I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

The stay was wonderful and very comfortable. The hotel was clean and well organised, and the staff were kind, professional, and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent — the food was delicious and varied, with many options to choose from. The chef and the staff were very helpful and cooperative in explaining the dishes, which made the experience even better. Thank you for the great hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again.

Yabuli's Hidden Gem B&B! An unforgettable, heavenly experience once you've stayed here✨ Choosing this high-end, owner-operated B&B was the luckiest thing that happened to us on our Yabuli ski trip! The property is the owner's own, and you can tell a lot of thought went into its creation – the decor is incredibly tasteful, modern minimalist yet with the cozy warmth of a Northeast courtyard. All the furniture and appliances are top-quality, with smart toilets, underfloor heating, and a high-definition projector. The facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed; it's even more comfortable than a star-rated hotel. A special shout-out to the landlady! She's an absolute godsend for germaphobes; the cleanliness is impeccable: the bedding smells like sunshine, is sparkling white and completely wrinkle-free, and every corner of the bathroom and crevice on the tabletops is spotless. Even the toiletries are brand-name products – attention to detail is evident everywhere. The landlady is incredibly thoughtful, asking for our arrival time in advance, proactively sharing ski tips and local food recommendations. She responds instantly to any requests, providing attentive service throughout without being intrusive, making it feel as comfortable as staying at a friend's house. Getting around was also incredibly convenient! The owner provides dedicated shuttle service, whether to the ski resort or for the return journey, always on time. The driver even helps with ski equipment, saving us the hassle of waiting for taxis. The B&B's surroundings are fully equipped, with supermarkets, farm-to-table restaurants, and ski rental shops all within walking distance. You don't have to go far for food or shopping, and the local businesses' prices are very fair, with absolutely no gouging – excellent value for money. This Yabuli trip was twice as enjoyable because of this B&B. I've already recommended it to friends who came with me, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend it to all fellow skiers – you can't go wrong, just book it without hesitation～

We had a really lovely stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location is great too—close to recreational areas and some beautiful parks that are perfect for taking photos. Breakfast was nice and simple, just what we needed to start the day. One small thing to note: the hot water for the shower and bathroom can run out if several people bathe in a row, so the next person might need to wait a bit for it to heat up again. It wasn’t a big issue, but good to keep in mind. A special highlight of our trip was meeting the driver. He was incredibly kind—he picked us up and dropped us off at the station, and even took us to several places around the area. He also recommended some great local restaurants for lunch. His warm hospitality truly made our stay extra memorable.

First off, a big shout-out to the hotel owner! We absolutely loved the room design. We're a family of five; my parents chose the 'Northeast heated kang bed' to relive their childhood memories, my husband and I slept on the Korean-style tatami with individual temperature control, and our daughter had a big bed. We each had our own space without disturbing each other. The room was spacious enough for all five of us, not cramped at all. My daughter, for the first time since we arrived in Harbin, said she finally had a meal she liked, thanks to the chef's cooking. The owner even gave us a discount, which we really appreciate. The location is also fantastic, very close to all the attractions. I've already posted about it on my social media!

What an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven. This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow. The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great). We will return to this hotel as soon as we can. Harbin is cold but the hotsprings ♨️ are warm

I initially booked the solo room without toilet, but was upgraded to a bigger room with attached toilet. I was very happy. Not only that, the owner, Nam provided me with activities to do and also time table of activities in snow town. She also assisted me on how to get to the bus for Harbin. From the bus station, it is just 3-5 minutes of walk. The location is not far from the Snow Town big stone. Very near to the disco stage. The room was great for 1-2 person, it is clean, warm, and enough space for storing my suitcase. Breakfast such as corn, bun, eggs, rice porridge with assorted vegetables was provided. The homestay have a restaurant too. Portion is huge!!! I could not finish my meal. Food is delicious. I will be back! Thank you Nam and all your staff.

The location of the house is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Fairy Tale Post Office. It's right in the middle of Xueyun Street, making it easy to get anywhere. The house is cozy and beautifully decorated, and the heated toilet seat was a welcome touch, bringing warmth during the cold winter. Our butler, Xiao Wu, provided excellent service. He was enthusiastic and offered all the information we needed, recommending and arranging activities based on our situation. He even provided discounted tickets for attractions and organized a free 'splashing water into ice' activity, which the kids absolutely loved. Finally, even though we repeatedly told him our two small bags didn't require assistance, Xiao Wu insisted on delaying his breakfast to see us off. We were really touched by his thoughtfulness!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was charmed by the warm and elegant atmosphere. The staff provided incredibly thoughtful service. Gao Yuefang from housekeeping heard about a special situation and brought some essential items, which didn't interfere with my plans to enjoy the hot springs with my family. I've never encountered such caring and heartfelt service before – it was truly touching! The room was spotless and tidy every day, and opening the window revealed a lovely little garden view. Attention to detail was impeccable. My family and I enjoyed all sorts of hot springs, and Dang Min, Zhu Yan Juan, and Wu Yu Rong, along with Xiao Wang, who brought towels and tea, were so enthusiastic and helpful, treating us like their own family. After the hot springs, I felt completely refreshed, and all my fatigue vanished. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious food. I'm extremely satisfied with this trip and will definitely recommend it to friends. I'll be back for sure!

We had a very satisfying stay at this place in Snow Village, Harbin. The room was very large, warm, and comfortable, especially with the heated bed, which was perfect for the cold weather.There were also outdoor play areas for children, such as slides, which made it great for families. The owner was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful, assisting us from before arrival until departure.They even helped arrange our trip from Harbin to Snow Town, which was not in our original itinerary, and we are very grateful for this experience. Despite arriving late on the first day, the owner welcomed us warmly with fireworks and water flower activities.The owner also guided us to Wusonglin Park and helped take many beautiful photos and videos using a 360-degree camera, making the experience truly memorable. As our country does not have snow, this stay was very special for us.Three days felt too short we wished we could stay longer. The villa is also very suitable for large groups as it is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended!
