The room is clean and comfortable. AC and heater are all available in the room. Kitchen items are welled prepared and have a lot of varities, even up to wine decanter, wine glasses, etc. The bed is clean and comfortable also. Nice and quite neighborhood too.

We met other great locals and tourists in the common kitchen!
A well equipped Kitchen with hit water, microwave, large oven, bread toaster etc. This really helped us to be productive for our short stay in Christchurch.

Great stay at Sudima, close to Hagley Park and had a lovely buffet breakfast. Parking is an extra $30 on top of your accommodation. Room was clean and comfortable.

A garden with two rows of rooms—a very comfortable layout. There's a bus stop right outside, and a supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Cooking your own meals and snacking is incredibly relaxing. The best part was the bathtub; I finally got to unwind at the end of my trip. 👍 And a big thank you to the lovely housekeeper! 💐

Beautifully renovated old building. Our host was very friendly and informative. Nothing was to much trouble. We had a very enjoyable stay. Very warm and comfortable. So far our favourite place on our trip by far. Would highly recommend 5 stars all day
