alive in Harbin. I wish you prosperous business, so that Harbin will always have a place that holds the snow and wind, the ancient pines, and the negative ions of the Taiga forest. The next time I come to Harbin, or rather, every time from now on, I will definitely come back. 🌲🦌

As a budget-conscious traveler who's stayed in Beijing, Tianjin, Chengdu, Xi'an, and now Harbin, I subjectively feel that the Ritz-Carlton Harbin is the absolute bottom tier for Ritz-Carltons in mainland China. At the very least, their service should be on par. They couldn't customize my room key, claiming it's only for Titanium members and above. The Lion (Ritz-Carlton's member discount) isn't honored here; other Ritz-Carltons offer at least a 10% discount, but this one directly stated, ”We're not part of the same system as other Ritz-Carltons.” The breakfast selection was extensive, but the kitchen staff were chatting without masks (though it might have been about work). What was truly outrageous was seeing a male employee at the workstation talking on the phone with one hand while the other hand was directly in a wok, stirring noodles (likely fried noodles) with his bare hands. During breakfast, my family and I hadn't even been eating for half an hour when three different servers repeatedly approached us asking if they could clear our plates, even though there were empty tables around and no one waiting. I had already politely but firmly told the first server that we would be leaving in five minutes at most, yet two more still came to ask about clearing the plates. This is something I've never experienced at any other five-star hotel. I am truly unsatisfied with the service during this stay at the Ritz-Carlton Harbin.

The room facilities are new and very clean, with smart toilets and smart curtains. The location is super convenient for transportation, and you can walk to most major attractions. The staff are warm and friendly, and the housekeeping is excellent. The breakfast has a wide variety of options that both adults and children will love. Definitely worth a second visit!
