Although we only stayed for one night, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed, silent & very good AC and had everything we needed for a restful night. The location was perfectly convenient, and we enjoyed a delicious complementary breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend this property, whether you're staying for a short layover or an extendedWe loved the convenient location, which was just a short walk to the main attractions and local restaurants. Excellent hotel location, slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, yet close and convenient enough. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the center, with a tricycle constantly running. The grounds are magnificent, with a beautiful, well-kept garden and a private beach that is regularly cleaned and maintained. Free SUP boards are available! The breakfasts are decent and quite varied. Upon request (for an additional fee), the hotel arranged our room for our anniversary. Overall, only positive impressions. Everything was superb!

Our stay at Almont City Hotel last December was a pleasant one. The room was spacious, giving us plenty of comfort to relax. While the property is already a bit old, it is well-maintained and still provides a comfortable and cozy stay. Rucksack is the biggest Hostel in Siargao, it offers private rooms for couple, family or group traveller and Dormitory Type rooms for Solo Traveller like me. Dormitory bed is comfortable with thick Hotel bedding, ventilation is very cool. Price is also great specially if you are budget conscious . Rucksack has its own Pool, Restaurant and Bar. Plus activities for guests every night. You will definitely enjoy your stay.
