The only minor downside to this place is its slight distance from the city center and the beach, and a noticeable 50-meter incline on the road just before the entrance. However, this 'downside' is also a plus – the hustle and bustle stay far away and below, while the elevated building catches the breeze, keeping it well-aired and dry. Otherwise, everything is absolutely delightful – from the interiors with antique furniture and exteriors straight out of a magazine, to breakfast servings fit for the Louvre and immaculate cleanliness EVERYWHERE. No complaints whatsoever. Next time, I'm only staying here.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciate the excellent service from all the staff. Everyone was very kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit.
During our stay, my son got sick, and the staff went above and beyond to take extra care of us. Their support and concern made a stressful situation much more manageable, and we are very grateful for that.
The buffet was also great, with a good selection including vegan options, which we really appreciated. It made dining easy and enjoyable for our family.
My child also had a fantastic time at the pool—it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel.

The hotel room and bed are smaller than advertised, accommodating fewer guests than stated. The pool is stagnant and frequently dirty, and there are significant damage areas and safety hazards. The pool water lacks circulation, and rats have been spotted on the staircases. Overall, it is an average hotel. If you require assistance from staff, it may be suitable, but it is not the best or a 3-star hotel. It is also quite old.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the breakfast option is not worth the cost. I recommend dining outside in the front to enjoy food and coffee.
The staff is very friendly and easy to speak with. However, if you need to call them, you must use a mobile phone or Viber. It can take some time for them to serve you.
Wifi is bad and signal as well.

The only access is through the beach front and their restaurant . No partition or different path to the frontdesk. You have to walk pass by people eating. When I first came, the vibe is not inviting. It looks abandoned, and messy.I booked for a garden view, I was guided to a secluded part. No garden view either. And pretty dark. The way to the room, plants are dead. It’s feels scary for a solo traveler. The room was clean but no basic amenities. I have to go to the front desk to ask for towels cause there is no telephone. The towel were hard, it feels like sand paper in touch. The beach towels are more like a rag. Specifically the green ones.the threads are falling off. The sheets are like rags, many holes. The door is hard to open. I really didn’t sleep there. I just left my bags and went to my friends cause so many mosquitos in the room. I tried their bfast and dinner, the refills are pretty slow so when we came there is almost non were left. The employees were nice but the hotel needs some renovation and upgrade.

Booked for 3 days and 2 nights.
The room was clean and comfortable—definitely worth the price for the service and cleanliness. You won’t feel grossed out by the bathroom floor at all.
Our host, Ate Lowi, was incredibly accommodating. She even offered us food and prayed for our safe travels. Out of all the hotels and transients we’ve stayed at, Ate Lowi was the only one who welcomed us with such warmth, like family.
So go ahead and book your stay—it’s truly worth your money! Take care always, Ate Lowi! Until we meet again.

This hotel is absolutely top-tier for its price point. Incredible value for money and a fantastic experience overall. While the location was a bit tricky to find, the hotel offers a wealth of amenities. The pool is great fun. For this price, it's unbeatable, even better than some five-star establishments. Apart from looking a little dated, the overall vibe is excellent, giving off a real resort feel. The breakfast spread is extensive and even better and more varied than what you'd find at five-star hotels, which was a very pleasant surprise. Seriously, at this price, just book it without hesitation.

The place is so nice. So glad we got a room upgrade. Our stay here is a perfect choice for our 10th wedding anniversary. They made our stay a bit more special by the complimentary decor & greeting. Thank you so much boracay ocean club.

Boracay Sand at Station 3 offers a peaceful escape away from the busier parts of the island. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check-in and daily service smooth and hassle-free. Rooms are clean and well-kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The quieter beachfront location is perfect for relaxing, yet still within walking distance of restaurants and activities. Minor upgrades in room furnishings would make the experience even better, but overall the excellent service makes it easy to recommend.

This hotel is awesome! It truly felt like visiting grandma for summer vacation, bringing back so much nostalgia. We were very comfortable staying here. We initially stayed in a deluxe room – it was spacious and super! The decor was a bit old-fashioned, but that wasn't a drawback; it was part of its charm. Later, we extended our stay and moved to a standard room, which was also comfortable. It was smaller, of course, but had a more modern interior. However, it didn't have a fridge, which was a downside. All the rooms absolutely match the photos on the website. There's a wardrobe, hangers – everything you need to store your personal belongings. The room was very clean, which is always important to me, especially during long stays. Housekeeping and linen/towel changes are available upon request. The breakfasts were wonderful, hearty, and offered a great selection to suit all tastes. The staff were simply lovely, so kind and ready to help with any questions. The location is also excellent, tucked away (in the middle of the island) at the border of Stations 1 and 2 – you couldn't ask for a more convenient spot; everything is nearby, and there's no noise. Just a heads-up: the hotel doesn't provide tea/coffee sachets or shampoo/toothbrushes, only soap. You'll need to bring all of that with you, especially tea! Finding tea in the Philippines is generally a struggle – it's very expensive in stores and there's not much selection; they even sell it individually! 🙈 Next time I visit this country, I'll definitely bring my own. I've attached photos of the standard room and the breakfasts. I didn't even photograph the deluxe. It's great that all rooms have a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs. The only thing missing for my complete happiness was a kitchen where I could occasionally cook something when I got tired of restaurant food. In short, your place is beautiful, cozy, green, and soulful. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
We had an amazing time during our stay. The room is comfy, the amenities can be easily used and accessed. Staff were accomodating and friendly. Special thanks to them in having us checked in an hour earlier! The other staff were polite. Location is superb, just a walk away from SM City iloilo. Breakfast buffet is 10/10.
However, the room is not soundproof, we can hear the sounds coming from the bar, the sound from vehicles, and the noisy room guests across our room running, and non stop going in and out of the room, laughing til 4am. The staff haven't monitored the several guests going in and out of the room. Please hopefully resolve this because I love your hotel and want to stay again in my next trip.

GGuest UserThank you for making our first trip to Boracay truly memorable, especially for my senior father. We loved the room, amenities, food, pool, and overall service. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!
AAnonymous UserI'd rate 5/5 for everything but --
Cleanliness - overall it is 5/5 but there were times when we hung the make up room sign and came back with the room not yet clean, i think it happened like 4 times during our one week stay :(
Amenities - fairways is a really great place to stay because of their amenities, but everytime we go there, not all of the pools are available. Every time there would be pools that are under maintenance. We've been staying at fairways since 2023, and there would always be pools or other places that are under maintenance.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day.
The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition.
The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus.
Thank you, Savoy, for such a wonderful experience! 🤗
EEunice Quicoy HelinIt was a nice hotel in the newcoast with complimentary activity. Enjoyed kayaking with my family who happened to stay in the same hotel.Food was superb
GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.
DDarina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

GGuest UserFerra Hotel Boracay is a decent option with a good location. Nothing extraordinary, but it does the job.
What really stands out is the staff — genuinely warm, always smiling, and very friendly. It makes the stay more enjoyable than the hotel itself might suggest on paper.
A solid pick if you’re looking for a well-located base in Boracay with a welcoming atmosphere.
