Hotels With Spa in Western Visayas, Philippines

This is in Station 3, about a 3–4 minute walk to the front beach. The hotel faces the main road, which makes it very accessible to public transportation, especially when heading back to the jetty port. The only downside is the elevator wasn’t working. It can be a bit of a hassle carrying your luggage up from the first to the third floor if your room is on the top level.

The rooms are good sized and the rooftop is unbeatable. Service on the rooftop is mediocre once it begins to get a little busy as the bartenders are also waiters it seems. The breakfast buffet is highly acclaimed but go early or you will be waiting to race 15 people to a new pan of whatever runs out.  Also the water container for the buffet is great for a table of 7… but it will always be empty so bring your own water. I loved my time, but wished I could have experienced during a less busy time. I will go back again for sure.

My stay at Golden Phoenix Boracay was a really pleasant experience. Everything was okay overall, but what stood out was how they handled my special request — they exceeded my expectations by upgrading my room without any hassle. I stayed in the Coral Room, and the balcony was massive (definitely one of my favorite things about the stay). The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and extremely accommodating, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Another major highlight is that the property is right on the beachfront, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore anytime. Their food was okay as well, simple but satisfying. Overall, everything from the room to the hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

Directly connected / very close to SM City Iloilo — extremely convenient if your priority is easy access to the mall. Rooms are well-equipped (TV, mini-bar or similar, etc.), and there are amenities like lobby bar, potentially meeting rooms if needed. Great for shoppers, people arriving late, or anyone who wants minimal commute. Good balance between comfort and convenience.

Considering that it's located at Station 3, getting around was not a problem since we enjoy walking while sightseeing. This was our second time booking this hotel, and we were happy to return because of the wide selection of tasty food, accommodating staff, and the spacious room arrangement. The room also seemed cleaner compared to our first stay. Overall, the service has improved since our last visit.

This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

Subrang Ganda ng location at room, the owner was so friendly and subrang convient to market, beach, and sa mga etric ❤️❤️ as a solo traveler just like me,,this room was so suit for us.. subrang lakas ng internet. subrang safe din po 😘 pag bumalik ako ng Boracay, ito ulit ebobook ko 😍😍😘😘😘 subrang smooth ng transaction ko sa kanila no hassel,, stress free 🥰

Pros: 1. the staff come top of my list for their genuine care and attention 2. Rooms are good value 3. Food not bad 4. Entertainment is phenomenal, best band in the Philippines 5. Close to beach 6. Choice of drinks and great Happy Hour selection Cons: 1. Noisy neighbours occasionally 2. Cockerel screams early morning

Room is clean and spacious with balcony, however there are a lot of flaws on the room given to us. - Refrigerator is not working and is kinda old it smells - Doorknob is damaged, it moves every time I use my key - Telephone rang continuously (3am in the morning). No one answers when you pick it up - No provided slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water - When it rains hard, it floods on the hallway But I appreciate the friendly and accommodating staffs here. The breakfast is also good. Sometimes they only offer a few food choices tho. Location is very accessible to the beach and affordable restos.
