This hotel has a commercial hotel with accommodation and business. It is not as good as the reputation of the guests to manage the gold cup and silver cup. It is convenient to park and eat around a light luxury boutique hotel. The hotel is to pet every guest as a culture and maximize the happiness of every guest. Provide guests with high-quality room facilities, meticulous and warm service, feel the warmth of home in the boat and car!

The room is quite spacious and the location is good, only a six or seven minute walk from the nearby Xingfu Road Night Market. The key is that the service is great. The lobby is equipped with brown sugar ginger tea and juice. There is also colorful rice dumplings for supper in the evening, and the breakfast is also very rich, with shrimp and salmon set meals. When I left, the front desk also gave me some small gifts, rose cakes and astragalus. Then there is the car wash service. That’s so thoughtful. The kids also liked it, which improved our impression of Chaka and Qinghai! Thank you for such enthusiastic service~

This is an excellent hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. Tina at the counter was very helpful in providing information for us and we enjoyed her recommendations for local food. The other staff we came into contact with, from cleaning personnel to other hotel employees, were very nice and considerate. The breakfasts were very well done and included not only a rich spread of Chinese food, but also a very nice spread of Western food.  In addition, we felt the cost to benefit ratio was exceptional. We would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. The room was delightful and the whole place was very family friendly!

The Chaka Evening Hotel is new and all facilities are in very good conditions. The hotel is located in a new commerce area in Chaka which has the clear ambition to develop more business. However, there is not much around this area and most fields are empty or under construction. Chaka Lake is a beautiful spot but the city is not so attractive. So also the hotel is not having any good spots around it. We also took the dinner in the hotel. The breakfast is okay but typical Chinese but they didn’t provided hot water for tea or a coffee. The staff is friendly and they provided extra heater and humidifiers for the cold nights. Overall, the hotel is a good choice if you stay in Chaka to recharge your batteries but it’s also good to move on after the stay.

The hotel service is really good. Everything is delivered in time. The front desk clerks are very, very nice. It was my first time here. The front desk also reminded us that if we feel uncomfortable, we should not wash our hair or take a shower. They also reminded us to drink more water. There is also an independent air conditioner and humidifier in the room. The hotel restaurant is also good. It is on the second floor of the hotel and easy to find. The breakfast is good 😌 with both meat and vegetables.

I booked this while on a business trip. I didn't look carefully and booked a double room. The guy at the front desk was very nice and changed it to a twin room for free. Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new. There is oxygen supply equipment in the room, so there is no need to buy oxygen cylinders. There is no need to worry about lack of oxygen and insomnia. This is a good point! Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, the bathroom and room are cleaned very well. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of options and sufficient portions. I was worried about having nothing to eat because I woke up late. Service: The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and recommended some places to eat in the town. Because of the tight schedule, I rushed back today and didn't have time to visit Chaka Salt Lake. If I have the chance to come next time, I will choose this place again.

The shower water pressure is very low and the hot/cold water is terrible, it's either too hot until can burn your skin or it's too cold. Even if you didn't turn the knob,one minute it's cold , the next it is icy cold. Also after exit lift, you have to lift your luggage as the surface is not smooth. This is really inconvenient to your guests with luggage. Other than this 2 point, the room is nice and worth to stay.

What satisfied me most about this trip was the cleanliness of the hotel room I stayed in. As soon as you open the door, the first thing that catches your eye is the cleanliness and freshness, as if even the air has been carefully filtered. There was not a speck of dust in the room; even the smallest corners were cleaned spotlessly. The sheets are as white as snow, the quilt is fluffy and soft, exuding a faint scent of sunshine, making people feel the warmth and comfort of home as soon as they lie down. The bathroom is even more eye-catching, with a glass door as bright as a mirror, and the sink and toilet are clean and spotless. Every detail reveals the hotel's care and concern. Such sanitary conditions not only kept me in a good mood throughout the trip, but also made me full of trust and praise for this hotel.

The room is clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast is good with more variety of food but coffee machine is not in working condition on the day of visit. Take long time to get the lift from car park to upper floor. Overall is good.

Reception were not well trained . Upon check in day one a deposit was collected and on the same day night they made a call to inform we did not pay the hotel charges and later explained it was reception lapsed that they did not collect upon check in even it states pay at property . 2) chambermaid was brazen to wash our socks without permission and after breakfast we were shocked to see our socks as wet. What if we only have a pair of socks for tourist stay ? 3) after check out multiple phone calls was made to our mobile and was told item teaspoon was missing in the room. And if they cannot find it they will raise a charge on our credit card ??? We called back 5 times to ask n follow-up and wasted 30 Mins of our morning to ask if item was found . We even informed it was on the basin area. Wrong procedure as in general all check out reception staff would contact chambermaid to ask if minibar and items were intact before letting the guest check out . The reception lady were having an aloft attitude and said we could go and we even have to ask for car parking coupon and were directed to fill in the form . This make us beg for service instead and please train your staff to check the items before check out and not making irritating calls and that spoil our rest of the day with 5 international calls made to assist them for a teaspoon costs of CNY20!!! Disgusting service . Please train your staff !!!
