Oh my goodness, out of the three hotels I stayed in, including the Habsburg and the Ritz, this one was by far the best! The service was absolutely outstanding. They contacted us in advance to confirm our check-in time, gave us a free room upgrade, and even recommended some fantastic local restaurants – all three were incredibly delicious! There was afternoon tea and even a late-night supper service, so we were eating from morning till night. It was truly wonderful. My husband and I are from Suzhou, and we both agreed this was the best hotel we've ever stayed in. It completely surpasses any hotel in Suzhou at the same price point. Every single staff member was so warm and attentive! I regret not booking all our nights here! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!!!!!!

I rarely visit Harbin, and this trip was a short one. After a lot of deliberation, I chose the Ocean Ritz. For someone as picky as me, everything from the breakfast quality, service attitude, and hygiene to the facilities was excellent. The afternoon tea had a great ambiance, and there were fresh welcome fruits every day. The front desk even upgraded my room, which was really nice. The location is incredibly close to Central Street, and you can walk about 1km to St. Sophia Cathedral. Finally, I have to say the decor of this Ritz is superb, and all the staff members are wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

From check-in to check-out, the entire stay was incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff proactively helped with my luggage and patiently explained nearby attractions and dining routes. The room was spacious and bright with a wide-angle view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The smart facilities were easy to use, and the cleanliness was impeccable; even the toiletries were high quality. In the evening, there were thoughtful complimentary fruits, showing attention to detail that cured all my travel fatigue. The experience far exceeded my expectations!

The location is excellent, right next to the Chinese Baroque area. You'll find an abundance of dining options with many delicious choices. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, and the service is very attentive. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Location was great. Right opposite the train station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter. The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it.

Slight glitches when we checked in but all in all it's a great experience & the host are very nice and hospitable. They make sure we are well taken care of and provide short introduction of the activities around the snow town. The rooms are well decorated, cosy and very new. Rooms are A.I powered and each room are provided with 2 jackets (typical dongbei red flower jackets) which are surprising warm that keep out wind & retain heat well when I'm just on base layer. Jackets and caps are also provided in the lobby for guests for photo takings. Sleigh and snow moulds are provided free for the kids & and adults to play. Location wise they are situated rather far from bus dropoff point. However, on day of checkout their staff walked us to the station as we borrowed 2 sleighs to pull the kids out.

This room was really spacious! There were five of us, and we never felt cramped, whether we were chatting, playing cards, or spreading out our luggage. The biggest surprise was that it had three different bed types! In the evening, we sat around the *kang* (heated platform bed), snacking on sunflower seeds and frozen pears – the atmosphere was fantastic and lively. The Korean-style heated *tatami* mat was amazing; you could adjust the temperature yourself, and it felt so warm underfoot. When you were tired, you could just lie down on it to rest; it was much more comfortable than air conditioning! There was also a modern double bed with a mattress that was just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room was spotlessly clean and free of any strange odors. The facilities were all comprehensive, making our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Choosing this room at Snow Mushroom Hotel earned praise from the whole family. Being able to experience three types of sleeping arrangements in one go offers incredible value for money. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Snow Village!

This hotel has a unique and authentic Russian style. The staff are very welcoming and the room was cleaned promptly. I stayed in early December and the room was very warm. It's incredibly convenient for Central Street, and you can walk to the Songhua River and Saint Sophia Cathedral. The Russian-style buffet breakfast was simple, refined, and delicious, and the steak was particularly good.

The staff are all welcoming. They really are accommodating and help us with our needs. They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

This hotel is super close to Central Street, just a 3-minute walk, so it's really convenient for getting around. The young lady at the front desk was also incredibly welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.
