Fantastic location and beautiful hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic . I was disappointed with the hotel rooms as they are old and needs updating to match the rest of the hotel standards and furnishings. Service was quite slow even though it was not busy for a Monday. The iPad in the room that controls the blinds and lights only working when it wanted to. Very over priced for accommodation and food.

The room was clean. There was daily housekeeping. The bathroom doesn’t have much except a hairdryer. The hotel staff was also very friendly and attended to us. Facilities were good, there’s a swimming pool, a gym and a restaurant.

Very close to Perth Airport with a free shuttle service. The staff were excellent and willing to accommodate our departure time. The hotel's central island features a slide panel, allowing for flexible configurations. Both the service and food at the hotel restaurant were great.

If you stay consecutively, you need to clean the room. You must go to the front desk to remind the hotel to clean the room and replenish the supplies in the room, otherwise the hotel will not clean the room for guests staying consecutively. However, the hotel environment is still good.

The Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth earns high marks for its unbeatable location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to the Perth CBD, the Swan River, and major attractions like Elizabeth Quay and Kings Park. Public transport is just steps away, and the airport is a short drive, making it ideal for both business and leisure travellers. Beyond convenience, the staff truly make the difference. From check-in to departure, every team member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to offer local dining recommendations and ensure a smooth stay. It’s rare to find such consistent, sincere service. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for the price point. While not overly luxurious, they provide everything needed for a restful night. Complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site dining add further value. In short, if you want a centrally located hotel with a personal touch, the Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth is an excellent choice. The combination of prime location and exceptional staff makes it stand out from larger chain hotels. Highly recommended for a hassle‑free, welcoming stay in Perth.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Perth Station. They require a A$200 credit card deposit. The room was spacious and had a microwave. However, milk was only provided on the first day and not replenished daily. The towels looked quite old, more a grayish color than white. Soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could hear conversations from the next room. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Barrack Street Jetty. There's also a free bus near the hotel that goes to Perth Station. Be aware that there are quite a few homeless people in the vicinity.

The room is a bit old, but the location is truly central, with Dior, LV, and Chanel right downstairs. The bedding is quite clean, and the room size is decent, with a sofa, dining table, and kitchen, making it very suitable for tourists. It's also budget-friendly and offers great value for money. Across the road, there's a Coles supermarket, plenty of eateries nearby, and a 7-Eleven. Northbridge is also very close. The only downside is that the city center gets quite noisy at night, with drunken people on the bar street. For safety, it's best not to go out at night. An Uber to the airport takes about 30 minutes.

Housekeeping was poor and sloppy. Cutlery left unwashed, bed not made and on one day left the room door ajar after so anyone could have entered my room. Room curtain controls down up buttons don't work, shower handles were broken in the two rooms we had, aircon couldn't be controlled so both rooms were freezing. Will not recommend. The Holiday Inn Express down the road is half the price and everything works there.

I had a great experience staying here before, so I booked again. This time, I arrived at the hotel late at night after a tiring flight. The front desk initially said they couldn't find my reservation. After searching for half an hour, they said they found it but claimed I had already checked in. I told them I was right there and hadn't checked in yet. They then spent another twenty minutes verifying. During all this, I contacted Trip.com customer service, who were very responsive and helpful; an agent quickly reached out to the hotel. However, the hotel staff were incredibly slow and inefficient. The whole check-in process took nearly an hour. It was a stark contrast to my previous, much better experience. Furthermore, on my last stay, they provided a full set of disposable amenities, but this time, there weren't even disposable slippers. I was just too tired in the middle of the night to bother looking for another hotel. Honestly, this service experience was really disappointing. The environment is actually good, and the location is right next to UWA. Getting to the city takes about ten minutes by taxi. Kudos to Trip.com's customer service; they were efficient even late at night and had an excellent attitude in resolving the issue!

Karri Valley Resort offers a truly serene escape, set amidst the stunning natural beauty of Western Australia. This destination is undoubtedly one of the most relaxing places you can visit, with breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere that invites you to unwind. The accommodations, especially the lakefront rooms, are fantastic. They provide a perfect vantage point to soak in the picturesque scenery. However, there are areas that need attention, particularly regarding the cleaning service. On our two-day stay, the cleaners arrived quite late, and unfortunately, their work did not meet expectations. The bed wasn't properly made, the pillowcases were not changed, and the floors were not vacuumed, which was quite disappointing. This aspect highlights the need for improved management of the housekeeping team to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness. The resort's restaurant, however, is a highlight. It boasts a beautiful ambiance and a menu that delivers a perfect balance of flavors. The food was expertly prepared, but we did find the portion size of the duck leg ordered for our 12-year-old to be a bit small. While the presentation and taste were exceptional, a larger portion would enhance the overall dining experience. Another minor concern was the noise levels in the rooms. With some soundproofing measures, particularly on walls shared with other rooms, the overall comfort could be significantly improved. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to the warm atmosphere of the resort. I would highly recommend visiting Karri Valley Resort for its heavenly lake views and relaxing environment. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to be an unparalleled getaway in WA.
