Here's a review of our stay in China Snow Town: The proprietress is a typical warm-hearted Northeasterner. She was incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded us to their most luxurious presidential suite, valued at 3028 yuan! 1. **Location:** When choosing a hotel, location is key. The Snow Mushroom Hotel is right in the heart of the scenic area, near the big stone monument – a prime spot. 2. **Facilities & Design:** The decor and amenities are fantastic; anyone with a discerning eye would fall in love with it. There are three floor-to-ceiling windows, a Mediterranean-style design, two 2-meter king beds, and a 6-meter Northeastern 'kang' (heated bed). What's more, the room even has a swing chair and a tea table – pure luxury! 3. **Service:** Before we even set off, the hotel manager contacted me via Trip.com and created a WeChat group for Mr. Zhang's self-drive trip to Snow Town. They constantly updated us on road conditions and nearby attractions. Upon arrival, a staff member came to the parking lot to greet us and helped carry our two heaviest suitcases. In this freezing, snowy landscape, we felt a unique warmth. 4. **Overall Tip:** No matter where you travel, it's always best to go during the off-season. Fewer crowds, beautiful scenery, and great value for money.

The hotel has good amenities, but the front desk staff are terrible. **Ambiance:** The overall environment is good, though the location is a bit out of the way. **Service:** The staff's service attitude is very poor. **Facilities:** The facilities are good. **Hygiene:** The cleaning staff are very thorough.

The room was very clean and had floor heating, so it was super warm. 🌟 The guesthouse owner, a really nice lady, was incredibly helpful from the start, patiently guiding me through planning my itinerary. ❤️ She was so patient. Plus, the tickets for Yabuli Daguokui Mountain and the Ice and Snow Gallery were cheaper here than anywhere else we checked! She even helped us find a car to Changbai Mountain at a better price than other places! Super thumbs up! 👍 Xuexiang is looking amazing right now, a dreamlike snowy landscape. #dreamysnowscape

The room was spacious and clean enough. It would have been even better if the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The view of the snow outside was lovely. The soundproofing was so-so, but thankfully everyone goes to bed early in winter. It was my first time sleeping on a heated kang bed, and it was very warm. The owner was very helpful, arranging car rentals and making arrangements for me. I had a hot pot stew and freshly made dumplings at the restaurant, and they were delicious! Their hot pot stew was the saltiest I'd had during my many days in Northeast China! As a southerner, I'm used to the saltiness in Northeast China. Overall, it was pretty good.

This hotel is located within the Snow Village scenic area, very close to all the attractions. A hotel butler will meet you at the shuttle bus stop for the Snow Village boardwalk entrance, help with your luggage, patiently explain the best places to visit, and enthusiastically assist with any issues you encounter. The hotel environment and cleanliness are also good, and they offer breakfast and a food heating service. If you're visiting Snow Village and want to stay within the area, I highly recommend this hotel. I didn't get any photos of the hotel, so I'll just use pictures of the scenic area instead. I rarely write positive reviews, but when I was planning my trip to Snow Village, I saw many posts saying it was a rip-off. I was actually a bit scared before I left. Maybe some travel agencies or private tour groups were intentionally creating anxiety to attract customers, but once I got there, it was actually pretty good. Overall, my experience was very positive.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The inn is nestled in a quiet spot yet conveniently located. Right outside, there's a thick blanket of snow, perfect for playing in. The underfloor heating in the room was incredibly effective; it was toasty warm as soon as I stepped inside, so no worries about the cold at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a great wet/dry separation. They even thoughtfully provided a humidifier, so it wasn't dry at all. The snowy scenery outside the window was picturesque, and with few people around, it was wonderfully quiet – truly a serene winter experience. The owner was also incredibly welcoming and helped arrange carpooling, providing attentive and thoughtful service. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay!

Highly recommend this hotel! It's located in a prime spot on Xueyun Street, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. The service is incredibly warm and accommodating; they're always ready to help. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and smelled fresh, and the heating was excellent. Plus, hot water was available 24/7. It offers fantastic value for money. The scenery in Snow Village is also super beautiful. I really loved it here and will definitely come back next time.
