Pros first: Great location, very close to the morning market Ctrip gives away small fruits when booking a room (although some of them are rotten) A room of just over 100 for three people is very cheap. So what else do you want at this price? Cons: The room is not very clean, so don't come if you have a mysophobia. The toilet paper in the room is charged, which is the first time I've seen it It was still dark at 5:30 in the morning, and there was no lighting in front of the hotel. I fell and got bitten by a dog 💩 What's more fatal is that when checking in, the ID card could not be swiped and it was said to be a program problem. The front desk took a photo with a mobile phone. But there was no such problem in other hotels I stayed in Heihe in the previous two days. I am very worried about the information security of our family.

This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in China. The service is excellent. I had an issue with my mobile network and Mr Wang took us by foot to a mobile shop located some 1km away. Hotel is very strategically located just 5 mins to Central Street and within walking distance to St Sophia. The room and bathroom are both spacious, clean and there is no bad smell. The room is quiet at night. Breakfast is buffet style plus a selection of different set breakfast which were all delicious. Hotel also provides a nice afternoon tea spread. We highly recommend Junyi Hotel.😀

Excellent hotel! Superb location for visiting attractions! Spacious rooms with great bathrooms! Excellent Breakfast spread!!! Housekeeper placed humidifier in our rooms without us requesting when she noticed that we were affected by the dry weather ! She even wrote us a note to express concern! Wow! She gave us extra oolong teabags when she noticed that we favoured this tea! Housekeeping left thoughtful daily touches, like local snack recommendations and hand - written notes about nearby attractions. In the restaurant, the waitstaff expertly guided me through the menu, suggesting perfect wine pairings for each dish. At checkout, the staff remembered every detail of my stay and gave me a personalized souvenir. The Mansion 1903 sets a high standard for hospitality, offering a truly unforgettable experience.

My stay at the Shangri-La Hotel this time was an absolutely unforgettable and perfect experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, its exceptional grandeur was immediately apparent. The high-ceilinged space, adorned with dazzling crystal chandeliers, exquisite artwork, and lush greenery, exuded an elegant and grand yet welcoming ambiance, instantly immersing me in a world of high-end luxury. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. Check-in was swift and seamless, and they thoughtfully provided information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions, making me feel truly valued and well-cared for. The guest room, however, was the real highlight. It was spacious, bright, and beautifully appointed, with a warm and comfortable ambiance. Every piece of furniture and decor exuded quality. The plush king-sized bed, coupled with premium bedding, felt like sinking into a cloud, guaranteeing a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a clever wet/dry separation and was stocked with luxurious toiletries. They even provided bath salts and petals by the tub – such thoughtful touches truly showed their attention to detail. The hotel's culinary offerings were another standout feature. Breakfast boasted an incredibly extensive selection, exceeding all expectations. With a comprehensive array of both Chinese and Western delicacies, from exquisite pastries and freshly prepared noodles to fresh seasonal fruits and unique local specialties, every single dish was of superior quality and absolutely delicious. Furthermore, the hotel's Chinese restaurant served authentic specialty dishes prepared with incredibly fresh ingredients and masterful culinary techniques. It’s perfect for both family gatherings and business entertainment.

It was like a dream of Paris; I absolutely loved this hotel! As my child said, this hotel is even more beautiful than those in Paris! The front desk staff, Zhao Yihan, was charming and incredibly kind, professionally assisting us with a swift check-in. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, much to the delight of both the seniors and children in our group. Breakfast was superb, truly exceeding five-star quality. The dishes were exquisite and thoughtfully prepared, cleverly incorporating local Northeastern specialties; they even served freshly made Guobaorou directly to our table! The afternoon tea was exceptional, with a wonderfully refined ambiance that brought us immense joy! The hotel's location was ideal, a tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle, with Central Street just a 50-meter walk away. Every staff member was warm and genuine, making our experience truly delightful. Lizzy Hotel set the perfect tone for our first impression of Harbin – a perfect 10/10! We'll certainly be back if we get the chance!

Best stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off. There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money. Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!

This is a really a MUST to stay In Harbin. The reasons? First of all, the staff are really really helpful and friendly (Like 梦梦 and 小雪 and the rest). You will feel love by them. 2nd, the hotel is strategically located, to Sophia Church is only 10 minutes by cab. 3rdly, hotel has non-stop coffee, cookies, fruits and yogurt ❤️, finally the room iis cozy, beautiful and everything is boutique style room. 第一次到哈尔滨， 如何住入这个酒店， 真的真的太值了。 我不知他们如何训练， 每一位都超级好笑容， 乐于助人， 就重要照顾到我们无微不至。 我需要感谢梦梦和小雪， 你们很棒🙏🏻。 地点方便， 好多甜品，咖啡☕️，最重要免费 😘。 当然我和太太喜欢她的房间， 全部还很新。 我和太太已经决定了， 我们再过几天又要住这一家， 这就证明这一家有多好 ❤️

The room is clean. Fruits are delivered in the evening. It is very convenient to go shopping at MixC. It is close to the subway station. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is rich in variety. The facilities are complete. The service is also great. 025 I will choose this place again when I come to Harbin for business.

This time I came to Harbin for a trip, and the Four Seasons Hotel in Paris where I stayed was a real surprise to me! • The location is amazing: it is right at the intersection of Qunli Fifth Avenue and Lijiang Road, close to the subway station, Yintai City, and Yuanda Shopping Center, and it is very convenient to eat, drink, and have fun. There are also many parks around, so it is very pleasant to stroll around in your spare time. • Elegant environment: The murals and French dome in the lobby are very eye-catching, full of European style, instantly improving the style. The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is skin-friendly and soft, and you can't live too comfortably. • Intimate service: From the front desk check-in to the room service, the staff are enthusiastic and professional. They will also take the initiative to introduce attractions and food, and they will respond to any requests, which is particularly heartwarming. • Rich breakfast: The restaurant has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, with fresh ingredients and great taste, starting a day full of vitality. Next time I come to Harbin, I will choose here again!
