Adventure (at Club Rio), relaxation (we loved the spa and the hot springs) and family fun in the game room. Our family intended to get a day pass to experience the springs and decided to check in for the night instead. The staff was exceptional and made all of us feel well taken care of from the minute we arrived until we had to sadly depart the property for our flight home. We did not want to leave! A special shout out to Carlos, Oliver, Daniel, Roosscvelth, Bismarck, Nicole, Karmab and Caroline! Such an excellent run property with amazing staff.
