Hotels With Bars in Vientiane Province, Laos

The stay was okay, but unfortunately the staff were not very friendly and didn’t even greet guests, which made me feel unwelcome. Also, the prices for renting a scooter were almost twice as high as at other places nearby. Overall, it was fine, but I expected a warmer atmosphere and fairer prices.

The place located a bit far from Vangvieng city center but it's a perfect place for staycation. We went there on week day so there's not a lot of people stay in the hotel which is very good for our group. Hotel have a wonderful view of mountain and river for us to just sit and stair at it, but if you prefer to swim can go ahead! Staff are very friendly and ready to help, 100% satisfy with all service. We contacted hotel staff before our visit so they turn on the AC ready before our arrival. We also met two lovely siberian husky there too!

I had a very pleasant stay at Kinton Hotel. The staff were one of the highlights of my experience; everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and centrally located, which made getting around and exploring the area very convenient. The main area I believe could use some improvement is the breakfast. While the quality was average overall, the selection felt somewhat limited and lacked some typical breakfast staples. At a minimum, I would have appreciated options such as scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and a wider variety of quality protein choices. Many of the available dishes were quite greasy and carbohydrate-heavy, with relatively few lighter or protein-focused options.

The bed truly sucks you in; I woke up not wanting to get out at all. The view from the room is simply the best, so incredibly healing. It’s perfect for escaping the chaos and hiding away in a beautiful, tranquil accommodation. The staff provide excellent service, making you feel right at home. A good night's sleep in a beautiful room is life's greatest reward. This trip felt absolutely amazing.

We had a great stay at Sabai Sabai hostel. Thanks for the friendliness of one of the house guests and yes you won 3 time😉. Sorry, but the night guy needs to improve his skills, being rude and arrogant won't gives you any respect. The breakfast is a bit shy, with a little portion of fresh fruits and 2 pancakes, with coffee and tea. The mattress was soft and the bedsheets seemed to be clean. The negative point is that everyone smokes everywhere outside. Would I recommend: Yes and I did already my friend liked it too.

Embarking on a journey to the mountains and rivers of Vang Vieng, I chose the Lisa Lona Khuan Hotel as my base, and it truly delivered a deeply restorative experience. Within a few hundred meters of the hotel, you can immerse yourself in traditional Lao massages. The tubing and hot air balloon launch sites are also very close by. In my free time, I loved relaxing by the hotel pool, gazing at the distant karst peaks, and occasionally spotting hot air balloons ascending. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and patient, meticulously helping me book transportation and recommending hidden local gems for sightseeing and dining. The breakfast had a wonderfully authentic, comforting feel. Its convenient location, nestled between mountains and water, makes it ideal for a leisurely and artistic travel experience.

Good hotel for its price. We had daily breakfast and daily cleaning. Location is very good. There is a swimming pool, we have never used it but I saw people who swam. Breakfast is not what we wanted to have since we would be happier to see rice instead of white bread made from plain wheat :) but we ordered it + meet to feed hungry stray animals We changed 2 rooms in the beginning because first one had crazy smell of cigarettes (don’t go to 103!), second one on the same floor had broken mirror. So with heavy luggage we chose to go to the second floor. 203 room is ok /) Everything is not new and outdated but for such price very good quality. Btw you need to leave your shoes outside before lobby in a special place and walk inside all area of hotel without shoes.

The pool was empty when we went for a swim in the morning. Breakfast was just okay, and also completely deserted for the half-hour we were there. The hotel room was quite spacious, but the carpet wasn't very clean.

Looking for a weekend getaway for the kids! Was super nice!! And well spent weekend together! Really recommend for those who need a healing time and quality time with their family.

Nice little guesthouse by the river.It is a short walk to move restaurants and the main area of vang vieng. It is clean, quiet and has a pool which is very basic. Better to swim in the river by the tubing bar.
