Hotel very well located. Very close to Shopping Savassi. spectacular view of the borders of the city, Shopping and Marista College. Safe and tree neighborhood. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Olegário restaurant, inside the hotel, very good. Very comfortable facilities, excellent air conditioning, fine decoration, excellent shower and first-class hygiene products and excellent staff care, highlighted for the Rafael reception.

Everything went very well. Cleaning is good. Only observation, they offer a coffee machine in the apar**ent, the machine is from the TRES brand and the capsules offered were Nespresso... You can't use it.

The hotel is excellent location, good service, very good breakfast.

Great location, very good rooms, but unfortunately, terrible service. There were huge lines for both check-in and check-out, and the staff seemed completely clueless. A 2 PM check-in time is already quite inconvenient, and we still had the experience of joining the massive reception queue, only to be told, when it was finally our turn at 1:58 PM, that we couldn't check in yet because the official time was 2 PM, and we'd have to wait at the back of the line. In the end, we only managed to get into our room closer to 3 PM, which was extremely inconvenient for us as we were staying for a wedding at 4 PM. For check-out, the treatment was quite different, apart from the line still being enormous. We weren't given even a minute's grace period to check out. A truly disappointing experience for a luxury hotel; we will definitely be looking for a different hotel on our next visit to the city.

Já fiquei outras vezes nesse hotel e, dessa vez não gostei da experiência. Como tem muita rotatividade, a qualidade está caindo. Os travesseiros estavam fedendo suor, as toalhas não estavam macias, o colchão já tinha perdido a mola e, tanto o vaso sanitário quanto a pia do banheiro estavam meio entupidos. Também não tinha controle de ar condicionado no quarto. Apesar disso, a equipe é muito gentil e prestativa. Infelizmente, mesmo com excelente localização e bom preço, não acho que justifica ficar hospedada lá novamente.

Very good quality hotel! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa. Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views. The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes. The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴 Stay HERE!
