Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

When you leave the station, don't rely on Google Maps for directions as it might send you on a long detour. Instead, just turn left and the bus stop is right there. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, and they even offer hot spring services, which is a fantastic perk! The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

The building is old, but it looks like it has been renewed. Some rooms may not have a good view on the window side. I feel hospitality with origami. As for the meal, the quantity and quality are satisfactory. There is no particular problem with customer service.

The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. 是我最喜歡的日式温泉酒店，睡榻榻米布團的那種。周邊的風景也是絕美，宍道湖和温泉街，神社都是不可錯過的！酒店的温泉特別棒，碳酸水很滑，泡完渾身滑溜溜的，不愧為三大美人湯之一！晚餐餐食稍顯不夠精緻和高級，如果不自己加菜，甚至有可能吃不飽，早餐居然沒有温泉蛋，在温泉酒店居然吃不到温泉蛋……

I took my parents and stayed in two rooms with a lakeside view, and I was satisfied with the room as it was clean and large. The hot spring with a view located on a high floor was nice, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no open-air hot spring. I recommend it because it is good value for money with breakfast and dinner included.

在偏远地区竟然有一間新型酒店提供服務，房间設計簡約，嘆完溫泉♨️有足夠空間投供，有洗衣機干衣机給旅行人仕，休息室发现九龙城寨图册👍离车站大約走五分鈡左右，离店只需放下门卡即可离开。 酒店有服務員能說普通话及越南话。餐廳更提供全日用餐🍽️

Since there is nothing to eat nearby, it is best to book dinner on the official website, and you can make a rice ball to take away after eating rice. The breakfast is also very generous, it is Japanese style, and it is very full. The station is inconvenient to the hotel. It is best to rent a car at Izumo Station. If you take JR to Oda, you can taxi but it is difficult to take a taxi. You can let the hotel help you book a taxi.

The room is large. The hot spring is good, but the water temperature is not too hot enough. Free parking, keep key at the front desk. Breakfast is generally the same, Japanese and Western styles have D, but there are no expectations.
