The hotel located beside the famous West Market. The The room was spacious with smart toilet. Though the window glass was quite dirty and we couldn’t see the view clearly . The bed was comfortable and the heater was good. It was a pleasant stay as we booked only a night but we manage time to shop Yanji specialities at the West Market since it was only beside the hotel

Every time I visit Jilin, I stay at this hotel, the best in Jiangcheng, always opting for a river-view room. This time, I encountered Ms. Zhuzi at the front desk, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She even gave me discount vouchers, which came in handy for dinner at the 38th floor restaurant. Every staff member I met was friendly and enthusiastic, and I hope they continue to maintain this high standard. I'll definitely be back!

The service was really warm and welcoming, and they even offer free luggage storage. The room itself was clean, quiet, and I had a great night's sleep. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. You can easily hail a taxi right outside, which is a big plus.

I booked this hotel because I found online the owners feed stray cats. Owners/staff are very helpful and friendly. I even rebooked an extra night on the spot since I decided to stay in Yanji a bit longer and that was all sorted smoothly. I also asked for a different pillow, as the one on the bed was quite large and I got a new smaller pillow right away. Cleanliness of the hotel is OK. The room itself is fine, but even in February it was very very warm. So I ended up sleeping with the window open. Location is fine, I personally don’t mind walking and taxi’s in Yanji are relatively cheap. Regarding amenities, there are two washing machines but one dryer. So I took some useless trips to see if the dryer was finished yet so I could dry my clothing. Breakfast is also OK.

It's very close to the train station, which is convenient for train travel. The room decor is a bit dated, so don't expect anything modern, but considering the price, it's quite clean and offers great value for money. The breakfast selection is decent and covers the basics, and they even had watermelon despite the cold weather.

The hotel's location is a bit remote, but that's typical for hot spring hotels. I communicated with the front desk a few days before arrival. I sent them my high-speed rail information and scheduled a pickup at Changbaishan Station. So, despite the somewhat remote location, the hotel's shuttle service was excellent. The front desk staff were also very good. When I arrived, I had intended for the front desk to book a rafting trip for me, but it turned out the hotel's contract with the rafting company had expired, so we had to sort it out ourselves. (I had inquired with the front desk a week prior, and they said it could be arranged there. I was surprised to find upon arrival that the hotel had just canceled its contract with the rafting company.) I want to be clear, I'm not blaming the hotel; it was just bad luck. I do hope the hotel can continue to assist out-of-towners in the future, as foreigners often face difficulties booking things in China without local phone numbers. I wanted to see Tianchi Lake, but it was closed all three days I was there. Rafting was also out. So, I ended up staying at the hotel. However, I enjoyed several hot spring baths, visited the gym, and the hotel can also arrange skiing for you. We didn't go skiing because we had elderly people with us. So, staying at the hotel wasn't bad at all. There are only two restaurants: a Korean restaurant and the hotel's buffet. The food was good, but the dinner shrimp seemed to be limited. I arrived at 7:30 PM and only got two shrimp, while my dad got five. Then there were none left, and the restaurant staff didn't replenish them. The room was very large and clean. I particularly liked the rooms at this hotel. The hot spring has both indoor and outdoor sections. I might return in the future.

The first time I stayed at this new Vienna store, the overall experience was particularly satisfactory. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the taxi, eating and shopping are very close. The room layout is reasonable, the facilities are brand new and perfect, the lighting is soft and quiet and not noisy. The sanitation is meticulous, the service is intimate and meticulous, and the demand response is very fast. Affordable, quiet environment, very suitable for long-term business trips, highly recommended.

Everything about the hotel we chose for our trip was perfect! The environment was unique, and it was very clean. The staff was super welcoming, and check-in was really fast. They even shared some local food and sightseeing tips. The in-room 'Xiaodu' smart assistant was very useful and responsive, and the projector for movies was a great experience. The breakfast was delicious too, with a good variety of tasty and unique options.

Right as I entered the hotel, the front desk offered me a bottle of hot water to warm my hands. I also redeemed a welcome fruit with just 1 point on Ctrip. The hotel breakfast was good, and it's about 300 meters from the subway station, so the location is quite convenient. The room is a bit small but has everything you need; it was perfect for a solo traveler. I mainly booked this place because all the other hotels had jacked up their prices for New Year's Day; the hotel I stayed at the night before literally doubled in price... This place barely raised its rates, which made it an exceptional value in comparison. I didn't expect the service to be this good either. Highly recommend.
