Immediately after a long flight, I tried to relax in a hostel near the airport and it was a very good place to meet that expectation.
There was a shuttle bus so I could move easily and the spacious bed and quiet room were a great gift for tired families
The breakfast provided in addition to the low accommodation fee was very satisfactory and I was refreshed and I got the courage to prepare for the next journey.
There was a restaurant and fast food chain right next to the hotel, so it was the best choice without worrying about eating
I will choose without hesitation on my next visit and recommend it to others visiting Pittsburgh without hesitation
Thank you for the best service and various considerations
This was a first class experience!! From the valet parking and bellhops when we arrived to the gorgeous room and view!! Super cool amenities, we really enjoyed the pool, exceptional!!
We would definitely recommend going to Mount Airy and we are looking forward to coming back again!
Shout out to the amazing staff at the hotel for being very helpful and accommodating!
Inside the airport, connected to the airport by a corridor, very convenient for catching an early flight. The facilities are a little underdeveloped, but acceptable. The service is basically OK, and the steak in the bar is not bad.
We had a delightful stay at the Radisson in Scranton, PA. The hotel is historic and beautiful. Lots of marble and decorative wood. It is an old train depot and located right behind it is the University of Scrantonâs soccer field which we enjoyed watching practice. Right across the street is a nice restaurant as well as having one in the hotel. We had a delicious breakfast with a very nice waiter. Everything about our stay was first class.
The service is attentive and thoughtful, there is free parking, it is very convenient to enter and exit, there are entertainment and food merchants around, the service level of the hotel chain is guaranteed, and the fitness facilities are fully equipped.
Our family booked a stay last April 2023, so it was only natural to book this venue for our April 2024 PA trip. We were disappointed in the condition of the room because both closet doors were broken perhaps by the previous occupant. The photos tell the story and the front desk. The other issue involved the loud noise in the hallway made by unsupervised children going to or coming from the pool area around 8:45 ish.

Wyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view.
One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room.

GGuest UserIt was a good experience but Iâd like to follow up on the release of my security deposit. The release of the timeline I believe is 5-7 business days and I expect my money back today - March 17th but as per checking, it is not reflection in my debit account yet.
JJIANYINGGood location and convenient transportation, but the surrounding environment is relatively dirty. It is close to the Greyhound bus station and the airport special train station. The hotel's facade is relatively small and needs to be carefully searched. Thanks to a separate signboard at the entrance, otherwise it is easy to miss
GGuest UserThe room was good. I stayed for two nights on August 21 and 22, but I forgot to take the 2 T-shirts and a shirt in the closet when I left the store. I went to the hotel front desk on the 25th and asked about it. I couldn't find it or had been thrown away as garbage. After learning the result, my mood became bad.
GGuest UserHotel was very nice and the room felt like home. I didnât like that it didnât tell me if the room had a shower or tub even after putting the childâs age. Thatâs a little frustrating because itâs kind of hard to wash a 3year old up in a shower. My room was non-smoking but the room smelled like old smoke so I cleaned very good to get that smell out which wasnât too bad at all. The staff who worked the night shift I have a few problems with. I donât think she may be mean or a mean person but sheâs definitely not a peoples person. Her attitude was very rude dry and cut-off. When asking her anything she made us feel like we were annoying her and she lied to our face about the room she put us in. She tried to say the room says shower only but couldnât provide where it say that because it said or tub and I know when you arrive for check-in they will give you a room thatâs available according to your reservation. There was no option for me to request or make sure a tub was in the room. She did pick up on us taking her interaction with us as rude and tried to make it somewhat better. She doesnât smile and have a look on her that says I donât want to be here or deal with this. I didnât like that the description doesnât match a lot of the things at this location and probably wouldnât have booked here had I know they didnât have no kid activities besides basketball and miniature golf. I love that itâs next to a lot of shopping stores and din-in and out restaurants that are walking distance. I just advice you to either contact the hotel or whoever you are booking certain details because this happened twice picking a room thatâs available according can be giving with either one regardless of the child age.
GGuest UserWe inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, âit may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm.â We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that âbecause you're third party.....â Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were âthird party.â I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were âthird party.â Well, the âguaranteedâ time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were âthird partyâ and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were âthird partyâ, apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit.
GGuest UserFor us the location was great! The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service, for the most part, was very good, with the only exception being the gentleman who manned the front desk on arrival. Not friendly at all. It felt like we were an interruption. Breakfast was your standard fair. Scrambled, powdered eggs and sausage or bacon, and make your own waffles. Coffee, juice choices, bagels, and packaged sweets. It was good and it does make for a fast and convenient meal.
The WIFI on our floor was horrible! In this day in age, this is unacceptable! I ended up using the computer by the breakfast area to set up our outgoing flight!
The building is becoming dated but, there was construction going on so perhaps they are updating. The bathroom did not have a fan or any towel racks. Unfortunately, it appears that people have been using the shower curtain rod as it is tilted downward and you really need to make adjustments to avoid a wet floor. There are no handles for the physically impaired. Getting in and out of this slippery bathtub is difficult. Our toilet tank had a leak and frequently had to reload water. Finally, the HVAV is good and it is also loud. But if you have traveled a lot, this is fairly common.
An extra note. We decided that we really didn't need a rental and would use Lyft/Uber. It worked well but there is rarely a car nearby. We made sure we allowed time to get picked.
Because of its location and that it was typical of a hotel of this ranking, I would stay there again.
AAnonymous UserThe staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldnât stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldnât keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.
Llily_li_wuxiThere is a parking lot and free parking. The location is a bit hard to find, follow Google's navigation. The room is spacious and tidy. It is close to Ole.
