This hotel offer entrance ticket to guests to use their 8号温泉 Hotspring bathhouse. Very good to rest, relax and have a good rub back

Overall, we had an amazing experience here. 100/10, highly recommended! I really hope more people get to stay here because the staff are lovely and the owner is very kind ♥️ The room looks exactly like the photos so it's clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage from the moment we arrived until we left, even though our bags were very heavy. They constantly checked if we needed anything or wanted recommendations on where to go, making us feel like we had a personal guide. Even though staff members don’t speak English fluently, they tried their best to communicate, and using Google Translate worked perfectly. What an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven. This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow. The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great). We will return to this hotel as soon as we can. Harbin is cold but the hotsprings ♨️ are warm

Snow town is lovely so does the host. She picked us up from the bus station and was kind to upgrade us to a slightly bigger room with bigger Kang since accidentally I booked a smaller room. The gd thing she speaks English which makes our communication much easier. Her hotel is also near the bus stop and the concert area which makes it very convinient as well. She assisted to book the transport for us to go from snow town to Yabuli Train station to go back to Harbin. My family and I had an enjoyable stay. Thank you so much

The room was spacious and clean enough. It would have been even better if the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The view of the snow outside was lovely. The soundproofing was so-so, but thankfully everyone goes to bed early in winter. It was my first time sleeping on a heated kang bed, and it was very warm. The owner was very helpful, arranging car rentals and making arrangements for me. I had a hot pot stew and freshly made dumplings at the restaurant, and they were delicious! Their hot pot stew was the saltiest I'd had during my many days in Northeast China! As a southerner, I'm used to the saltiness in Northeast China. Overall, it was pretty good.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The butler service, including pick-up and drop-off, was incredibly warm and attentive. They checked in on us, helped with photos, and their service was thoughtful. The owner's joyful smile really brightened our day and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended! Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Knowing the Shuishi Hot Spring through the network and understanding it, he is a tourist attraction of the integration of the hot spring hotel. Take the elders out to relax, the facilities and equipment are quite satisfactory, clean and very clean, the service is particularly thoughtful and has a feeling of being at home, it is recommended to come and experience it will not disappoint you.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The inn is nestled in a quiet spot yet conveniently located. Right outside, there's a thick blanket of snow, perfect for playing in. The underfloor heating in the room was incredibly effective; it was toasty warm as soon as I stepped inside, so no worries about the cold at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a great wet/dry separation. They even thoughtfully provided a humidifier, so it wasn't dry at all. The snowy scenery outside the window was picturesque, and with few people around, it was wonderfully quiet – truly a serene winter experience. The owner was also incredibly welcoming and helped arrange carpooling, providing attentive and thoughtful service. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay!

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Hotel location is very good, there is parking lot, parking is very convenient, the hotel lobby is magnificent, the receptionist is warm and hospitable, the parking lot duty staff love to work and help direct the parking. The room was clean, the windows were bright and clean, the bathroom was very large, the bedding was very clean and hygienic, especially the mattress was very good, the softness was just right, the sleeping was very comfortable, the hotel Chinese restaurant waiter was very hospitable, and introduced us to the special dishes. Breakfast is simple, the variety is small, there is no bread and coffee, which is rare in star hotels, so the service gives the item 4 points.
