Overall it was ok. Good facility for hot spring. Close to airport. 7-10mints to Asahibashi monorail station. Approximately 20-30mints to Naha airport. Recommend to take monorail instead of taxi due to traffic. 24hrs 7eleven convenience store and ATM for overseas card holders is very useful. There are 2 breakfast restaurants options for 2800-3000 yen range . Staff was very helpful .

Comfortable hotel. Next to American village and only 2 minutes walk yo the Depot seaside. Beach next to it is not very clean but super easy to access. Room is really big compared to other hotels in Okinawa. Suitable for family guests. Pool access need to be charged so we didn’t go. Looking forward to go again to try their onsen :-)

It’s a hotel with two pools, which was nice. My husband used the hot spring and bath and said it was great. There’s a bar on the top floor with a nice view of the city. However, we did not go there. We had a car with us the whole time we were there and Parking was ¥1500 per day. Walkable distance to a city beach. There isn’t a convenience store nearby so make sure to bring things back with you when you’re out. There are a few restaurants scattered around. The hotel actually provides a map to show you where they are. The breakfast was great with a good selection of traditional Japanese style breakfast as well as some western food. But it was always busy before 8am. I guess most guest there early birds.

This is the my second visit, as good as before 1. Convenient location: just 3-5 minutes walk can arrive monorail station 2. $1500Yen for day parking. 3. Clean: very clean and modern for the room 4. Staff: Staff is nice but the housekeeping can do better 5. Price: Value for money. Super good deal

Not really user-friendly even through they don’t want ppl get too much of them. Good to have dripping coffee bag to get and coffee to be taken Away after breakfast. And, the location is convenient

The hotel's parking lot is three-dimensional guidance. It is not obvious. It is not a vacant space next to the hotel. It is more troublesome to ask the hotel staff to help. It is quite convenient to check in. The hotel has a first mail QRcode as long as you scan the counter staff. The hotel parking is 1500 yen a day. No limit If you want to enter and exit frequently, it is recommended to park in the hotel. Otherwise, there are some parking lots nearby. The service of the hotel staff is also very good. Because the family is not comfortable, I accidentally vomited in the corridor and notified the hotel staff. They also quickly helped clean and care about this stay. Triple room is very spacious. Two 29-inch suitcases + one 25-inch can be opened. No problem. The bathroom is big enough. The bath is not too narrow. There are also two pillows. One is softer and one is hard. Location is good, close to many things you need: Ferry pier to islands, fish market, temple/ small beach within city, shopping avenue and 美榮站monorail. Rooftop swimming pool is highlight, if it’s free of charge from 7pm-11pm that be excellent. I went at 4pm and just me there was perfect. Wish more ppl swim and fewer ppl take pic at pool for bragging in social media , they kinda disturbing with fancy swim suit and drinks in hands 😝. Pic showed bubbles blow around 8pm, super romantic and calming and peaceful. Another highlight:Pajamas is a surprise, soft and fit and comfy. I stayed in double room and is a bit small for 2 persons. One is good enough though

Hyatt Regency Naha is a good base when travelling to Okinawa. It is close to Kokusai Dori, a long street with shops and restaurants, smaller markets, and the pottery street. It is about a 10-min walk to the monorail. It is also a short taxi ride to the port to get a ferry to another island and the Naha airport. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced for a modest selection. There's a lot of places to eat in the area, however. Staff are wonderful and helpful.

Good location and hygiene. Unfortunately, the hotel car park was full when I arrived. The front desk staff offered a free room upgrade which I considered as a compensation. If you don’t have special requests on accommodation, this hotel will be a suitable option.

It's about 15 minutes away from American Village, and there's a large supermarket 3 minutes away, but check-in takes some time because there's an elderly person at the front desk. Parking is available in the hotel, but you have to spend 1,000 Japanese won. The view in the hotel is just a city view, and Japanese residents live there. I think it's in the area

Nice and friendly hotel! It sure has seen better days (with a wonderful roof terrace, closed down during corona, I hope they will re-open it) but it’s still a very nice place. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. (Mine did not have a particularly nice view but never mind. The sea is close, just 1 min walk.) All rooms are non-smoking but there is a nice “non-prison” style smoking corner in the backyard (which should not bother the non-smokers). Lots of cafés, bars and restaurants within walking distance (be aware that places close early but that may also change in better times). Close to American Village (10 min by car, taxi less than ¥1000) and still quite close to Naha airport (30 min by car, taxi around ¥5000). During daytime, you may get used to the sound of airplanes. Otherwise, the hotel is a quiet place. Some nice beaches around.

My wife and I are moving back to the states after a 5 year tour with the air force and are traveling with three small shih tzu puppies with one being a service dog for my wife’s medical condition. The military lodging would not let us stay with them because they have a two pet policy and can’t be over 50 lbs. we had to be out of our house before Christmas and we were not leaving til the 11 Jan and had no where to go. I just happen to see a advertisement about a DSH Resort that allows dogs and I called them. I talked to Victor a person that answered the phone and he set us up immediately accepting all three dogs and even check on my wife that was in the emergency room during our move to the resort. This is a class act of an organization and Victor made us feel like we were always number 1 on his list. Please ensure you stay at any of the DSH Resorts Okinawa because you will be treated great and will enjoy your stay on the beach. Curtis and Cindy

This was my first time to Japan. This room was very clean, the cleaning staff were always on time, very friendly and always asking me if I needed anything else. The desk staff were amazing- always willing to answer my questions, always willing to map something out for me, assist me with the taxis and local information. They are very accommodating to me being English speaking only and my first time there. I was a long term renter- from June 7th to Sept 12th, and they always were friendly, professional and asking me if there was anything they could help me with. The beds are very hard- but this is their culture- their history is full of their people sleeping on bamboo mats on the floors- so it is normal for them to sleep on very hard beds. I found all of the amenities great, have to realize that this is a different culture and different history, but they do have many modern amenities as well. The beach opened up 2 days before I left after extensive repair- sun and beach are worth the stay. The American Village is full of restaurants and shops and is across the street from this wonderful hotel.

Thank you for 3 nights on a diving trip. The room was small because it was a one-person stay, but it was clean and comfortable. The sunset from the balcony is very beautiful! The cafe on the first floor recommends a very delicious smoothie. I had a meal at night, but I was able to respond to the request with a smile, and the conversation with the sister of the cute employee was fun, and I had a very enjoyable time. To take the airport limousine bus, I was very helpful to pick up and drop off to the nearby hotel in the morning!
