Hot Springs Hotels in Anhui, China

The rooms here are very spacious, with separate areas for the shower, washbasin, and toilet. There's even a seating area for outdoor clothes. Upon check-in, the hotel provides complimentary hot spring tickets. We tried the one on the second floor, and it was genuinely good, around 47 degrees Celsius, very comfortable. There are about 5-6 outdoor pools; we found one exclusively for women. We just wrapped ourselves in the hotel's cotton bathrobes and headed down to soak. There's also an outdoor pool on the 5th floor, which I imagine would be lovely in the summer. The room's heating was incredibly strong; I had to turn it off in the middle of the night. Breakfast was plentiful, and the disposable toiletries were simple yet practical. My only minor complaint is that my room had a large glass window that couldn't be opened, though there was a small side window that could. There were no curtains, just blinds, and some houses across the way. During the day, to avoid being seen, I had to keep the blinds down and the lights on. Otherwise, everything else was great. It's also very close to the scenic area bus stop, less than 300 meters away.

From the initial booking inquiry to checking out and heading home, the entire experience was incredibly pleasant. Customer service was prompt and patient, providing all necessary check-in information in advance. Upon arrival, a dedicated staff member guided me, and the front desk proactively shared details about the hotel facilities and local attractions—their attentiveness was truly exceptional. The room itself was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, featuring well-arranged furnishings. The bathroom toiletries were mild and non-irritating. Housekeeping arrived punctually every day, promptly replacing amenities and even thoughtfully organizing items on the desk. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, including hot dishes, pastries, porridge, and fresh fruit; the ingredients were fresh, the flavors delicious, and the dining area clean and orderly. This was an absolutely flawless stay.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn, part of the InterContinental group, on Mount Jiuhua. Since I was driving, the hotel's location was quite convenient, not far from the Tourist Center and the Grand Wish Cultural Park. The room was pretty standard for the price point. The hotel offered breakfast and dinner, which was super convenient as I didn't have to leave the premises. Although the dinner set menu had simple dishes, the taste was quite good and ample for two people. The hotel's hot spring has both indoor and outdoor pools, but the facilities felt a bit basic. I specifically chose this hotel for the hot springs, so I was a little disappointed. InterContinental's brands still have room for improvement.

Everything was excellent! The hot spring inn is very close to the main street, and there are two activities right downstairs. We went up the mountain without our activity cards, not realizing there were four activities up there, so definitely keep your cards with you to earn copper coins! The park is very well run, ensuring guests are never bored with activities everywhere, including secret code challenges. The staff were mostly okay, and I was going to give five stars, but then there was the grandma at the meatball stand. She told us we couldn't redeem again because we had already visited the day before. But then I thought, we stayed two nights, shouldn't that entitle us to two days of activities? It's not like we were trying to eat there again on the same day. Her attitude changed so quickly that I just couldn't give that extra half star. Besides that, everything else was great.

The breakfast during the Chinese New Year is too rich! Especially the top floor of the Zhangzhou special dessert, brown sugar twist, honey three knives and the white pancake, sweet but not greasy, very hometown taste. The small sandwich on the ground floor is also very delicate. The front desk lady is particularly warm and thoughtful, making people feel very warm!

If you're planning to visit Huangshan via Tangkou (South Gate Area), the hotel offers the perfect location and price. 胡洁 (Hu-Jie) is a fantastic guide, as she suggested extra activities, local restaurants and even shuttle services to make the journey more accessible. Choosing the Arcadia Hotel for my trip to Qingyang was such a wise decision! The hotel boasts a superb location with convenient transportation and a full range of amenities nearby, making it easy to get around and find food. The lobby is elegantly decorated, check-in was efficient and quick, and the staff were warm and attentive, always smiling, and even thoughtfully recommended local attractions and restaurants – a truly delightful experience. The rooms were clean and tidy, fully equipped, with soft and comfortable bedding and excellent blackout facilities, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were of good quality with a stable hot water supply. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, all fresh and delicious, catering to different tastes. The hotel environment was tranquil and pleasant, surrounded by greenery, making for a delightful after-dinner stroll. The service team responded promptly, quickly resolving any needs, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Excellent value for money, I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qingyang, and I highly recommend it!

A beautiful homestay in an amazing mountain pass setting. In China, homestays are a bit like upscale bed & breakfasts. The family has upgraded their property to a really beautiful hotel, but they run it and serve meals. This means you get the best homemade Chinese food. Absolutely fantastic. They have a pool, a hot tub, a gane area, a bar, and of course, you are not far from Tianzhushan. Can't recommend this place enough.

My stay at Huangshan Mengxi Bieyuan this time was absolutely fantastic! From the high-speed train station to the guesthouse, the driver provided round-trip transfer service, which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful. The room itself was an unexpected delight, with stylish, modern facilities and impeccably clean, making for a truly comfortable stay. Its quality easily rivaled that of a five-star hotel. Not only were the physical amenities outstanding, but the service was equally warm and thoughtful. After checking out, while my family and I were waiting, the staff proactively brought us fruit, snacks, and tea. Their warm and attentive service instantly made us feel cared for. Indeed, a truly great hotel always excels both in its tangible offerings and its intangible services – boasting impressive facilities and service that radiates genuine warmth. Mengxi Bieyuan perfectly embodies this.

The environment is elegant and clean, the atmosphere is directly full, and the photos are also specially made. The service quality is online, the details are particularly controlled, and the hotel's intentions can be felt. Xiao Wu at the front desk is friendly, responsive, and the whole experience is smooth and comfortable. The price is reasonable, the price is far more than expected, there is no place to step on the thunder, it has been included in my repurchase list, highly recommended!
