I came to Harbin for a music festival and decided to do some sightseeing as well. After a long search, I skipped the usual five-star hotels and chose this Russian-style one instead. Turns out, it was a brilliant choice! The hotel's location is excellent. Just a couple of hundred meters to the right, and you're on the main street of Central Avenue – a quiet spot that's still close to all the action. The subway station is easily accessible by walking through Zhaolin Park. What truly stood out was the hotel's decor; I absolutely loved its strong artistic ambiance, with exquisite and opulent Russian palace-style details everywhere. The breakfast was fresh, the afternoon tea was delightful, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends visiting Harbin. The value for money is just fantastic!

Just right beside the 中央大街！ can shop and eat day n night here ! Below hotel is a 24h 洗浴中心！ enjoy my stay here ! Surely be back ! During night time the hotel street near by along 中央大街 have one old nanny selling flower . if can please show a little support to help her so she can end her work early 😍❤️

Let's start with the hotel's location, which is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and you're on Central Street within 20 meters. Turn left and walk a few hundred meters to the popular Hongzhuan Morning Market. It's about 2 kilometers from St. Sophia Cathedral, the Flood Control Monument, the riverside cable car, and the cruise ship terminal, where you can take a boat to Sun Island. There are many old, highly-rated restaurants nearby; I highly recommend Lao Chu Fang (Old Kitchen) for its amazing dishes, and it's just dozens of meters from the hotel, making it very convenient. The highlight, however, is the hotel itself, which is steeped in history. It's a protected cultural relic, a century-old mansion that seamlessly blends modern amenities with its historical charm. Staying here, you get to experience its rich past while enjoying contemporary comfort and convenience. This trip was a self-driving tour with four childhood friends and our mothers. The hotel's butler-style service made us feel right at home from arrival to check-out. Given the hotel's prime location, parking is scarce and managed by the city with separate fees. I had informed the front desk beforehand that we were traveling with four elderly ladies. To my surprise, upon arrival, a helpful staff member (a handsome young man!) immediately assisted with our luggage, helped us check in, and escorted us to our rooms. Similarly, at check-out, they helped load our luggage into the car. The front desk staff (a lovely young lady) even arranged a parking spot for us in advance. Overall, my friends and our mothers unanimously praised our stay at Hotel 1903, saying it was wonderful, and we'll definitely stay here again next time.

This is the first five-star review I've given a hotel all year. The hotel is right next to Central Street and very close to the Central Street subway station. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and of course, Central Street itself is great for shopping, so the location is excellent. But these are secondary; the hotel's overall service and facilities were truly impressive. The staff's warm service and the perfect facilities left a deep impression on me. Even though we only had one suitcase, the doorman helped us carry it all the way to our room. The room wasn't huge, but it was very well-equipped, especially the fully automatic toilet. The shower pressure was excellent, and the water temperature was just right. The quality of the dental kit was also very good; I even took a new set home. Besides the buffet, it seems there are also special daily offerings for breakfast, and afternoon tea is provided. The room was also very quiet, which was a huge plus. This will definitely be my top choice when I visit Harbin again.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

Good hotel for staying a few nights. Service level is good, just ask for whatever you need. Room is quite warm and big. Two free water bottles in the bathroom, the rest in the room is paid. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given. Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. ”Hot Springs” cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm.

If I'm in Harbin's Haxi district, Wanda Realm is always my top choice. This time, I picked it because I was accompanying my parents for a medical check-up at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. The service was excellent, the environment was elegant and comfortable, and the room was spotless. It even happened to be my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday cake! Such thoughtful and meticulous service!

The hotel boasts a great location, situated at the northernmost end of Central Street. A right turn outside leads directly to Central Street and the Flood Control Monument, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city center. It also features its own parking lot, a rarity for hotels on Central Street. However, be aware that the rooms are relatively small. The standard double room is practically just enough space for the bed, with no desk. The suites have a separate small room with a TV and coffee table, but are also quite cramped. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money this season, especially convenient for those with a car. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, making it a highly recommended hotel.

The location is first-rate, just opposite the train station. You can see it right after you exit the south exit. It is connected to Hanting and Mudanjiang Hotel. For someone like me who uses Mudanjiang as my base and takes the high-speed rail to go out every day, it is very important to live near the train station. You can check the time to take the train and get off the train to the hotel. It is comfortable. The front desk sent breakfast, which is very considerate. The only flaw is that Mudanjiang has been warming up in the past two days. The room is 28 degrees, but the air conditioner does not have cold air. The hotel said that it has just warmed up and the air conditioner is not ready, so they sent a fan.

Staying at Shangri-La Harbin Songbei was a fantastic experience overall. The hotel boasts an excellent location with expansive river views. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortably laid out, with soft bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were gentle and polite, making both check-in and check-out efficient and smooth. Their attention to detail was a nice touch. The dining quality was impressive, with a rich variety of delicious dishes. The facilities were comprehensive, and the environment was quiet and elegant. It's perfectly suited for both business and leisure travel, feeling both professional and welcoming. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
