Situated in Station 3, beside the highway. It's near the beach for us. Room is okay, just on our 2nd day, saw a cockroach on the floor. Door was broken and made us skip our lunch due to maintenance trying to fix it.
Love the welcome as they have welcome drinks and help us carry our things to 3rdflr. But when the door in our room was broken and cause inconvenienced to us, didn't feel that they care, did not even apologize.
Stayed 3 days and there's only 3 choices for breakfast. We had to eat the same food twice.

The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay.

My stay at Golden Phoenix Boracay was a really pleasant experience. Everything was okay overall, but what stood out was how they handled my special request — they exceeded my expectations by upgrading my room without any hassle. I stayed in the Coral Room, and the balcony was massive (definitely one of my favorite things about the stay).
The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and extremely accommodating, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Another major highlight is that the property is right on the beachfront, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore anytime.
Their food was okay as well, simple but satisfying.
Overall, everything from the room to the hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

Directly connected / very close to SM City Iloilo — extremely convenient if your priority is easy access to the mall. Rooms are well-equipped (TV, mini-bar or similar, etc.), and there are amenities like lobby bar, potentially meeting rooms if needed. Great for shoppers, people arriving late, or anyone who wants minimal commute. Good balance between comfort and convenience.

Amazing location.
We was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to this gorgeous beach.
The staff were extremely helpful and happy.
The outside of the little buildings within beautiful gardens could do with a refresh, but otherwise, it was a lovely stay.
We spent 6 nights here and could have easily spent another week.
Upon check-in we had a bit of an issue with a lost bag, and the staff, particularly a serviría guard, was so helpful, and we did manage to get the bag back, much to our surprise as it was left on the transport Tom too type vehicle from the port.
Overall we had a n amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.

The stay has been delayed for a month due to typhoon last September. And when we finally arrived in the hotel, the front office team was so accommodating, the staffs are friendly, the location is very accessible, food was very nice.. all in all, the stay was fantastic, the purpose of taking a vacation was delightful

Good option in the center of Boracay!
The place is really close to the beach and the main street.
We needed two ”thinner” pillows as the initial ones were really big to sleep on and they brought them pretty soon.
Warm water and fridge available. The AC is working properly.
The only negative is the bed, which is not a proper bed and it's not the best when you stay for a few nights. :/
Not enough natural light as well which is not a big deal.

The hotel has no lift, so better if you are with senior book the lower ground floor,
Then got briefing after check in, if want to clean the room leave the key at the counter, however our room was not clean as per the briefing.
The food was nice, mostly cooked without oil, except for the fried chicken.
The room a but old but acceptable.
Overall is ok.

NNiculetsWe booked at fairways days before our wedding Jan. 14, 2026. I was just scrolling through this app and found this hotel while searching for boracay. At first I was a bit skeptical since the price was too good to be true for the amenities it comes with. Since, it was my husband and it's 1st domestic trip I had to double check everything. It was also my 1st time in boracay & my husband's 4th time. Booking wasn't hard for me since trip was the cheapest offer compared to other booking apps.
We booked for Jan. 16, 2026 and I called the property to let them know that we'll be having our honeymoon & requested a room with a good view. I'd rate their call service a 7/10 during the day and a 9/10 during at night. Their hotlines are open 24/7.
TIPS for travelers who wants to stay in Fairways:
1. They offer a private airport round-trip transfer for 2,000/person. You just have to call the hotel the day after you book or at least 3 days before your trip.
2. The location of the hotel is kind of far but it's reasonable. You may want to consider the e-trike rates as well. They also have their own shuttle (please check the pictures attached for refernce). But if you want to stay late and miss the shuttle hours, As for our experience we got charged roughly 100-150 from Dmall to fairways & vise versa via etrike and that's just me and my husband riding.
3. They have their own Pool foam party (see attached pictures). We personally didn't get to experience this that much since when we got there it was full of kids and I wasnt really feeling the vibe hahah.
3. Always remember that there will be a charge for any stain in towel & sheets. They're strict about that.
Overall rating it's a 8.5/10. If you're looking for a resort that literally has it all + they have their own private beach that's a literal walking distance from the key hole attraction + budget friendly, then this is for you. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Our first room (new building) had aircon issues and leaked. We got transfered to Monterey immediately. I still preferred the monterey buildings room. The aircon was cold just how I like it. Their food is good a 8/10 but ofc it's pricey. Overall service was a 7/10, they were kind of slow but can be improved on!. Staffs were so polite, nice, and helpful!. I even became friends with the 2 shuttle drivers 🩷
Will definitely come back and try their romantic dinner by the beach!.

