Saint Michaels Homestays

I stayed here with my mother and sister over Mother's Day weekend, as we live about an hour away and wanted to visit the area overnight. The inn, really, a motel, is only good for quick stays and low expectations. The water is probably well-water so it smelled disgusting and was extremely unpleasant. The sink clogged up a little and the toilet didn't flush easily. We asked for more towels and were given a dirty one. A/C went out in the middle of the night. There were also some inconsiderate guests outside of the room around 3am conversing loudly. However the pros- comfortable beds, large fridge in the room, good location (grocery and coffee walkable). I think it's very bold of the Inn to charge what they do for all of the plumbing concerns. I have stayed in finer establishments for less. I think next time, I'll try camping.
