We arrived in the hotel from Ireland on what was an emotional personal visit. We couldn’t have asked more from the hotel and it’s staff from bar staff to restaurant staff to the staff who manned the desk made our visit as easy as it could be. Rooms were spacious and well equipped very clean. Despite language barrier everyone was kind and helpful. We especially commend Eshta on the desk who managed to book us in for an extra night when we thought we would have to change hotels she went above and beyond our only regret is that we had to change hotels on our last night we had felt so comfortable in the Royal Amazonia Tricia Lowry Chris Sayers
