My stay at Wyndham Garden Shahzan Fraser’s Hill was a wonderful and comfortable experience in every way. What I liked most about the hotel was the ease and flexibility in dealing with guests. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the staff were polite, cooperative, and hassle-free, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also stood out for its excellent cleanliness, warm hospitality, high-quality service, and beautiful location surrounded by nature, tranquility, and the refreshing atmosphere of Fraser's Hill. I would like to thank the hotel management and all the staff for their great hospitality and dedication to the guests' comfort. I highly recommend staying here, and God willing, it will be one of my top choices when I visit Fraser's Hill again. A well-deserved 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lots of small cockroaches, everywhere in the room and kitchen, but couldn't find the source. It seemed like our unit hadn't been occupied for a long time because I kept sneezing when we first came in, and I had to clean the dust myself. The view is beautiful, truly beautiful. Everything else is okay and just like the photos. There's also laundry available, and many restaurant choices nearby. It's just that the kids were scared by the small cockroaches.

Freshly built hotel (not refurbished). Price lowered compared to original website. The room was great, although not getting golf course view. No need air conditioning since outside air cold already. Seeking to stay again. Only the downside the road was steep, dangerous for big bike. Other than that, nothing!

Thank you to the management of this resort, especially Mr. Shahidan, who is friendly and always checks if there are any shortcomings. Mr. Jalil also was very friendly and ver2 helpful in many matters, from the registration process, arranging our room even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, and even lending me a ball to play at the beach and as well as other matters throughout my family’s stay until we checked out. At the café,Mr. Shahrizal provided useful information and assisted us with the good breakfast arrangements, This is my third time staying here. There have been many improvements made by the management based on the feedback I gave during my previous stays, and I am very satisfied. I will definitely come again in the future. I would also like to thank the other staff, especially the security guard who helped me with delivering our bags to the room. The resort atmosphere is calm and clean, the café is beautiful and comfortable, and the facilities provided—such as the gym, kids’ pool, and clean restrooms—are excellent. The beach is also peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxation. Good job and Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you for the themed evenings; you truly aimed to surprise us, and you succeeded! I wholeheartedly wish you prosperity and many more grateful tourists. Now, let me tell you about our stay. A vacation at Tunamaya isn't what you'd call a typical beach holiday, as popular with Russian tourists. But, of course, people don't come to Tioman for that anyway. The nature here is incredibly beautiful, with views of the jungle and mountains – every time I walked to the restaurant from our bungalow, my heart soared with gratitude and awe at the beauty! It truly is a vacation for the soul! The resort also offers diving and snorkeling equipment, a glass-bottom boat, and kayaks. There's an outdoor sports area where my husband exercised daily. And, of course, the cool, scenic poolside overlooking the sea was a great pleasure. We also discovered a beach near and beyond the second, currently inactive pier. It's perfectly fine for swimming in clear water and taking beautiful photos. The views of the massive boulders and monoliths reminded us of the Seychelles, only the sea there was always calm. My husband and elder son also hiked through the village to the waterfall, bringing back many beautiful photos and impressions! As for suggestions – I'd recommend sprucing up and beautifying the grounds. Some railings along the beach path are broken, and there are old pieces of furniture lying around. I also wasn't very pleased with the condition of the toilet near the pool; I sincerely hope you find the means to do some cosmetic renovations there. A pleasant bonus of being on the island was encountering the mischievous monkeys and monitor lizards. Despite the repellents, they found ways to roam the grounds, and that's wonderful because we are guests in their home! They are the true aboriginals of Tioman. Had very nice and pleasant stay at this hotel. Located at nearest with GPO. No hassle with parking ( plenty of it ) . We enjoy the weather. Spacious room, clean and tidy too. Very helpfull staff. The facilities also on top, we enjoy the sauna, swimming pool and gym. Breakfast spread also on top notch too, varity of spread.

Strategic location. Close to Kea Farm. You can just walk to Kea Farm. Saves money on parking and avoids the hassle of finding a parking spot. Would repeat again.

Pleasant and Comfortable Stay Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and generally well maintained. The hotel environment was also nice and relaxing, making it a good place to unwind and enjoy a short getaway. The breakfast was acceptable, although the selection was quite limited and could be improved with more variety. Nevertheless, the food was sufficient for a simple breakfast. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a pleasant atmosphere. A wider breakfast selection would make the experience even better.

Stay- (6/10) + Room is very spaces + Excellent location for shopping + Spaces lobby + breakfast buffet ample choice but lack in variety (almost same dishes daily) -No power outlets next to bedside. Insufficient sockets -Room wifi not working 2/5 days stay -Pillow too soft and duck feathers leaked from one of them -shower head holder defective (loosely attached to wall)) causing the head to dislodge at normal water pressure. -string for hanging clothes in bathroom defective -lifts too slow - male toilet next at lobby dirty and poorly maintained. Should have separate toilets inside restaurant for hotel guests only.

This hotel is absolutely the best! The price is cheap and most importantly, it's incredibly comfortable. Parking is also easy and, best of all, it's free. However, every time you leave, you need to inform customer service, otherwise you'll have to pay. It's a shame there's no magic carpet, no luck this time... I'll definitely repeat my stay next time! 😍😍😍 The housekeeping staff are also very good; they immediately picked up the call when I needed help, and when I asked for something to be picked up, it was done so quickly, no waiting at all. ❤️
