Besides the bad weather, the hotel and its surroundings were neat and clean. Unfortunately, the closest seaside is not as nice as stated online, and it is a little bit troublesome to get there. But the staff is very helpful in booking restaurants and rent-a-cars, so with a little bit of extra planning and driving you can get to beautiful seasides easily from the hotel. Also, the price-included hot spring was very basic, while the other really nice one was expensive.

The hotel is located in the center of American Village, surrounded by colorful buildings, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, convenient stores, and shopping centers. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. A highlight of the stay is the breakfast, where you can enjoy traditional Okinawan food. It is definitely a must-try!

The location couldn’t be better—right on Kokusai-dori, the heart of the city! While the hotel has limited parking, they made it easy for us by providing coupons for a nearby car park, ensuring we could park conveniently and enjoy our stay without a hitch. The bathroom offered a generous amount of space, providing a comforting contrast to the often cramped bathrooms found in many Japanese hotels.

The air conditioner is not cool, even after the staff checked it. There is a microwave and an ice machine. The front desk staff can speak English, Chinese and Korean very fluently. No matter where you are from, you can easily communicate with them. All in all, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

The room is very clean and tidy, except there are sounds coming out from the fridge and the walls. The front desk won’t tell you anything about laundry, luggage lockers and other self-help services provide by the hotel if you don’t ask them.

The hotel's parking lot is three-dimensional guidance. It is not obvious. It is not a vacant space next to the hotel. It is more troublesome to ask the hotel staff to help. It is quite convenient to check in. The hotel has a first mail QRcode as long as you scan the counter staff. The hotel parking is 1500 yen a day. No limit If you want to enter and exit frequently, it is recommended to park in the hotel. Otherwise, there are some parking lots nearby. The service of the hotel staff is also very good. We booked a double room/suite that's supposed to come with a double bed and view. Instead, we got a room with sofa and 2 twin beds facing a hotel with a smiley face and the sea somewhere in the back. So for the first night since it was late, we squeezed into 1 bed. On the second day, I went to the front and told them what we had booked and asked if they can change our room because I had paid a higher rate. What ended up happening is they pushed the 2 beds together and Voila! Now we get a ”double bed” with a crack in the middle. Luckily we only had 2 nights of this left, my poor husband slept in the crack of this hard AF bed. The bed was old and excruciatingly painful. My husband couldn't believe how hard the bed was! We contemplated sleeping on the floor if it wasn't so dirty and we had thicker blankets. Imagine being 25 weeks pregnant and having to sleep on your side on such a hard bed - my back, hips and shoulders were sore for days after leaving Okinawa. I thought the pain was from being pregnant until it resolved as we continued our trip and ended up in a different hotel. I have never slept on such a hard bed - and I've slept in hostels, shared beds with multiple friends, and had slept on cracks numerous times during my travel. By far, this has been THE WORST experience. I've also been more comfortable on a motel 6 bed. So do yourself a favor. Don't stay here unless it's cheaper than any 1 star hotel you see around. It'll likely be a more comfortable stay for much cheaper.

Conveniently located close to the red light district and walking streets. Just a short drive to the airport and Itoman area. If you are driving anything but a K-Car , you will find it difficult to find a parking spot nearby. It doesn’t help when anything taller than a Mazda CX-30 doesn’t fit inside the hotel parking lot. So if you’re on a road trip and need to stay around this hotel, choose your car carefully. For a Japanese hotel, the customer service is definitely lacklustre. I’m happy with self check in, but when the machine doesn’t work it’s not very welcoming when the disgruntled staff are don’t feel happy to help. The swimming pool looks amazing , but in both mornings I was there, they opened the door 15mins late. If you like a morning swim and expect a pool to be open at 7am before heading out, this is not the place for you.

I took three consecutive holidays of paid leave on Friday while I was in Thailand and came offshore with an airline award ticket via Hakata. Good access from the airport. It's far from the main downtown area of Kokusei-dori, but there are quite a few local bars. The hot springs are also good. The breakfast buffet is Okinawa cuisine, and the awamori ３ seeds are also swallowed, and the morning swallowed is the best! !! When I return from Thailand, I will stop again.

This property not linked by Airport Limousine . One needs to take airport limousine to hotel Vessel Campana .With lighter luggae a walk 15 minutes to hotel .Option is to take a taxi 600 yen to the property . Limousine during day time took above 2 hours . Taxi costed Yen 5200.00 and less than an hour . Check in smooth ...most staff helpful except a guy Malay who wan of no help except to help you rent a car ! We were put on floor 2 despite booking sea facing room ours was facing parking lot directly and sea one could eye from corner of the eye ! Next day complaint to the lady brought prompt response and were moved to eight floor with excellent privacy and fantastic views .Thank you . So guys when booking seek higher floor booking .Rooms are excellent with kitchenette and towels can be taken fresh from reception .There is a washing amchine and dryer in the room that makes living pretty easy . There are in morning hours dry brekafast packet given of croissant and Danish with tea or coffee . Toiletries you can refurbish yourself from reception. . American village centre for restaurants bit pricey can be reached by 15-20 minues walk .Nearby are small eateries at sensible prices .Ask rception from right person that is .All in all perfect place to stay at reasonable prices ..There is no beach though it is a waterfront property . Go book it you will not regret it .

Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. (Mine did not have a particularly nice view but never mind. The sea is close, just 1 min walk.) All rooms are non-smoking but there is a nice “non-prison” style smoking corner in the backyard (which should not bother the non-smokers). Lots of cafés, bars and restaurants within walking distance (be aware that places close early but that may also change in better times). Close to American Village (10 min by car, taxi less than ¥1000) and still quite close to Naha airport (30 min by car, taxi around ¥5000). During daytime, you may get used to the sound of airplanes. Otherwise, the hotel is a quiet place. Some nice beaches around.

The desk staff were amazing- always willing to answer my questions, always willing to map something out for me, assist me with the taxis and local information. They are very accommodating to me being English speaking only and my first time there. I was a long term renter- from June 7th to Sept 12th, and they always were friendly, professional and asking me if there was anything they could help me with. The beds are very hard- but this is their culture- their history is full of their people sleeping on bamboo mats on the floors- so it is normal for them to sleep on very hard beds. I found all of the amenities great, have to realize that this is a different culture and different history, but they do have many modern amenities as well. The beach opened up 2 days before I left after extensive repair- sun and beach are worth the stay. The American Village is full of restaurants and shops and is across the street from this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is a little difficult to notice. First time, drive past the hotel. Japanese style room Cleanliness is quite good, no shampoo, shower cream provided. Staff communicate in English very well. A lot of parking and free of charge. Near the expressway boarding point Breakfast tastes okay.

Thank you for 3 nights on a diving trip. The room was small because it was a one-person stay, but it was clean and comfortable. The sunset from the balcony is very beautiful! The cafe on the first floor recommends a very delicious smoothie. I had a meal at night, but I was able to respond to the request with a smile, and the conversation with the sister of the cute employee was fun, and I had a very enjoyable time. To take the airport limousine bus, I was very helpful to pick up and drop off to the nearby hotel in the morning!
