They proactively upgraded our room and even gave us hot spring tickets, which was a nice surprise! The hot springs themselves were really fun, with lots of different pools. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

Very good hotel, the biggest advantage is that it is connected to the bathing center, and you can take an unlimited bath and sweat. We were on the first night and the next morning, twice, and felt very worthwhile. The breakfast is good and the taste is good. The room is fully equipped, newer and good. The service is in place. Overall very beautiful. Give a compliment 👍 a few shortcomings, the room is small, not suitable for long-term stay, activities are limited. The second is that there are two small bottles of free dumplings, and there are many things at your own expense. You must ask clearly before you don't understand the use, so as not to cause disputes. Third, there was an episode when checking out, saying that there was a hole in the foot pad in the bathroom, and we had to pay for it. But we have never used the bathroom at all. We have been taking a bath in the bathing center these days. Where is the problem? There is a obvious problem with handover management. Of course, the front desk did not continue to ask us for compensation after the explanation. But I was not very happy.

I was looking for a place close to the Grand Theatre to catch a show and stumbled upon this gem of a B&B. It's less than a ten-minute ride to the theatre. The hotel manager, a beautiful and kind lady, was absolutely wonderful. I arrived around dinner time, and she even brought me some dumplings! After the musical, she arranged a car to pick me up. Knowing I was heading to Central Avenue, she even gave me her own hand warmers. The room itself was clean, spacious, and cozy. If I ever come back, I'm definitely staying here again!
