We regularly stay @ Zenith for countless times. Though the hotel isn't as grand as other 5 stars, the service & cleanliness has been consistent over the years. The location is strategic & convenient. There's charging station for EV car too & we can leave our car for charging with ease. We had drinks @ the cafe & were impressed by the simple honey lemon drinks & Rose chrysanthemum tea that we ordered. Will stay regular either for holidays or work.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan, especially the ambience and hospitality. However, there are a few areas that require attention. Cons / Areas for Improvement: 1. Water pressure was quite slow, especially for the shower. When turned to hot water, the pressure increased, but once switched to cold, it became extremely weak. 2. There was water maintenance work happening during our stay. Although the hotel assured that everything was under control, it did affect our comfort while on holiday. 3. We noticed a small clump of dust on the floor. While it was minor, as we were staying with a 2-year-old toddler, it raised concerns as children tend to put things into their mouth. Housekeeping may need to be more thorough. 4. There should be better control of wild monkeys, especially around the parking area. I was chased and nearly bitten, which was quite frightening and unsafe for guests. Pros / What We Appreciate: 1. Excellent service recovery — I forgot to disable the “Do Not Disturb” sign but informed the front desk to clean the room. The housekeeping staff called first to ask for permission before entering, which shows professionalism and true 5-star service standards. 2. The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, clean, and very calming — truly breathtaking. 3. The beach is very clean and conveniently located right next to the hotel. 4. Large swimming pools (two pools available), so it never felt crowded. 5. Staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Conclusion: Hyatt Regency Kuantan has great potential with its beautiful location, facilities, and outstanding staff. With improvements in water system management, housekeeping checks, and wildlife control, the overall guest experience would be even better.

Room: Clean, big bed, spacious, can watch Kuantan town from room and also Ive can watch moon at night. Bathroom: The water pressure so low, and the shower bathroom floor not clean. Breakfast: Nice place, not so much food but still good. Location: Nearby kedai makan but if wanna go to mall, need to take a ride.

I enjoyed my stay at Shahzan Hotel Kuantan, especially as a business traveller needing a quick rest. The hotel is centrally located in town, making it very convenient with easy access to food and nearby amenities. The breakfast selection was basic but reasonable for the price. The air conditioning was super cold, and the shower water pressure was excellent—definitely a plus after a long day. Underground parking is free, though spaces are quite limited. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would consider staying here again in the future. 😊

Let me tell u about the toilet, as no review about it yet. I am so thankful to select this hotel as the toilet is spotless clean and up to my expectation. The water pressure is good eventhough we were on the 8th floor. And just look at the view. Super nice and u can see the river and the tower. We had a room with balcony. So the view is spectacular.

Stayed at AC Hotel Kuantan for a short business trip and it exceeded expectations. The check-in was smooth, staff were professional, attentive, and efficient throughout the stay. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable with a great work desk setup and reliable Wi-Fi, perfect for getting work done. Bed quality was excellent and ensured proper rest after long meetings. Breakfast spread was well prepared with good variety and fresh options. Location is convenient with easy access to key areas in Kuantan. Housekeeping standards were consistent and prompt. Overall, a very pleasant, hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for business travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and professional service.

The place is very instagrammable and the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the weather was bad, it was raining all day so we could not enjoy the beach view. The room is very comfortable and the cleanliness is a top-notch 👌🏼 overall it was a great stay, just the minus of the weather which i couldnt spend time enjoying the beach or sunset/sunrise. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel, so it was really easy if you are looking for places to eat besides the hotel.

Beautiful place to stay, right infront of the beach, room and toliet was very clean and alot of facilities, swimming pool was absolutely beautiful i loved it, watched the sunrise at the beach too

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at The Chateau. The service was excellent, all staff were hardworking, attentive, and very accommodating, which really made a difference to our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. One small personal note is that the pillows were quite large and didn’t suit me very well; I wish I had asked earlier if they could be changed. The hotel restaurant served good-tasting food, though it would be even better with more variety, especially for dinner options during a longer stay. The location is truly superb, perfect for a short getaway near the Klang Valley without needing to travel far. The environment was cool, cloudy, and beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere that almost felt like being in the UK. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing short vacation.

1. The bathroom floor is too slippery when wet. I almost fell off. 2. Parking is on open area no shade but guarded. You can also parked by the road side 3. Room is big and spacious. But the wall socket plug is too far from the bed. If you want to charge up ur device. Need to leave it far from you. 4. Breakfast not so many variation. No so many option to choose. For the taste it is average nothing extra.
