Hostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

The hotel is in a great location. The service is very good, they always respond promptly. The garage is very tight, and sometimes it is almost empty to put the car, and I wasn't late from shopping. The room was reserved with 2 beds (1 couple and 1 single), only one bed was made with a dressed and one with a no, one with a dresser and another no. The room is very tight, but for the value paid in Victoria, it is good.

Very good hotel. A crime was committed on a double mattress that was too soft. I had to sleep on a mattress. There are no chairs on the balcony. If it is for a couple, there should be two instead of one.

The first time I encountered it, I paid for the reservation in Trip.com , and I was told that I didn't pay when I arrived at the hotel. This poor English was almost embarrassed. I asked the customer service to communicate later, and it was also positive communication. I waited for an hour. This situation on such a large platform should not happen.
