Ich wurde bei meiner Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, allerdings ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen – eine Renovierung oder zumindest der Austausch einzelner Möbelstücke wäre wünschenswert. Die Stromversorgung funktionierte erst nach ein paar Versuchen zuverlässig. Die Abend- und Morgenmahlzeiten konnte ich leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen, aber am Morgen wurden mir freundlicherweise Alternativen angeboten. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungspotenzial

Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. Les différents espaces piscines sont top. Parcours mini golf , billard, beach volley, vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proche du centre, à 5mins à pieds. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un très bon service sans avoir à dépenser un budget faramineux.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

It was a great hotel with bright and spacious rooms and a terrace overlooking the sea. Breakfast 10 points delicious and the staff was helpful to provide clear and clear instructions to us where to park, when we had a leak in the room told them, thanked them immediately as helped us change to another room. And the facilities of the hotel are also very good, in addition to its own swimming pool only a few steps to the small rocky beach can be used for snorkeling, the view of the room is really beautiful, will stay again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, though it was the same every day. I can't comment on dinner as we only had breakfast, but we did eat at the hotel twice and had no complaints. The pools are relatively good, although the rooftop pool isn't deep enough (1 meter) and there aren't enough sun loungers across both pools; not enough space for everyone. However, the biggest downside was the rooms, or at least ours. The air conditioning vents had mold on them. The shower tray was broken in places, and the water temperature was very inconsistent, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, which was very unpleasant. We didn't have a terrace, so we couldn't dry our swimsuits and towels. As for the walls, there was absolutely no sound insulation; we could hear everything happening in other rooms as well as the noise in the corridors. The hotel is next to the airport, so there's airplane noise, but it's bearable. The surrounding area isn't bad, with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Very comfortable bed and 10/10 pillows. Spectacular sea views, but it is not 500m from the centre, rather double that and there are also 121 stairs. Breakfast is €15 at the hotel. The jacuzzi is small and shared. The staff is very friendly except for the morning receptionists.
