We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

It is literally next to Terminal 3. Nice looking hotel with staffs having no problem with English. The room is sufficiently filled with necessaries. The room do not have any smell and is very warm especially after staying in Airbnb where it impossible to warm up the whole house. Have a weighting scale below the hotel as well. The Aeonmall nearby is very huge with Donki, uniqulo nearby. Will come back if I ever need to catch a morning flight out.

Very recommended hotel. Have shuttle bus to go to airport and go to aeon mall. Great location and also great staff. Great for who want to rest while waiting for next flight.

Good price, near to Disneyland. Provide shuttle bus every 10 mins to and from Disdneyland. Ideal for those visiting Disdneyland. The hotel lobby is on 2nd floor. It has a lounge that provides free bear, drinks and snacks from 11am to 11pm. Guest are to collect toiletries from a room nearby to reception, there are plenty of toiletries items, guests can select what they need. There is a Lawson on hotel 2nd floor. The hotel is connected to train station and a shopping mall with a number of eateries.

I stayed in this hotel not because I wanted to drink. Most of them mainly go to Disney. The location is not very good, but the supporting facilities are helpful. 1. There is a shuttle bus that goes directly to the 2 parks and the frequency is calculated. 2. The hotel has convenient access. Shop, after playing Disney, you can enjoy wild food when you return to the hotel. There is a large bathing room and free comics. It is a hotel worth trying.

We came from Vietnam and they treated us really nice, they make us feel comfortable like a home. This hotel is very close to NRT Airport. In typical Japanese fashion, twin room is tiny, but there is everything you would possibly need. Friendly, helpful staff and quickly check-in. When We needed their help, they appeared immediately. Everyday we had 3 meals included rice, fish, miso soup, noodles, sausages, etc. Generally a very traditional Japanese meals. Really delicious and soon! Since the room is small there is a sign that says you can put your luggage under the beds. Overall, great place to stay.

Booked this hotel for the sake of convenience. Shuttle bus is at berth 33. Driver is an old gentleman who is very professional and polite. It took us about 15 minutes to get to this hotel from Narita Airport. Greeted by friendly staff who could speak very fluent English. Restaurant closed at 21:30 but got a 24h convenience store on the 1st floor. The facilities are bit outdated, but is enough for customers like us. The space is big. Shuttle bus timetable is demontrated below. Overall, it is a place that worth the price.

It was a one night stay before my flight, as I suspect many are. The hotel is positioned for the airport, so it is not near anything interesting to do. The restaurant was nice but I only are breakfast there. Wide range of Japanese and Western foods to choose from. Adequate for a hotel that size. I very much appreciated the free shuttle to/from the airport. This hotel is not a destination, but it is serving a need for travellers wanting an inexpensive place to rest with convenient access to the airport before or after a flight. The lobby, hallways and room were spacious but definitely tired-looking and overall in need of refurbishment. Room was clean and bed was fine. I could not find a light switch to turn off my room lights, which was odd. Service was wonderful - courteous, helpful and friendly, as is typical of Japan.

It is a very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Narita Station, 5 minutes walk from AEON Mall, and Shinsho Ji Temple within walking distance. The front desk kindly explained the accommodation, so I remembered it and thanked the hospitality. There are coin laundry, microwave oven, ice machine, and currency exchange machine in the building, and juice and snacks can be purchased at 100 yen from the vending machine, which is ideal for long-term residents. Despite the restrictions on foreign entry, it may be a popular hotel because I saw many guests in the hotel. Disinfected stickers are attached to paper cups and disinfected places, and measures against the new corona are perfect. The staff was super friendly and helpful. When I was checking in, there was about three receptionist, all which seemed to know English as well. We didn't eat at any of their restaurants, or ordered any of their food service so I can't review that part of the hotel. My family and I bought food at their convenience store, which is located on the first floor right by the check in area, and it didn't disappoint. It's a convenience store in Japan after all. Hotel room was as described for us, and it was clean. No issues there either. We only stayed one night as we were just staying there to catch an early flight from Narita to Osaka. The shuttle bus left the hotel at 4:30 A.M just like it was scheduled. Honestly if I had to stay near Narita airport I would stay here again.

