I was extremely satisfied with this hotel during my trip and definitely give it a five-star rating. Firstly, the hotel staff, both the front desk ladies and gentlemen, were all very kind and enthusiastic. Secondly, the hotel's location is perfect; West Street is within walking distance, right across the street. Thirdly, the hotel offers incredible value for money. I happened to visit during Guilin's off-season, and I was very pleased with the room. Everything, from the room and breakfast to the service, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to all my friends.

Bama Junlan Hot Spring Hotel – The only geomagnetic hot spring in China♨️ My friends and I stayed here, and the service system was indeed excellent; you could tell the management's training requirements were well-implemented. 1. Generally, vehicles need to be parked in a designated parking lot. Security will arrange a shuttle to take you to the hotel lobby. After check-in, a bellhop will escort you to your room. During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle. 2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the shower area. 5. The outdoor hot spring area staff were particularly enthusiastic. They reminded us about the soaking time for the high-temperature pools, asked if we wanted fresh tea, guided us around, and were very friendly when we left, informing us about the washing and resting areas. 6. For dining, I experienced the hot pot set meal for dinner here. The portion was huge; the four of us wasted quite a bit, which was a shame, but the taste was excellent. The price might even be cheaper than outside restaurants. Breakfast was similar to other Junlan hotels, featuring unique freshly made baked flatbreads and Yao family oil tea. The breakfast restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining areas. On a nice day, you can sit outdoors and enjoy your meal with views of the mountains and waters of Cifu Lake, which is relaxing and pleasant. 7. The hotel has a 24-hour convenience store where you can scan and pay yourself. A bottle of milk beer was 6 yuan. I drank four bottles; it's non-alcoholic, so I just treated it like beer – very refreshing. Conclusion: Staying at Junlan Hot Spring in Bama is the best choice. After soaking in the springs, I slept soundly that night. If I get the chance, I'd love to bring my grandma here to stay for a month. [Strong]

The villa exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. The private hot spring was also large enough for a family to soak in. It was worthy of the price. However, the hygiene still needed to be more careful. I accidentally found a child's slipper left by the previous guest. This can be found as long as the hygiene is done carefully. I hope it can be improved in the future! We had dinner at the hotel, and the taste was also quite pleasant. The whole family said it was delicious and the portions were large. There was nothing wrong with it except that it was expensive! I also hope that it can be improved a little bit. Every time I entered the villa from the public hot spring, I was stopped by the staff and asked. I felt a little helpless. The butler service is attentive and thoughtful; upon check-in, fresh fruit and welcome tea were immediately provided, and they were always available when called. The guest rooms feature smart home technology throughout, allowing you to control appliances with your voice. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows mean you can enjoy stunning views of the peaks and the sunset glow right from your bed. The ground-floor mountain forest leisure area is surrounded by greenery, a peaceful spot to enjoy tea, read a book, and observe the natural scenery, spending a leisurely afternoon. The rooftop cafe offers expansive views, perfect for enjoying coffee while overlooking the Yulong River's landscapes. In the morning, the buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of both meat and vegetarian options, as well as Chinese and Western dishes. From splashing in the pool to taking in the views from the rooftop, you can easily spend an entire day relaxing and enjoying a slow-paced vacation at this hotel!

The location is not difficult to find, very close to the square, there are a lot of food and drink nearby. Xixi Hot Spring♨️ has become a regular spot for us, and this is our first visit this year. We came as a family of four. They’ve built a new highway, so it's a short drive from the exit. Usually, we come during off-peak times, but this time we chose a weekend, so it was a bit crowded, though still acceptable. The price was about 200 yuan higher than usual. When booking, I requested a high floor and a quiet room, which they mostly accommodated. However, the non-smoking request was a bit awkward. I'm not sure if it was a neighbor upstairs, downstairs, or next door, but the smoke smell permeated our room. While we were in our private hot tub, the smell of smoke was constant and very unpleasant. We had to keep the door closed. It wasn't a big deal for the adults, but mainly for the child👶🏻. I can't blame the staff who assigned the room, nor can I stop people from smoking, as that's their freedom, so it was really awkward. Other aspects: Compared to our previous visits, there are more hot spring pools now. They've built many new buildings, the main entrance has been moved, and there are more children's entertainment facilities. The resort is growing larger. Room: The room was relatively clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. We bought some local Nanxiang roast duck for a late-night snack. When we called the front desk at night to ask if they had a microwave, they offered to come to our room and help heat it up. The service was excellent and very enthusiastic. Outdoor Hot Spring: The small pools near the children's playground were a bit dirty, with a lot of large pieces of dead skin. It was quite disgusting. We didn't notice it at first, and our child even went in for a dip. We immediately made them take a shower. The other pools were quite clean, despite the large number of people. Buffet Dinner: This was my first time trying the buffet; previously, we always ordered à la carte at the hotel restaurant upstairs. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and the roast goose was absolutely amazing – crispy skin and great flavor. The oysters were also delicious, and there was an unlimited supply of short ribs. Basically, everything was there except for a limited selection of seafood, which only included shrimp🦐, calamari rings, and mussels. Buffet Breakfast: The variety was extensive, just like before, but there were only a few things I really wanted to eat. They had congee, noodles, and rice, but nothing new. I was quite disappointed that they didn't have steamed phoenix claws and spare ribs, which I think should be standard dim sum items. To sum it all up, it's pretty good! There are always some minor imperfections, and I look forward to improvements...

Our stay at Fadai was simply wonderful and one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to China. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful settings for photography, surrounded by stunning mountains and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are extremely spacious and feature a huge bathtub facing the views, allowing you to relax while enjoying the magnificent scenery. It was truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind and always willing to help. They even went out of their way at 10:00 p.m. to find vegetarian food for us, making sure we had dinner despite the late hour. The staff also helped us organize our visit to the local show and made sure we arrived on time. In my opinion, it was the best show I have ever seen in my life. One of the most unique experiences offered by the hotel is the traditional Chinese photo session. The hotel provides three complimentary photos and has several beautiful settings within the property where guests can dress as women from ancient China. The staff help with the traditional costumes, makeup, and poses to ensure the photos turn out beautifully. The results are absolutely stunning. The mountain scenery creates an unforgettable backdrop and leaves you with incredible memories. Our experience at Fadai was truly exceptional, and we recommend this hotel 100%. The location is breathtaking, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are genuinely warm and caring. It was very convenient to travel with the baby! Baby especially likes his swimming pool and slide 🛝, panda 🐼 and big dog 🐶 sofas are very favorite 🤩 The layout of the room is also a style I like very much. It is very careful. The only minor drawback is that the ground floor space is a bit cramped, but honestly, these small details don't detract from the overall fantastic experience at all.
