GGuest UserVery pleasantly surprised, the room was very comfortable, the sea was outside the floor-to-ceiling window, the private soup pool was great to watch the sunset, and the minibar was free in the first round and the local sake was delivered. The dinner was great and the price was right. But there are 8 rooms that are not very good for weekends and need to be early in advance. Since there is nothing to eat nearby, it is best to book dinner on the official website, and you can make a rice ball to take away after eating rice. The breakfast is also very generous, it is Japanese style, and it is very full. The station is inconvenient to the hotel. It is best to rent a car at Izumo Station. If you take JR to Oda, you can taxi but it is difficult to take a taxi. You can let the hotel help you book a taxi.

RREI YSIt’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

GGuest UserSuitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi !
We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

The room is small but Japanese-style, and there are USB type-C and type-A outlets next to the pillow.
Rental bicycles are available.
There is also a convenience store called Popura on the first floor, which may be useful for those who want to stay within the hotel.
The downtown area is a little far, but you can get there by renting a bicycle.

However, the staff's service was a bit lukewarm, lacking the attentive attitude one would expect from a hot spring hotel. I hope this can be improved.

The hotel lobby is very large, the facilities are new and clean, the staff have good service, the parking lot is large, and the twin rooms have enough space. However, the wash basin is located in the corridor, which makes it noisy. Wake up the family. There is also room for improvement in breakfast.

購買スペースでは、地元のフルーツも販売されていました！シャインマスカット（20〜30粒くらい？）が¥300という破格！！！これがまた本当に甘くて絶品でした！！
サウナも露天風呂も込みなので、最高でした〜！
みなさんに１つアドバイスがあるとすれば、
このアプリで予約する時、カプセルベッドの1階か2階どちらを希望するかをお伝えしておくと、通してくれそうです！（試したわけではないので、要確認）

GGuest UserVery warm hotel, the traffic from JR Yuzao Hot Spring Station to the hotel is a bit inconvenient, but every time you make an appointment with the hotel in advance, you can send a car to pick up and drop off, the service is very thoughtful. The surrounding environment is good, if it is not too hot, I really want to go to the beach to see. I was fortunate to watch the local summer festival, which shows that everyone is very hard at protecting local cultural customs. Finally, I mentioned dinner. I stayed for two nights. The dinner was very exquisite, especially the dishes on the first night were very in line with our tastes, very good! !
