Hotel was fine. Bed was not very comfortable and pillows were pretty soft with very little firmness. Room had a full kitchen with fridge. Unfortunately, the dumpsters that were located just behind the building were emptied around 2:30am Thursday morning and were incredibly loud. I was on the 5th floor and it woke me up and felt like it lasted for 30 minutes as the trash truck picked up, emptied, and slammed them back on the ground (probably 5 dumpsters). I wouldn’t recommend staying here just for that reason. Trash can in the kitchen had trash in it when I checked in so I question overall cleanliness. Also was not a fan of the pin pad to enter the room (and building after hours). About 2 blocks from Broadway so a very walkable distance.
This hotel had everything. It was in a great location, the people were friendly, had a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby and the room was perfect. Definitely a good choice if you’re staying in this area.

Find us in the Gulch, Nashville's premier urban neighborhood, home to boutique shops, art, and some of the city's best dining spots. Were two blocks from Music City Center and a 10-minute walk from historic Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium. Enjoy the convenience of on-site dining.
That’s good location & room is large. But no any stuffs provided. (e.g. teeth brush, teeth paste, slippers & robe). Also I feels weird that don’t have shower curtain in the washroom caused make the floor wet after shower!
Prior to booking I was informed check in was 11am and checkout same time. When arriving at 11, I ended up having to wait 4 entire hours. So when you book 2 nights 3 days it’s really only 1 full 24 hours. The resort is pretty over rated to say the least. I won’t be back or recommend it to anyone.
The room facilities are very good, very good, quite comfortable, I may continue to stay here next time, it is the best place to visit Beijing subway, very good. We feel that the hotel is a good place to stay
This place is great!! Prime location very close to Broadway. Elijah was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly as soon as we walked in the door and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Will definitely be coming back!
Second time we’ve stay here because of it’s a excellent location, staff goes above and beyond, hotel is new and rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Had a room on the 24th floor with an excellent view.
We really enjoyed the retro look of the motel! The lobby and restaurant are amazing! Our room was very comfortable and I loved the bathroom and shower. We had our breakfast in the restaurant there and our server, Michele, was awesome. She was so very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed our breakfast, which was so much better than the continental breakfasts you get at other hotels! We checked out the pool and surrounding pool deck. It was really cool! Loved the look. We hope to go back for a longer visit sometime.

CCheryl Lempert-CohenGreat hotel, great location! Housekeeping did not replace items in room (toilet paper, cups, etc) but room was clean.
RReedPHaving stayed here before, I had a little bit of an idea of what to expect. But it had been a while, so there were a few things that caught me off guard. There is only one negative that I can think of, and it's not a huge one, but I think it's necessary to point out.... 📱📱There were zero USB plug-ins in the room. There were a couple of different standard plug-ins that if you had the charging head for your cables, you would be okay. But between two people we had one charging head so it caught us a little off guard. It wouldn't take much to swap out an outlet in the living area.
🛏️The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable and used the down alternative which was nice. As somebody who constantly has to check if hotels are offering down pillows and bedding, it's nice when I find that it's not there.
🚗 If you are planning to self park, do not drive up to the front of the hotel. That area is utilized strictly for valet parking. Go ahead and go to the underground garage near the corner of 4th and Demonbreun. You can access the hotel from that parking garage.
🚽 ☎ I meant to get a picture but the standard of luxury in the 80s still exists with a phone next to the toilet. Ahhh, simpler times. 😂️
WWestCoast360They said they come to do house-keeping after every 2 days and they make the bed for you as well. When they came in on the 2nd day, they never had my bed made. It was as it was since last 2 nights for which I checked out early before my scheduled check out date which was the next day.
I had the room for 3 nights but only stayed there for 2 nights because of it.
GGuest UserRead Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.
GGuest UserMy first approach when I arrived on site wasn’t good. The staff that was helping me was a lady. I didn’t get her name but she wasn’t friendly. Her demeanor wasn’t there at all like she was rushing. No biggie. I didn’t complain. I stayed in town for 3 days. When I got to my room it was a ADA room. I didn’t ask for. I didn’t complain. Turned tv on and could not watch. I called front desk the lady gave me such a lame excuse. Maintenance came. He spoke no English. Had to translate on phone. He fixed. But it immediately went off again. I started to ask for a new room all together but decided to just write review. I feel like they save the good rooms for the airport staff like the attendants and pilots as I seen a lot of them coming and going. River view not worth it at all on my end.
AAnonymous UserVery clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of ”anything else?” etc. Turned TV's onto sports but no volume. As if anyone is into leg volleyball? Indoor pool is UNHEATED, slick flooring as is the pool deck. Could not enjoy it at all. Pool needs to be declared UNHEATED! Had to interrupt desk clerk at checkout (she was texting on her phone). No questions as to how was stay, etc. Very disappointed, needless to say. Will not be staying there again..

GGuest UserAfter a friend's birthday weekend in Nashville, I had an extra day before flying out and found a reasonable rate on a room at a Tapistry, which Hilton brand I have enjoyed. I also saw a segment on a local TV station about the location as well.
The ONLY issue I found was the layout of the room. No bar to hang hangars from the drawer, the floor length mirror was in a corner, and the brand new Keurig was blocking the TV when laying in bed (and the cord was too short too move elsewhere) - among other just-not-right items. If that could be figured out I'd come back and give the hotel 6 stars! It was clean, quiet and I had a great view of the city - thank you.
MMark DuncanThis is a great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Lovely big TV in the room with accessible HDMI port for bringing your own device. I know you don’t book into a hotel to lie and watch TV but it’s nice to catch up on things after a long day out. Location is excellent as no more than 10 min walk to downtown Beale St, and 20 mins to Sun Studios, where the magic began. Reception being renovated while we were there so not quite as functional as it should be but staff were terrific and incredibly polite. Rocky the concierge/manager was a bundle of fun and provided some great info on what to do in this great city 👍
JJourney Miles Away 4This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!
