The rooms were excellent and very clean. The shared kitchen was also fantastic, with a toaster and an air fryer available for use. The TVs in the common area were a nice bonus, as there aren't any in the rooms. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment was a good size and the location was excellent.

cannot recommend this accommodation enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spotless presentation and cozy atmosphere. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything but still peaceful at night. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing thoughtful local tips. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. If you are looking for a hassle-free, relaxing, and wonderful place to stay, look no further. We are already planning our return visit. Thank you for a memorable trip!
Great place for flight layovers. The buffet was great and 24*7 staff at reception in case flights are delayed etc. The rooms are nice clean and beds are comfortable.
The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the central train station – you can literally walk to the hotel in 10 meters. There are also bus and light rail stops right outside, which pretty much covers all the tourist spots you'd want to visit. The city center's busiest shopping district, with all its shops and restaurants, is also within walking distance.
The hotel facilities are new, the rooms are spacious, and they even have a bathtub. Plus, there's a communal sauna available. For travelers visiting Helsinki in winter, after a day out in sub-zero temperatures, coming back to the hotel for a hot bath or a sauna is a lifesaver. It really helps warm you up and recharges you completely.

From the arrival to the departure, this hotel was awesome!
I would have loved the sauna to be open longer - but really a first world problem!
The breakfast was the best I have had in a very long time- photos don't do it justice
Looking forward to returning
Super grateful location, great big room with high ceiling. Gym and sauna room to use, very useful for cold weather. Just the main entrance step are difficult if you carry heavy luggage, and the step not clear out often, just becareful with the black ice on the steps.
The location is okay, the room is with sufficient facilities. However, it is to alert there might be some strange smell sometimes when the sewage tanker comes.
Our family of three stayed at this hotel. One night, a family member suddenly fell ill. We were new to the area and very anxious, so we went to the front desk to ask about medical assistance. We are incredibly grateful to Sofi, a hotel staff member, who offered enthusiastic help after learning about our situation. She not only explained the emergency care procedures in detail but also kindly helped us call an ambulance 🚑. Thanks to Sofi's assistance, our family member was quickly taken to the hospital, received timely treatment, and their condition was stabilized. We were able to fly back home smoothly the next day. We extend our sincerest thanks to Sofi and the other hotel staff.
In addition, the hotel's service and cleanliness were excellent. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant staff greeted us in Chinese every day, which felt very warm and welcoming. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with a bus stop and subway station right outside. Bus route 600 goes directly to the airport, which is even more convenient than taking the airport express. This hotel offers great value for money, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Helsinki.
Nice room with essential amenities. Nice and friendly staff. Good stay for morning flights.
Just note that you have to walk outside the airport to head to the hotel for around 7 minutes. There is a covered walkway and you can take the luggage cart with you.
Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

GGuest UserFantastic location and a very comfortable hotel. Excellent service. My only complaint was having to pay 25 euros to use the sauna during the day so we didn't - think at the price we paid for the room it should have been included, but otherwise perfect. The breakfast options were unbelievable.
FFantastic13Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing.
I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip.
Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest.
Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion.
Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity.
In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you
GGuest UserOverall, my stay was great. The hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient to get around, and it's just a short walk to the train station. The hotel's facilities and environment were excellent, and the staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning didn't seem very effective; even when set between 21-23 degrees Celsius, I barely felt any airflow. Luckily, I didn't get cold while sleeping. I wonder if this is due to Nordic energy-saving practices.
GGuest UserThe hotel reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. They offer complimentary afternoon tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages, water, and snacks. It's close to the beach and the breakfast is plentiful. The room size was a bit small, but that's common for hotels in Europe.

AAnonymous UserDecent hotel in a good location. Shopping mall attached with some good food options.
Breakfast at the hotel was passable. Nothing fancy.
To have a kettle in your room you must pay an extra $20 a night. Which we found so odd. We just ended up buying coffee from the mall.
The smell that comes from the bathroom was horrendous. Make sure you keep the bathroom door closed
VVinharound Travel Outlook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Scandic Paasi – Clean, Stylish, and Comfortable
Our group of friends from Vietnam had a very pleasant stay at Scandic Paasi during our recent trip to Helsinki. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price.
The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge.
We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group.
The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed.
Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
OOrMaryVery nice and welcoming staff! Nice wait staff in the restaurant too. Nice little room. Would definitely come back! The wellness area was a bit pricey for an add on but really nice and chill when quiet! I just would have liked a staff member there to manage noise and groups as I wanted to go on my last night but it was very overcrowded with loud intimidating groups. The location was pretty good, out of the centre but very accessible by tram.
GGuest UserA decent choice if you’re coming for work or business. The hotel has a spacious common area with plenty of desks, meeting rooms, and sofas, which makes it easy to work or take calls. Other shared facilities include a kitchen, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi.
Breakfast is served at a café connected to their Noli 2 property, so if you book a room with breakfast you’ll need to walk there. It’s fine but not remarkable — limited options, and a bit disappointing since there’s a full restaurant on-site that serves meals later in the day. Not a big issue, but worth noting.
Room amenities are quite mixed. I stayed in two different studio rooms - both had some unexpected conveniences like full utensils, a washing machine, and an oven, but oddly no TV or couch. Service is also limited: check-in is self-service, and staff are only available during certain hours. It’s definitely a lower service level than most hotels I’ve stayed at elsewhere, though perhaps that’s typical for Finland or this price range.
Overall, it’s not a bad stay by any means. If you’re here for work and want a practical base in the area, it’s a solid option - just come with the right expectations.
