EElle_NoraIt was a totally different welcoming setup as compared to the Shahzan we used to frequent whenever we are in Fraser Hill. The rooms were very noticeably improved in terms of floor, bathroom and fittings.
The restaurant, Puteri Teja Cafe, was also positively relayed out with a corner allocated for kids playground.
The restroom next to the restaurant was also remarkably improved and sparkling clean.
Overall, our stay here was a super sweet and we would definitely make another trip in future.

LLost & LepakYes. The location is good, the room is clean and the service was good.
The mattress was shaky and the toilet was smelly. I changed my room for third time and the customer service was good. Not having any pleasant stay due to the mattress but nothing to complaint since they assisted me with third time of room arrangement.
My room facing to road and can heard the speeding sound during mid night. Overall it’s fine if you just prefer short vacation. Not waiting too long for the lift and this is something good.

I had a wonderful stay at Oakwood Cameron Highlands. The hotel is new, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views overlooking the golf course. The cool Cameron Highlands weather makes the stay even more relaxing. Guests frequently praise the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location near popular attractions and Brinchang night market.

DDidi Ramlan1. The lights near the gate are dim, some aren't working. Poor lighting. It's easy to miss the turn.
2. Parking is okay, there's even parking for EV cars.
3. The lobby is okay too, and the staff at the counter were also just okay.
4. Dining area. Hmm, maybe you can do better.
5. The pool is suitable for kids.
6. Private beach ✅✅✅ clean. Not sure if it's safe to swim though.
7. Cleanliness.
- The toilet had a slight smell, not very clean 2.8/5
- Sheets and pillows, not clean.
- Towels had dirty spots.
- The AC was dripping water, yes! It reached the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep because I could feel the droplets on my face.
8. My husband got bed bugs, his legs and body were covered in bites.
9. Buffet breakfast changed to 'sahur' (the taste wasn't bad, it was okay).
- White rice. Chicken with curry, I think? The chicken pieces were small. 2 prawns. Sliced watermelon & Sunquick/fresh orange juice? (At least offer ice cream as a dessert replacement).
I don't have pictures for any of this because I was tired from the journey from Seremban, and then I got a room like that (Room number 1079). Disappointed. I only loved the beach. 😇

GGuest UserStaff are extremely friendly, the place was a really relaxing and beautiful getaway. Although the beach was not sandy as it was filled with dead corals, snorkeling around the area was quite beautiful. The transport to the resort is also very convenient as they provide rides from the main village.

EEGKediMy husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room.
Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay!
We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM.
We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake!
The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness!
Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy!
The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles!
These are the personnel that I managed to get their names -
At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah.
A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room!
The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo.
And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive!
Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb!
Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

TTriple A TourRecently we stayed at Copthorne Cameron Highlands and had a pleasant overall experience.
The hotel’s location is very strategic, especially for visitors who want easy access to Kea Farm and other nearby attractions. It is convenient for food hunting, shopping, and sightseeing around Cameron Highlands.
The basement parking at the hotel was acceptable, although the number of parking spaces is somewhat limited. For guests staying in the house units, parking is much better as it is available directly in front of the room, making it very convenient.
The check-in process was fair, with a reasonable waiting time, while the checkout experience was smooth and efficient.
However, there are several areas that need improvement. The amenities provided could be enhanced to offer a better guest experience. Room cleanliness also requires more attention, as housekeeping standards should be improved to ensure guests enjoy a more comfortable and pleasant stay.
Overall, Copthorne Cameron Highlands offers a great location and convenient parking options, but improvements in amenities and room cleanliness would significantly enhance the overall stay experience.

The only downside was the buffet breakfast, which felt quite basic and not very tasty. Other than that, everything else was excellent. I’d suggest grab-ing food from outside instead, as there are plenty of eateries nearby.

GGuest UserMy family had a nice stay at TDR. It lived up to our expectations and MORE. I am writing because I would like to commend the resort for their help in locating my missing backpack (left at the ferry jetty). When we realised we were missing an important bag (dont ask how, things happen i guess) we called the resort and asked the help from the staff to check if we did leave our bag at the jetty which was a 10 minutes-walk away from the resort. They immediately went to check but the bag was not there. It seemed that TDR didn’t just leave the matter at that, and I dont know how they managed it, but 6.5 hrs later they called to inform me that the bag was on another ferry on its way to a different jetty 30 minutes away from us on the mainland. Kudos to the Bluewater ferry service for picking up the abandoned bag and sent it to their office albeit at a different nearby location. Again, I dont know how but i am so glad that TDR was able to get that information and relayed it back to us. After more than 8 hours of despair, with God’s will, we got back our bag with the help of the staff of the resort, the staff of the Bluewater ferry service and possibly the networking within the small island. Thank you so much for the help TDR. Thank you for making this a really memorable trip with a happy ending.

TTENMA LGNThe hotel was overall nice and not as bad as the negative reviews online. Some parts of the room were slightly moldy and dusty, but it was still acceptable considering the location. The reception staff were friendly and professional. Overall, a comfortable stay and worth it.
