The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right by Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining.
This hotel has a unique charm, with a grand crystal chandelier in the lobby and a lovely aroma, making it elegant and very photogenic. The room design is distinctive, retro yet refined, clean, and comfortable. The bedding is soft and ensured a great night's sleep.
The service was top-notch throughout! All the staff were smiling, enthusiastic, and attentive. They even gave us a free room upgrade and a lovely welcome gift. They also prepared a super cute fridge magnet for my child, who was absolutely thrilled!
The attention to detail was exceptional, making for an excellent experience that was both cozy and relaxing. The breakfast and afternoon tea were also perfect! Highly recommended!

The service here is excellent, from booking to the front desk and restaurant staff, everything was impeccable. The Chinese restaurant waitress, Miss Xu, was especially warm and professional. This is much better than the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, where I noticed foreign guests were prioritized with excessive deference – that wasn't the case here in Harbin. The Ritz-Carlton Harbin's service was truly attentive and responsive to every request, hats off to them! 👍
There were a few minor downsides. The smart toilet seat, if you sit on it for too long, the lid taps your back. 🤭 The first room they assigned me was quite far from the elevator, which I had requested since I'm a light sleeper. However, after the staff showed me to the room, I got lost trying to find the elevator again after turning a few corners, haha! So I went back to my room and called the front desk. They then upgraded me to a river-view room closer to the elevator. But as soon as I entered, there was a slight lingering smell of renovation near the entrance. For someone as sensitive to smells as I am, it was quite impactful, but I really didn't want to bother them again. Sure enough, I woke up with a headache in the middle of the night, quickly took some medicine, and felt better after an early morning walk.
Breakfast runs until 10:30 AM, but by 9:40 AM, the hot milk was already gone. A kind female manager went to the coffee machine to get me a cup, as it would take 7 minutes to provide more hot milk. My suggestion is that if breakfast is until 10:30 AM, they shouldn't stop replenishing items early just because there are fewer people. This will only lead to even fewer guests over time. I even bought 14 more breakfast vouchers, by the way. The quality of the breakfast ingredients is excellent, which is why I bought 10 breakfast vouchers.
The gym equipment is great, and the service there is also very enthusiastic. The lighting in the swimming pool area at night was a bit dim. Since it's a water environment, dim lighting can be dangerous and make it difficult to spot issues. My friend suddenly got leg cramps, luckily a coach came over and pulled her out. The downside is that there are two lifeguard observation chairs, but no lifeguards. There's a duty coach who occasionally comes in to check, and sometimes goes to the gym to teach. Even though the water depth is 1.35 meters, a swimming pool, by regulation, must have lifeguards on the chairs. Accidents can happen in water, so safety is paramount. Overall, my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Harbin was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely recommend it to any friends visiting.

The location is about 200 metre walk to the Central Street , ZhongYang Street. Very convenient to have foods at around with McDonald, KFC,etc.
The teams are very very services provider offering assistance to us on transport, luggages, etc for our needs.
Breakfast is simple but serves with 3 course meals beside the starters and fruits etc.
How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

