Large space. Check-in was quick. There is no floor heating, and it's not a small hotel with the Jinjiang brand name. Mainly I made my decision after seeing that the floor heating was available, or maybe some had it installed and some didn't, so they were allocated differently; I was assigned to a room without floor heating. There is air conditioning and you can turn on the heating, but it's not one-tenth the price of floor heating. You can't even get out of the bathroom if you don't have the courage to take a shower. I thought floor heating was standard in northern China🥲

Convenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji. Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music. The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

So for few days we were frantically trying to figure out how to buy the tickets online. Luckily, the 管家team patiently, with our broken chinese, guide us to getting the tickets. Responsive The team doesnt seem to be sleeping. Over the past few days, from pre check- in to post check-in, i have been sending messages/enquiries at different timing outside of working hours (11pm, 12 +am, 5am, 7am), and surprisingly they managed to timely answer them. Overall experience is 5 star.

Great Northeast, eating a warm breakfast, getting on the bus right out of the door, it's so nice! It's so close to the airport, only 11 minutes walk, and the high-speed rail, hotel, and airport are all very close. It's so cool to travel to Changbai Mountain, Yanji, and Changchun! The bedding is also very clean!

Even the staff who clean the room will take the initiative to help with the luggage when they see us pushing the suitcases. Special thanks to the housekeeper Da Linger. As soon as we check in, we explain all the relevant matters clearly. The friendly service attitude is heartwarming🥰The hotel provides free fruit plates, hot spring tickets for guests, 3-hour ski tickets for Heping Ski Resort, and VIP access to Tianchi. There are free shuttle buses and free high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off services. It is really convenient to travel. The forest plank road and outdoor hot springs of the hotel are very photogenic. You can enjoy the fun of taking pictures without leaving the hotel! The buffet breakfast is complete in categories. You can order meals in the hotel restaurant, but the variety is not particularly rich. There is also a food club, where there are more choices, such as iron pot stew, Korean skewers, etc. Free clothing is provided, and you can wear it to take pictures. I went here for dinner to experience Korean food. The portion is large, and the two girls can't finish it at all! It was a perfect stay, but I regret that I should have booked one more night because Tianchi Lake was not closed. It would be much more convenient if Lanjing had a VIP channel. I'll save it for next time!

However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

The most praised and special thanks go to Ms. Wang Yongxiang, the front office manager of the hotel lobby. She is excellent, professional, careful, thoughtful, enthusiastic, hospitable, and full of human touch. Beautiful little hotel in a beautiful town called Erdaobaihe. The life here is peaceful and quiet. The hotel itself is perfect. It has everything you need. The breakfast is cost-effective and quite delicious. The location of the hotel is very good. You can stroll around the town, buy food and souvenirs. There is a beautiful park near the hotel where you can relax and unwind. The service attitude is very good. The ladies at the reception counter are helpful and courtious. They treat you nicely and help you solve any problems you may have. They can also provide you with the contact information of some drivers in Erdaobaihe as well as recommend you some places to eat out or have fun. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel as it ticked all the boxes for us. We really recommend it and are definitely coming back.

The hotel is great, the hardware and software are not inferior to any five-star hotel! I arrived at the front desk an hour early and the brother arranged free afternoon tea. The housekeeper added WeChat before check-in, prepared baby supplies for the baby, and gave free breakfast... The view outside the window is also great, and Wanda Plaza is next to it, which is very convenient! In short, I am very satisfied!!!

Booked this hotel due to VIP tianchi & free 3 hrs ski. However, we are still resolving an issue of refunding deposit. Deposit of 1300 was not claimed due to rushing of check out. It was a tricky refund and process is taking long due to cash was involved. Hope it can resolve soon. Overall, the welcoming and service is excellent. However, the hotel is abit inaccessible. This means it hard to get to town and food choices are limited unless u pay rmb 80 to town. 2 places to dine in hotel- level 1 skewer and steamboat buffet 188 per pax and level 2 korean food. Please dont dine at Korean restaurant. The food is expensive and not nice. The beef soup and meat doesn’t have any beef taste and waiter reply adding chili to spice the soup. This doesn’t mean any sende as the soup will taste chili instead of beef.

Last year, I planned to go to Changbai Mountain and chose this hotel. It is located in Erdaobaihe. Before we set off, the housekeeper contacted us in advance and set up a group, and arranged for someone to pick us up at the station. Because of the tight schedule, we only stayed in Changbai Mountain for less than 24 hours, and the sightseeing and dining were arranged for us early. It should be the hotel with the most Korean ethnic characteristics in Hunchun. The rooms are large and well-equipped. The breakfast dishes are also quite rich. It was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!

The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

I remember this place being guarded by armed soldiers back in the days when I grew up in Changchun. It hosted many top officials from China and many other countries. It was a surprise to see it open to the public now. We had a great experience staying there. This compound is unique in that it sits on a large piece of land with lakes, walking paths and bridges. This hotel is old but beautifully maintained over the years. It is quiet at night, a nice change from the busy city. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many Western options, but very good regardless.
