GGuest UserThe check in staff was friendly and the bell boy was very helpful. Location was quite central in the village. A few things for my low rating is that the room was dusty and the air conditioning was very noisy and it was right beside the bed so it gets too cold. The other thing was the lift from the village side was not working on the day my friend wanted to visit and as she was on wheelchair, she could come into the hotel. There should be an extra lift for emergency. If she was to come through the front door, it was too far.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming.
One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out.
A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

Sharon the front desk was extremely helpful to locate my reservation . Trip.com gotten my reservation thr agoda and
Sharon spent fair bit of time to trace my agoda booking number. As trip.com booking number is not found in trip.com.
Sharon worked extra hour to trace my booking to avoid me to make any payment as couldnt locate trip.com booking.
Overall, my stay was plesant and shittle service is good and prompt.

GGuest UserThe building is old. However, the front desk staff and cleaning staff were very kind and friendly, and our family was very comfortable to stay. The view from the 18th floor was as beautiful as a picture postcard, making it a memorable trip!

GGuest UserAbsolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.
Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

Wwabbwty20060703For downtown Vancouver, the price of this room is very reasonable, and the location is super convenient. Especially, the bedding is really comfortable. Plus, you can store your luggage for free! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here. I truly felt the warmth and inclusivity in this city.

Iiceman22Stayed at the former Trump Tower in Vancouver. The location is super convenient for getting around, very close to downtown, and not a far walk to Stanley Park either! During my stay, the breakfast area was under renovation, so all meals were delivered via room service. The fully automated facilities in the room were fantastic. Overall, a really great experience!

I was really worried because the reviews were so bad, but it was better than I expected.
The hotel staff spoke Korean, which was nice, and they were considerate enough to make the place stair-free, which was convenient.
But... the heater... it's really noisy. ㅠㅠㅠ And if it's off, it's cold... and if it's on, it's dry. Hahaha.
Still, it was better than the reviews said. It wasn't cramped for two people, which was nice!
