Guest UserVidago Palace Hotel is very easy to access by expressways. The service is impeccable, and the rooms are large and well-renovated. The hotel has a beautiful balcony and pretty gardens.
The dinner there had a good choice of food, and the wine list is pretty extensive, and expensive.
Worth a visit even if is not cheap for Portuguse standars.

Dreamy hotel and park. Friendly staff and very well maintained. Breakfast was good as well.
It’s a wonderful experience to stay there for a few days. Interior of the regular cabin could be improved design-wise but it’s not really a negative.
5/5 stars 👍👍

On the plus side, the bathroom facilities could be improved; the taps on the sinks stick out too much, making them somewhat dangerous if you try to bend down to wash your face.

Guest UserThey should have better promotions, giving the choice of a room facing the pool or the main building. Breakfast should include fresh orange juice.

An experience not to be repeated, although the hotel is very pleasant and has excellent facilities, the service leaves a lot to be desired, during the stay it was necessary to request bath towels every day as they were never left by the employees when cleaning the room. bedroom. However, in my opinion, the most serious thing is the one that causes the most inconvenience is the hotel bar, as it does not have any permanent staff, and the guest who goes to reception must inform that he wants to be attended, and in turn, the reception contact a restaurant employee to come and serve guests at the bar, not to mention the ridiculousness that the bar does not serve anything to eat, only drinks are served, a situation that causes a lot of inconvenience as the nearest cafes and restaurants are about 15 km away .
In short the hotel does not have a service according to a 5 star hotel.

Guest UserSpa is a ”mirage”...
Cold water and lack of maintenance, circuit broken in all its capabilities.
Weak breakfast for a 4-star hotel.
Price and quality below the quality required of a spa hotel.

Guest UserOld vineyard of its wines are co-produced by enologists of the brand Neeport. Very large own cultivation area. The buildings are partly still renovated. The rooms are largely located in the former farm building. The air conditioning works well and heats the room in the winter months. The room is equipped with a medium standard. The rooms offer fresh water and a water cooker for tea.
Breakfast is delicious and breakfast eggs are freshly prepared on request.
The dinners offered are also very delicious. This is a house-defined 3-G-wide menu. Cost item 45 €, with wine sample (4 wines) 60 €.
The owner of the wine is the host and will be happy to give information on all the questions of wine farming, as well as on attractions in the nearer and further surroundings.
Different port wines, red and white wines are offered for expension and purchase.
