5-Star Hotels in Kakheti, Georgia

Family trip! The swimming pool(inside and outside )is amazing, and the kids had a great time! All facilities are kept clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, The lift is being fixed during our stay, so climbing the stairs was quite tiring. If you have any health issues or have heavy luggages, check in advance whether the elevator has been fixed. (Hotel staff will help you to move your luggages if you need) Also, the Wi-Fi signal was weak on the fourth floor. Everything else was excellent.

I had a nice stay with great amenities, beautiful grounds, a delicious breakfast, and a comfortable bed. However, the service upon arrival and check-in could be more welcoming, and the WiFi signal was weak.

Наше открытие в Грузии. Дважды на майские праздники заезжали. Жили в разны номерах. Двухкомнатный номер с видом на горы впечатлил особенно. Редко пишу положительные отзывы но это один из лучших парк-отелей в которых побывал. Единственный минус это часть молодого персонала, особенно ребята с пропускного пункта на въезде (помимо дурных манер, очень слабый английский и отсутствие знания русского). В остальном мои рекомендации.

Clean and pleasant. The only downside is the restaurant. Breakfasts are tasty, but if you want to order something from the restaurant, the food selection is small and not very good.

The hotel environment is great, and the facilities are relatively new. The pool and large garden are nice. What's quite misleading is the so-called 'superior room with terrace on the first floor.' It costs several hundred more than other room types, but the terrace is completely blocked by plants, so you can't see anything. Plus, the terrace wasn't cleaned, with fallen leaves and insects everywhere. It was totally unusable. It would have been better to save a few hundred and stay in a room with a balcony on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Although the hotel is in a remote location, it can still be reached by car from the town of Kvareli, which is about ten minutes away. There are a lot of taxis in the town, but it is not convenient to go out. There is a service called taxi, and the price is average. I can only wait to be hacked. The hotel and taxi have commercial cooperation, and help to call a taxi to some tourist spots to package back and forth. The drivers are waiting to get the benefits, which makes people feel a little bit uncomfortable. The scenery of the hotel is really good, it is worth coming, free items can be seen in the picture I passed, the service fee is 18%, not included in the price. The breakfast looks good, it tastes better to me than other places, the taste is not so salty, and there are many choices, but it is more Georgian. There are also some paid items see photos. By the way, I think the hotel’s free spa can be given up. It’s better to take a bath in the hotel room. The spa is a public bathhouse. There are no people and there is no heat. There are multiple steaming rooms. It feels like nothing to go to when it’s cold and hot. Well, anyway, I felt like I slipped away without washing it. I didn't pick up the car when I went back. I walked by myself. Fortunately, it only took two minutes. That's about it, I don't know what else is missing.
