The hotel located beside the famous West Market. The The room was spacious with smart toilet. Though the window glass was quite dirty and we couldn’t see the view clearly . The bed was comfortable and the heater was good. It was a pleasant stay as we booked only a night but we manage time to shop Yanji specialities at the West Market since it was only beside the hotel

This truly is the best hotel in Jilin city, full of thoughtful touches. My girlfriend and I met in Jilin, and a year later, we celebrated her birthday here again. A huge thanks to the housekeeping staff who decorated our room in advance; it was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the door. The room was also very spacious with a beautiful river view. We extended our stay for another night, and the housekeeper diligently cleaned our room and replaced towels and amenities while we were out the next day. Although the hotel has some history, this dedicated and passionate team ensures it maintains its high standards. 👍

The hotel has a very unique design and is conveniently located close to the commercial district, not far from the famous 'influencer wall' (Instagrammable spot). They upgraded our room for free, and the room was spacious with very comfortable bedding. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive. They offer complimentary bottled water that can be refilled anytime, and the breakfast was good. There's also parking available right in front of the hotel.

I booked this hotel because I found online the owners feed stray cats. Owners/staff are very helpful and friendly. I even rebooked an extra night on the spot since I decided to stay in Yanji a bit longer and that was all sorted smoothly. I also asked for a different pillow, as the one on the bed was quite large and I got a new smaller pillow right away. Cleanliness of the hotel is OK. The room itself is fine, but even in February it was very very warm. So I ended up sleeping with the window open. Location is fine, I personally don’t mind walking and taxi’s in Yanji are relatively cheap. Regarding amenities, there are two washing machines but one dryer. So I took some useless trips to see if the dryer was finished yet so I could dry my clothing. Breakfast is also OK.

I booked this hotel without hesitation after seeing its great reviews and high rating on Ctrip, and the experience was indeed excellent. The hotel is right next to Tusi City, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean, the bedding was soft, and the owner even kindly upgraded us to a more spacious suite with a mahjong table, which was perfect for our family trip.

The hotel's location is a bit remote, but that's typical for hot spring hotels. I communicated with the front desk a few days before arrival. I sent them my high-speed rail information and scheduled a pickup at Changbaishan Station. So, despite the somewhat remote location, the hotel's shuttle service was excellent. The front desk staff were also very good. When I arrived, I had intended for the front desk to book a rafting trip for me, but it turned out the hotel's contract with the rafting company had expired, so we had to sort it out ourselves. (I had inquired with the front desk a week prior, and they said it could be arranged there. I was surprised to find upon arrival that the hotel had just canceled its contract with the rafting company.) I want to be clear, I'm not blaming the hotel; it was just bad luck. I do hope the hotel can continue to assist out-of-towners in the future, as foreigners often face difficulties booking things in China without local phone numbers. I wanted to see Tianchi Lake, but it was closed all three days I was there. Rafting was also out. So, I ended up staying at the hotel. However, I enjoyed several hot spring baths, visited the gym, and the hotel can also arrange skiing for you. We didn't go skiing because we had elderly people with us. So, staying at the hotel wasn't bad at all. There are only two restaurants: a Korean restaurant and the hotel's buffet. The food was good, but the dinner shrimp seemed to be limited. I arrived at 7:30 PM and only got two shrimp, while my dad got five. Then there were none left, and the restaurant staff didn't replenish them. The room was very large and clean. I particularly liked the rooms at this hotel. The hot spring has both indoor and outdoor sections. I might return in the future.

The environment is clean and tidy, and all facilities are well-equipped, including breakfast and a gym. The front desk staff are also very helpful. If you have any questions about your trip, you can always ask the hotel's concierge for recommendations on fun places or delicious food. Changbai Mountain Hua is truly a wonderful place. I love it here, not only for the beautiful scenery but also for the local customs and hospitality. 🫶

Newly opened, the facilities are very new and clean. The breakfast is very rich, I really want to eat, but I don't have that big stomach, ha. The service is very good, the laundry room and the gym are together, just beside the breakfast room, very convenient. 1.35m The big bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The bad thing is the TV. The signal is not good at night. The stuck is very good. The problem of Jinjiang Group staying in is still a bit common. Good service, polite will say hello.

Beyond the amazing food in Yanji, the biggest highlight of my trip was staying at Zhizi Art Hotel. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were so warm and attentive; they not only upgraded my room for free but also provided an extra bottle of complimentary mineral water every day. I'm so grateful for the wonderful experience!

The room was great, and the hotel's location was excellent, close to both the subway and bus stops, making getting around super easy. As a southerner, it was my first time in the Northeast, and the heating was a bit much, but the front desk lady was really kind and showed me how to adjust the AC. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, and they were quick to refill the humidifier. We even got fruit when we checked in and extended our stay, and on ***** New Year's Eve, they offered free dumplings! It was my first time celebrating New Year away from home, and it felt so warm and welcoming.
