Good location w many restaurant and local snacks eatery. Nice staff and pleasant room

The location of this hotel is really convenient. Very suitable for 2days 1 night family trip.

Hotel is located near Luxun and other tourist attractions, but slightly far from the train station. The room was dusty, had an insect, vandalised wallpaper, slow draining sink and a shower that kept switching between hot and cold water, which was not ideal for winter. Amenities were old and not very well-kept. Service was just ok.

Clean, spacious room nice hotel. However, rooms facing the street are quite noisy in the morning given it's close to the main road.

Quiet and cozy hotel near Lu Xun’s native place abd Shen Garden. Perfect for a weekend in Shaoxing

The hotel is in a good location. It is the closest hotel to scenic spots that I have ever stayed in. It is right opposite the former residence of Lu Xun and just around the corner is Shen Garden. You can park at the hotel first and then walk to the attractions, saving a lot of parking fees. I was also given a free upgrade to my room, which I was very satisfied with. By the way, the bed is not that soft. It is very comfortable to sleep on and does not cause back pain.

The hotel staff provided good service and arranged two adjacent rooms. Opposite the hotel is the former residence of Lu Xun. It was very lively during the Spring Festival. Because of its convenience, I went there three times and was very happy! There are many local restaurants on the right side of the hotel near Shen Garden that taste very good, so there is no need to go to Lu Xun’s former residence to eat!

The location of the hotel is very good, next to Lu Xun's hometown and Shen Garden. The price of a star hotel, the environmental facilities of a fast hotel. I can’t compliment the cleanliness of the room. The bedside of the room I arranged for the first time was dirty. After I told the person in charge, he said that you can check out if you are not satisfied. In the afternoon, I looked at the booking platform and found that they had raised the price by almost 200. I was on the same day. Ordered in the morning. The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. This is particularly good. Parking is inconvenient. There is no own parking lot and the location is a bit messy. The so-called free parking, but you still have to pay when you go out. I don't think it's troublesome and I didn't contact them again. The overall experience is not very good.

When a family of four travels, the main purpose is to be close to various attractions, and the rest is hard to describe. During the Chinese New Year, I can understand that there are few staff and there will be negligence in some aspects, but everything is not done well. Let’s talk about hygiene first. There is still a toothpaste cap left by the previous guest in the bathroom. The shower head is also broken. It’s almost... It fell off the wall and water from the hand shower came out of the hose connection, causing the shower to have very little water. A family of four slept at night and wanted to get an extra quilt, but they said they didn't have any extra. In addition, the sound insulation was really bad, and the sound of the guest next door pressing the air conditioner panel could be heard clearly.

酒店位置非常好，就在魯迅故里景區對面，沈園景區旁邊。地下停車場免費，出行很方便。酒店設施齊全，洗漱用品拖鞋浴衣一應俱全。衞生間乾濕分離，使用方便。房間寬敞明亮乾淨整潔，床品和毛巾雪白柔軟。前台接待員和客房服務員都熱情周到，是我們有賓至如歸的舒適感。我們同行的八位朋友都對這次入住非常滿意，衷心感謝前台美女小雲以及她的幾位同事為我們所做的一切

來的早不如來得巧，想要安靜一些的房間，前台小楊小雲幫忙給安排靠小區一面，並升級了房型，還送了小食。酒店位置很好，對面就是魯迅故里，有很多紹興菜的飯店；樓下有麥當勞，旁邊有711和羅森便利店。

環境：乾淨整潔，房價也很寬敞。地理位置也很優秀，下樓過個馬路就是魯迅故居，附近還有沈園，去哪裡都很方便。 服務：前台小姐姐服務態度很好，特別是小芸小姐姐，還免費幫我們升級了房間。 總結：性價比很高，很好的居住體驗，再來還會選擇這家，也會推薦給朋友。

酒店地理位置好，就在魯迅故里對面，前台小娟和小余，包括衞生阿姨都很熱情，及時幫我們解決了問題，還幫我們房間升級了，房間雖大，但設施有些陳舊，衞生間有味道，毛巾用破來形容一點都不過分，對乾淨兩個字衹能説睜一衹眼閉一衹眼，真是顛覆我對開元曼居的品牌認識。
