It was a bit inconvenient to get in and out of the parking lot. Sometimes the hotel key is not recognized, so you have to pay parking fee. I had to pay, but they said I just had to press the call button in that case. When you check out, you can check out, get your card key back, and put it in the return box when leaving the parking lot. There is no bottled water in the room, but they will give it to you if you ask for it at the front desk. As a side note, they do not provide any disposable products other than soap, shampoo, and body wash. The pool area was family friendly and the reservations prevented over crowding. The rooms were spotless and all the restaurants were great. Location is central to everything downtown. Highly recommend.
