We stayed for two nights, from January 1 to January 3, 2025. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel truly welcomed.
The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the hot lassi and delicious pancakes, which were a highlight of our mornings.
A special thank you to the lovely Ms. Shilpa for her kindness and patience in teaching me how to wear a saree. Her guidance made the experience incredibly memorable, and I'll always treasure it. Her service was exceptional!
**Cons:**
During both nights of our stay, there were numerous events, which led to some noise.
Overall, I still highly recommend this place for its excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a memorable stay in Agra!
The hotel is nice ***** with a cooperative staff that assists you round the clock. The check-in and check-out were quick. Great hygiene, the room was spacious and well lit and the bathroom was well maintained.
Nice environment, swimming pool, good staff attitude, friendly reception, good breakfast in the restaurant, rich variety, room facilities are a bit old, others are good.
Had a great experience at The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the live counter with freshly made dishes. The food, service, and ambience were all on point. Special thanks to Dexter for his attentive and friendly service
The hotel is located outside the Taj Mahal Scenic Area, so calling a taxi outside is a bit inconvenient because the car cannot enter the area outside the Taj Mahal at will, so it is impossible to enter the hotel. You can only walk to the periphery of the Taj Mahal, except for the Tutu car. The main building of the Taj Mahal can be seen from the windows of each room of the hotel. You can go to the Taj Mahal to watch the sunrise in the hotel. The hotel can provide free battery car transfers. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful and we will be upgraded to suites. You will choose here when you come to Agra!
In Wanarasi, you must choose the best hotel to stay in, because it is isolated from the noise, noise, and other things that make your hair tingle! Only when you return to the hotel will you completely relax and enjoy the clean rooms and dining! The hotel is very large, the whole is surrounded by its own park! The room was very clean and tidy, the service was very welcoming and polite, and the security was checked twice after entering the door, which was very safe! The point is that you will feel it personally, here is like heaven, and Wanarasi outside is like a magical world! I feel worth staying!
The hotel was a bit hidden, but it is a nice and comfortable place. The staff is very attentive, very helpful and attentive to any need. Quiet place. It was relatively close to where we had to work, so everything was fine with the location. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. I really liked it and felt very comfortable. Nice terrace
SSoodTrident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option.
The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.
Ssy8888Hotel is a little out of city and not very Marriott standards.. food is not fresh. Room is good though, small but cosy. Staff are always there to help and friendly. But check carefully as overcharges seem to happen quite often. Pool is super nice and so does the well equipped gym. Lots of international tourists. Taj Mahal is close and nice!
VVidit AvasthiExcellent location, very clean and fairly efficient service. Breakfast was decent too. Masks were not enforced throughout the property, unfortunately.
EEddieb2bThe perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel.
The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything.
The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice.
From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees).
The dinner was great.
And the best thing is a swimming pool.
BBenThe ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable!
Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!
GGuest UserThe room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.
HharuxuTransportation location: The hotel is only 5km away from Agra Airport and 1km away from Agra Railway Station. The location is not bad, but it is a bit away from the Taj Mahal and requires a tuk-tuk, which takes about 20 minutes.
Overall impression: The hotel is an English-style building with a history of more than one hundred years. Before it can be seen, its owner should be a large local family. Nowadays, there are still many portraits of the owner’s photos as decorative paintings. The characters are dignified and well-dressed. It can be inferred that the person who can keep such clear photos in that era must be of extraordinary origin, probably a certain prince. The front desk service was very good. There was a welcome gift as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Our family of three each gave a bunch of wreaths on our necks, and we also put a red dot on the eyebrows, which is said to be a sign of luck.
Guest room impression: The rooms are very local in style. From the bed to the dressing table, all the furniture is very old and old. The room is equipped with a TV and the bathroom is also very large. In addition, due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening, each room is also equipped With the oil heater, it is very warm.
Public facilities: The hotel has an English garden with swings and lounge chairs in the garden. There is also a swimming pool in the backyard. The environment is good. You can see monkeys in the hotel.
Catering services: The hotel restaurant is located on the first floor and provides all-weather catering services. Breakfast is fine. After lunch at the hotel, the price is more expensive, the serving speed is slow, and the taste is average, so it is not recommended.
The hotel as a whole is very local. The staff is attentive and courteous. When we left, we also gave each of us a beautifully packaged candy. It is worth staying in Agra.

GGuest UserI had an exceptional experience at this 5-star hotel! From the moment I arrived, the warm Indian hospitality was evident. The welcome was grand, complete with personalized touches that made me feel instantly at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.
A special thanks to the manager, who graciously accommodated my late check-in without any hassle—such flexibility is rare and truly appreciated.