RRei JosephWe stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay!
You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by “BOC” and is famous for foam party.
One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!

RRyan MacInteresting hotel, the best way to consider the hotel is rather like a 4 star Spanish or Turkish hotel.
Interesting arrival via private boats, down a service alley after a welcome drum beach welcome.
Friendly staff but they don't remember you, you'll eventually want to never have to say your villa or room number ever again and have the number forever ingrained in your mind.
Service was a sensation of everything being disctintly OK, nothing at all poor or bad just nothing good or exceptional. The feel of a Wetherspoons crossed with a boom box discotheque.
Both rooms and villas are very cozy, if you like space or a spacious feel this isn't for you, if you want affordability and beach vibes you've found your home. Details lacking such as stained sofas and receiving another guests laundry in our laundry service.
Overall it's a good hotel, but not what you consider a true 5 star and will leave you feeling underwhelmed.

Kk_fr_23We stayed in Movenpick for one whole week following the recommendation from a friend who stayed there twice already when she traveled to Boracay, and on the whole, we didn’t regret this choice either. We’ll share some positive things first, then negative. It was our first time to visit the island, and we knew that the White Beach area is always crowded, full of beggars and people offering you to go sailing or try out massage at their salon literally every five steps which is quite annoying. On the contrary, Movenpick is a quiet and secluded place where you can enjoy your vacations at the fullest. The prices in the resort restaurants are almost the same as in the White Beach cafes, maybe a little higher, but the food is way more delicious (we especially loved the dishes in Brezza). We didn’t expect it to be so good after reading some negative reviews on Ctrip, so it was a nice surprise. The breakfast was also amazing, with a variety of options and outstanding service (and they do have black coffee, so don’t trust those who mention that there is no coffee at the breakfast buffet). But what impressed us most was a very warm and friendly attitude of all staff to every single guest. They always approached us with a big smile, and after several days of staying, they could even remember our cocktail preferences at daily Happy Hour! Nice little sweet treats at Chocolate hour, live music from 6pm daily, plenty of space and activities offered at the resort - we loved it a lot. However, there are some tiny things you must know before booking. Half of the swimming pool might be closed for maintenance, which is totally understandable yet isn’t what you expect when choosing this hotel (neither it is convenient nor pleasant to see). Although the rooms are comfortable and clean, you can see they haven’t been renovated for a while (AC/fridge are quite noisy, some things like shower gel dispenser might get broken easily - but they can be replaced at once if you inform the hotel). Last, if you are unlucky with neighbours (especially if there’s a family with an infant in the room one floor above yours), then you might enjoy terrible noise all the day as the rooms are not soundproof. We couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, and only on the 3rd night we were offered a bigger room for sleeping overnight (but the AC was loud there, not to mention some weird sounds outside in the middle of the night - could be an electricity generator or something else - that woke us up and we had to move back to our main room with the hope that our neighbours were fast asleep). In a word, it is recommended to bring some earplugs and not hesitate to inform the receptionists about any problem you have at once and ask for an immediate solution.
Generally speaking, if we ever decide to return to Boracay for vacations, it’s highly likely we will choose Movenpick for the whole stay time again.

GGuest UserThe best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.
