Everything was comfortable. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and we received a complimentary gift. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant. The spa was excellent. Thank you. The room was also spacious, with a nice big bed and a city view.

The reception is not helpful, aircondition is not working, we requested for fan but they do not have a fan, the room was too warm. During breakfast, as we are rushing because we have a tour to go, we were not allowed to have breakfast, none of the staff were helpful, the old lady in the kitchen was so rude, she wouldn’t let us have a small quick breakfast, even if it’s already 8 am , the start of breakfast.  I will not recommend this hotel

This is one of the best hotels in the area. Since there are relatively few foreigners, there aren't many hotels where English is spoken. If you want a hassle-free experience, this is the place to go. It seems like airlines also stay here. The breakfast is also quite good.

The price is relatively high, there is a free spa, if there is an additional charge for massage, the breakfast is also rich in variety, but the taste of Central Asia is really unpalatable, and the scenery outside is quite good.

+ Overall, the service was nice, the cleaner was good, and the room was clean. The beds were great. Breakfast was varied. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The complimentary water bottles brought to the room during cleaning were a great added bonus. - Some smoke drifted into the apartment from outside because the window seals were a bit worn. The official hotel gate could be added to map applications so that Yandex cars could find their way more easily. — Airport transfer was included in the price, but we didn't get it upon arrival. The airport was over 20km away. When we were leaving, we asked if we could have a ride for the 7-kilometer journey to the airport instead of the transfer, but it couldn't be provided, and this inflexibility genuinely surprised us.

Had a really great stay here! The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall service was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also really liked the amenities provided — everything we needed was there. The environment felt calm and relaxing, perfect for a short getaway. Location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Highly recommended, especially for couples. Would definitely come back again! 😊

great service. it's my second time staying this hotel, my wife and daughter came with me, hotel offered an extra bed for free,which should be 25usd. though we didn't need it. really appreciated!!

The best hotel for families, spacious and clean. It feels like home. We stayed twice in a month. The staff is helpful. We recommend it.

не понравился отель, вид что в одну сторону что в другую никакую, рядом с отелем стоит генератор дизельный, который гудит ночью и мешает спать, номера старые! завтра плохой - есть нечего, бассейн маленький - разочарован

The room was quite small for the price, leaving little room for movement. Booking via Ctrip was very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located, and the local restaurants are reasonably priced.
