This hotel is under Marriott and is well managed by friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Indoor guest car parking is just across the street for $9.45. The spacious rooms and bathrooms have significant counter areas decorated with bright lights. Ice machines are on every floor. Washing and drying machines are available for $3 each. The indoor swimming pool opens from 7am to 11pm, and the gym is open 24/7. The only downside was the coil of the air conditioning was installed in the room, so you will hear the big noise when the coil starts to work the room temperature colder.

Rooms are large and breakfast in the restaurant is great.

Vancouver is such a comfortable city, but hotels are a bit pricey. A friend recommended staying in Richmond, and I found this hotel. It's only three stops from the airport and has direct access to downtown, so you can just buy a public transport day pass to keep costs down. I didn't book breakfast at the hotel, but there are plenty of dining options nearby. I had dim sum, and it was really authentic.

The location is convenient! The service is excellent! Parking costs 30 yuan per day and requires leaving the car keys, but the service is great! The breakfast is simple but acceptable! However, it was disappointing: I had requested a room with a nice view in advance as it was for a birthday celebration, but I ended up with a low-floor room facing a construction site. The construction started at 7 AM, and the noise was quite unbearable!!!

Overall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house.

Great service! Good clean gym and pool area. Very accommodating with breakfast early as we needed to leave for a 6:40am cab to the airport. $26 fare from this hotel to airport. We recommend this hotel

Well, it’s not bad balance between price and quality. The pool didn’t work, no breakfast. There was a very strong smell of smoke in the corridors on the floors, but the room was fine.

The hotel is very clean and has good facilities. From the window, you can see the distant mountains and the beautiful scenery in the morning and evening. The coffee and light meals in the lobby downstairs, especially the freshly made French fries, seasoned with beer, were very crispy and delicious. I ordered several times in a row. In the end, the waiter gave me a big plate and said that if I couldn’t finish it, I could take it back to the room to eat. Eat slowly. An unforgettable northern town.

To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

The hotel is very novel and the equipment is very good. Although it was midnight when I arrived, it was still very comfortable to live. But it is recommended to arrive early before the sun goes down, otherwise the mountain road is very dark, there is no lighting, and it feels a bit nervous. The waitress for breakfast, very nice, the sound is super sweet, opening a good morning for the day. The lake nearby is beautiful and worth going. Ice wine winery is also recommended, also recommended.
