"The hotel is OK, I stayed in 3 Fern hotels on my trip, this was the best. The rooms are OK, a little bit more effort in cleaning the bathrooms would help. Breakfast was a complete waste of time. The coffee was undrinkable and very little options at the buffet. It was OK for the 2 nights, but thats it."

GGuest UserI booked for three nights but due to a change in my schedule, I only stayed for two nights. However, they still charged me for all three nights. Shouldn't they only charge for two nights if the initial mandatory stay was just one night, and I checked out after two? The hotel told me that because I booked through Trip.com, cancellations or changes weren't possible, and Trip.com told me to contact the hotel. They just kept passing the buck! I will not be using Trip.com again.
GGuest UserVery value for money, staff friendliness could have been better. Food can be slightly improved too. Room size and amenities were good though.
GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.
GGuest UserNewly opened and THE most beautiful hotel at Siddapura, Whitefeild, Bengaluru. All team members we met throughout our 5 night stay were very welcoming and polite. We stayed at a king’s room with balcony at the east side which gave us a calm view with bit of the lake that can be seen from 4th floor. Room size is average but everything else about it is comfortable. The teams ensure that smallest requests are fulfilled at their very best. Food and drinks are a chef’s kiss at Nana’s especially the tamarind mojito with the piece of sugarcane in it. The restaurant menu feels bit incomplete as they are working on it. At the moment you cannot find usuals like continental breakfast and few other main international dishes yet. Because the hotel is newly opened, there are few maintenance work going on at the moment such as landscaping around the property, pool maintenance etc. Hoping that crevices will be maintained by detail cleaning especially in wet areas like bathroom, pool etc. Wish there were more restaurants in the hotel or a lounge cafe’ by the pool to relax in the evening. There’s heavy traffic on the side of the road hotel is located during the peak hours which makes it take a little longer to make a U turn by a vehicle but the area is quiet and walkable otherwise. There are many cafe’s and services around. It was a wonderful stay overall for us. Thank you team Slohh. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay throughout.
AAbhi chatterjiWas there for one night but no complains at all apart from the room given to me was next to service lift which kept going up and down the whole night. Rest was all cool. The bed was nice.
GGuest Userlocation is in city ,property is 65-70 years and rooms are old fashioned with small bath rooms, highly priced for this facility to modern conteomparay hotels
TTomoyanI used it in business.
Overall satisfied, but Wi-Fi was weak and hindered work. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is very delicious. The price is a little high.
GGuest UserOur stay at Hoysala Village Resort was truly memorable, and what stood out most was the exceptional service from the entire team.
The staff excellence here deserves special mention. Every member of the team was genuinely attentive, warm and thoughtful, always making sure that every guest need was carefully handled. Nothing felt mechanical or routine — the hospitality felt personal and sincere.
The food experience was equally wonderful. Every meal was served with great care, attention and, most importantly, with love. You could feel the pride the team takes in looking after their guests, from the preparation of the food to the way it was presented and served.
We were especially fortunate to experience the Thursday temple pooja and the traditional breakfast served on a banana leaf, which made our stay even more meaningful. The warm farewell, including the arathi and thoughtful gift, was another beautiful touch that we will remember.
Hoysala Village is not just about the property; it is the people who make the experience special. Their genuine Indian hospitality, personal attention and commitment to guest comfort made us feel more like honoured guests than hotel customers.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire Hoysala Village team for taking such wonderful care of us. This is the kind of hospitality that makes you want to return.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.
