We just stayed the night with hotel Diana as I had eye surgery and needed to go back the next day to see the Dr as we were from Toowoomba. Only 3 mins drive from the eye institute. Our room was very nice. Clean everything very good.

Week Visit to Townsville and loved it. Great Location and very hand to everything you need.. Close to Cowboys Leagues Club and walkable to the new Stadium

An absolutely excellent place stay, would recommend, even just based on the staff and the breakfast. I observed that great care was taken of people checking in to stay who would be going to the hospitals local to the area. Check-in was so easy, and the reception staff was very kind. Things I loved: * the included healthy breakfast, * free on-site parking *Ferrari in the reception area (no idea why it's there, and I'm no car enthusiast, but it is a classy touch) * very friendly and kind staff * neat and good layout of room * comfortable bed * good air conditioning * friendly people throughout the building * walking distance to Chermside shopping centre * excellent price Thing I didn't like as much: * not really sound-proofed, you sometimes hear sounds from other rooms and hallways * the balcony area did have a bit of a smell in the early evening, dissuading me from eating outside until later on - this might have just been the day I stayed. It was nice enough later to leave the door open and have a bit of a breeze while sleeping. Highly recommended.

Staying in an apartment in Australia was amazing! We could cook our own meals, just bought some veggies and fruits from a nearby supermarket and whipped something up – way better and more cost-effective than eating out. Plus, being able to do laundry and dry our clothes was incredibly convenient! The hotel's front desk staff was super friendly and gave us great tips on things to do around the Great Barrier Reef. We could even walk to the pier for our boat trips. Highly recommend for family travel!

Facilities: Well-equipped, spacious rooms. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: About a ten-minute walk to South Bank Park, overall satisfactory. Service: Friendly staff. Overall, great value for money and convenient transportation. Recommended.

Studio stay, clean. pleasant, close to health centers and Westfield shopping center. Also close to nature parks for those who like to jog or simply walk with the family. Accessible on foot. Staff attentive to customer needs. Many thanks to Theresa. 🙏🏼

Friendly, helpful check-in. The man at the counter offered extra towels when he heard we were taking a trip to the Great Barrier Reef. Paid a little extra for an upgrade as we wanted to check in early. Room was fine temperature and bed comfort-wise. It was a little bit dark when in the room at night. Also, there are no type c or plug ins next to the bed, just old style USB. We didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed a drink in one of the cocktail bars by the pool. Would recommend and stay again for its cost and location.

A decent five-star hotel. The room was spacious and even had a balcony, perfect for enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. It's located right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere – Cairns itself is quite small, so you can easily walk to most places. A taxi from the airport to the hotel was around 25 AUD.

I want to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly patient. My English isn't great, but they were so helpful in resolving my issues! Especially a guy from Hong Kong who even helped me translate the restaurant menu! Also, the restaurant's head chef, KK, is Chinese, and he specially prepared a pizza and fruit yogurt salad that suited our palate – generous portions and very fresh fruit! Super nice! The only downside is that the airport shuttle bus costs $8 per person and takes about 30 minutes, which isn't ideal. A taxi is also quite expensive at $20.

The room layout was cozy, and the room service was quite good. The pool was beautiful, and the food was also nice. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center. On a side note: avoid the trendy pasta restaurant Vila Romana (pictured in Figure 4). We're from Melbourne, and they thought we were tourists from China. An old man who spoke some Chinese kept trying to rip us off and was vague about wanting a tip. Figure 3, IMM Thai Cafe, was delicious; we ate there three times, haha.