I went there in the summer, so I searched for an ice machine. The ice machine on the floor of the guided room is stopped. The ice machine on the upper and lower floors is also stopped. After all, I ended up going to the front desk. Meanwhile, someone entered the room and the cash was stolen. There is no surveillance camera. The record of entering the room is not left with a card key. I thought security for crime prevention was insufficient. There is no safe in the room. It is the room attendant who can enter the room. I ended up suspicious of the room attendant. Of course, the criminal knows that it is in an environment where lies are not left. An environment where no evidence is left. I think I'm doing as much as I want. We don't trust him at all. I'm sorry, but I'll never go again. Of course, if you guide me that the ice machine on each floor is stopped at check-in, I will not be able to see this, so I will ask the hotel for responsibility.

Recommended, cheap and good, the room is large, there are free subway and park shuttles, and a drink bar, more than 400 triple rooms, stayed for two nights, made full use of the shuttle bus, rounding off is free of charge... There are many barbecue, sushi, and ramen restaurants around, all of which are quite delicious. There is a convenience store just outside the door, which is very convenient even if you don't have a reservation. There are airport buses from Narita or Haneda. The fare is slightly more expensive than the subway, but it is direct to one stop, saving worry and effort, especially suitable for families traveling with children. There are only two flights a day from Narita. You can take the bus to Mitsui Garden Hotel Station and then walk for seven or eight minutes.

I stayed with my family using the Chiba Toku Travel Campaign. The parking lot was parked before going to the park because you can park at 0:00 ～ on the check-in day. We visited this hotel in 2017, 6 years ago and loves the hotel so much we came back for the second time. Mystay Maihama is one of the closest hotel to Disneysea. It is also close to the Maihama train statiom and reachable with a 10 minutes walk. If you take a look from thw top 7th floor on clear weather you can look out to the sea. We dun find any food around so it is wise to pack some instant or microwave food from the convenience stores at the train station. The items are clean and the housekeep turnover is very nice. They even pack out huge baymax to sleep when we return back. The hot water are adjustable so besude to look behind the closet for a small controller if the water is too hot or too cold. The best item is the foot massager that really cures our leg after long walk in the disneyland. We are disappointed that we arrived late and was unable to book for the breakfast because it ran out for the buffet breakfast for the next day so we have to walk hungry to Disneyland to get our breakfast. In the morming therw is shuttle bus that starts off at 8 to bring hotel guest to first the Maihama train station then to Disneyland. The only cable there is on tv channel is CNN news and CCTV news. Other channels are local . The powerpoint is 2 parallel Type A NEMA 1-15. Please note that the pin in Japan is wider than US pin so if you are coming from U.S., the plug cannot go in We loves the hotel that we actually overstayed. I am not sure how the overstay works, we spent 3 night in the hotel and have to pay 2000yen for overstayed 40 minutes after checkout time because we were in disneyland for 2 days and overslept. So be sure to check out before 10am. We wun be coming back to the hotel any time soon because the price has changed so much since the last time we came.

A nice hotel near the bus stop to Disney. Bus ride is 150 yen each person each way. The hotel is older but decent. Our room had a microwave and cooking area but you have to ask for the stove knob. Male staff member at the front desk had very good English and explained how to use the bus system to Disney along with a map. You need to tell the bus driver what your stop is so they can charge you accordingly.

I was only there for one night so I’m not sure about the service but the location is great five minute walk from the station and they have an outlet mall and restaurants and some brand faces so you can actually get everything you want for souvenirs or shopping in the area and if you have a Costco card there’s a Costco nearby 10 minute walk morning breakfast is ¥2000 if you want breakfast that day it’s 1000 then if you reserve breakfast in advance expect us to say that Friday is not a lot I don’t think it’s worth ¥1000 but that’s just my opinion

It was a shame that the sheets were not changed for consecutive nights. The number of breakfast items is ok. Unfortunately, the rice wasn't very tasty and the juice wasn't 100%.

Good food, great atmosphere and clean. I had my first sunrise at their sky lounge. It was such an scenic view. The staff were also very friendly. During our stay, we were able to check in early and put our things in to our room. Everything was smooth during our stay. We never used the shower in our room because their “open air bath” was just enough. Would like to come back. ❤️

The room is not big, but the location is great. There is a gate on the overpass that turns left at the station exit, and you don’t even need to go to the first floor. There are also Sogo and commercial streets nearby. The ramen shop above the station is also delicious. It's not far to go to Narita Airport the next day. If you buy an express bus, you'll be there in one stop.