🏛️ This stay felt like living in a 'breathing' antique.
As the bellboy, dressed in a black velvet uniform with gold buttons, pulled open the heavy doors of Grand Mansion 1903 for me, time rewound to 1903. This was once a salon for Russian grand dukes and Jewish dignitaries. Under ornate gilded domes, the light from bronze chandeliers shimmered dreamily, and a sweet fragrance permeated the air.
Just a few steps away is Central Street with its century-old cobbled pavement. Inside, Russian oil paintings adorn the walls, and magnificent, romantic antique art pieces are displayed everywhere. This is the heart of the Far East's old dream, an aesthetic from an era of economic prosperity.
Despite being an old architectural hotel, it lacks nothing in modern amenities: electric toilets, Wi-Fi, bathtubs, and good quality bedding are all present. They offered a complimentary hotel photoshoot without any pressure to buy extra photos, and even included tickets to the Russian Fairytale Museum, which is great for those who love fairytale-style photography.
Most notably, the service staff, a young man, meticulously gave us a 20-minute introduction to the hotel's history and culture. We admired the beauty of an antique music box and were astonished by the exquisite cigar boxes used by nobility. It truly felt like experiencing the opulent life of aristocrats from over a hundred years ago, making me realize how much rougher our generation has become. What happened to us?
The most marvelous experience was riding one of the only two remaining operational century-old elevators in the country. Manually pulling open the iron gate, it ascended slowly with a 'click.' I expected an old, creaky sound, but to my surprise, it was incredibly quiet and smooth, even quieter than modern elevators.
If you also wish to travel back in time over a hundred years, the quickest way is to push open these doors and step inside. Oh, and it would be even more perfect if you donned some magnificent Rococo lace attire. The breakfast room is in the basement next to the main entrance. Every time I walk down and push open that door, I think of the TV series 'The Gilded Age.' My companion says I'm being too dramatic, hahaha.
If you ask me how it felt to stay overnight here, I'd say it felt as familiar and comforting as staying at my mom's house. My mom loves this opulent, retro palace style, and all the furniture in our home is in this style. It just goes to show, classics are classics, and retro styles always make a comeback.
Initially, I was worried about staying by the roadside, but surprisingly, it wasn't noisy at night at all. This was a pleasant surprise! I suspect it might be because of the cold northern climate, the thick balcony doors and windows likely provide excellent soundproofing and insulation.
Overall, five-star recommendation. I'm usually a lazy writer, but I've written so much because the hotel staff were exceptional. They asked me to write a review upon checkout, so I happily reminisced and penned this down. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It was a comfortable stay. Harbin is quite dry, so it was great that the room had a humidifier. The front desk staff were patient and always happy to help. The afternoon tea was alright; I didn't try it this time, but last time I did, and only the yogurt was good. I haven't had breakfast here. The extra perks were definitely the bathrobes, the coffee machine, and the smart toilet with a bidet function.

Whenever I need a hotel in Harbin, whether it's for my elderly parents to bathe or to entertain friends from afar, I always choose Wanda Realm. The service here is truly excellent. My friends from the south found the room a bit warm, and the front desk promptly addressed it and upgraded their room type. When I brought my father to use the facilities, the hotel even provided a stool for the bathroom. After so many stays, Wanda Realm has never disappointed me.

The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning, expansive views of the frozen Songhua River, which was truly breathtaking. The in-room floor heating kept everything incredibly warm, a stark contrast to the icy outdoors, making it super comfortable.
The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the bellhops proactively helped with luggage. The entire experience was fantastic. The dining was also outstanding; the松咖啡 (Song Cafe) buffet offered a wide variety, and the service from Linda and Joker at the Executive Lounge was particularly attentive.
The 270° constant temperature infinity pool was absolutely amazing. Swimming while enjoying the river views made all my fatigue instantly melt away. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended!
Good value for money, especially in the winter high season. Good location, 10mins walkable distance to the Chinese Baroque Area and 20mins walkable distance to St. Sophia Church. I think I got the smallest room possible, so try to avoid rooms ending with -01 and -02. Clean room and the bed is very comfortable. Paid a bit more for the buffet breakfast. Nothing special but the fried rice was delicious and I ate a lot to tide through the day.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the staff—from servers to front desk and restaurant personnel—are all so warm and welcoming, always greeting you. As someone from the south, it really made me feel at home. The hotel breakfast is also excellent, with a good variety and delicious food, offering great value for money. All in all, if I come back, I'll definitely be booking this hotel again.

GGuest UserPros:
1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay.
2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier.
3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good.
Cons:
1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient.
2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring.
3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Qiu Guo, and I decided to give it a try. I ended up having such a great experience that I extended my stay. Even though it's a self-service laundry room, the staff still helped bring my clothes back to the room or even dried them for me – a big thumbs up! 👍 The facilities in the common area are also excellent, with things like hair ties, nail clippers, hair clips, paper clips, and even a printer. I'll definitely be staying at Qiu Guo again in the future.
The room was very new, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The hairdryer was a Laifen, the same brand I brought with me!
